He checked what type were on my car, Ordered them for us and had them the next day. He came out and put them on for us, and a trip all the way down to the dealer for stupid wiper blades (a 25-30 minute drive) averted! Excellent customer service at this place. My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Instead of being treated with patience and professionalism, she felt ignored, dismissed, and spoken to in a condescending manner. She was sold a new battery before the battery already in her Jeep Cherokee was even tested. When it was later confirmed that her original battery was still good, Jim Mills refused to refund the battery even though it had just been purchased. Rather than trying to help, he made side comments to my wife that "everyone in the store already helped you," making an already frustrating situation even more humiliating. When I called the store hoping to resolve the issue professionally, Jim Mills recognized who I was and immediately hung up on me. As the owner of a security company, I know employees represent the reputation of a business. If one of my employees treated a customer the way Jim Mills treated my wife and me, I would consider it completely unacceptable and take immediate action. I sincerely appreciate Bret from AutoZone's corporate office for listening to our concerns and making things right. However, I believe management should carefully review Jim Mills' conduct. No customer should leave a business feeling ignored, belittled, or embarrassed after simply asking for help.

I traded in a vehicle that was worth more than the vehicle I purchased from Performance. Performance owed ME money on the transaction. I signed the title of my vehicle over to Performance as part of the transaction. Performance took my vehicle. I was promised the check for the difference between the two vehicles within 3-4 days. After a couple of weeks, when I did not receive the check, I called the salesman, "Phil" inquiring about it. He falsely told me that the check was "cut" and that he would send me a tracking number. He never did and never responded to my follow up inquiries. Performance never paid me what was owed to me. Then, after reviewing my contract carefully, I realized that Performance charged me $399 for anti-theft window etching that I never received. Fast forward 6 weeks later, I have filed a law-suit against Performance. It is pathetic that a client has to sue Performance to simply get it to pay what is undisputably owed to the client.
