I had an excellent experience with the service department at Porsche Flemington. The Anthony and Chris were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to taking care of both the customer and the vehicle. The service tech sent me a video of his review and kept me informed throughout the process, explained the work clearly, and completed everything with the attention to detail you expect from a Porsche dealership. Just as important, I was treated with respect and never felt pressured or rushed. Terrific service from beginning to end. I would confidently recommend Porsche Flemington to anyone looking for a dealership that values professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction. read more

Great service and sales. Anthony my Service Manager and MasterMechanic Dan Fass have been caring for my car for 10 years. This is my second car I have gotten from them and their service is top-notch. This time they found a minor ding and helped me get it repaired while it was in for the annual service and detail. Their prices are very fair and the workmanship is terrific. Also I know Dan my mechanic by name and face to face. They only recommend what is needed on my car and the work is first rate. Anthony, Dan and John Rachmiel (my salesperson) are like family. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more

Porsche Flemington - My 2014 Porsche 991.1S - Auto Repair Near Me - Flemington, New Jersey

Sales was wonderful and great to work with. Nancy helped us purchase a pre-owned Cayenne S and was flexible and willing to work with us to come to a deal. Finance started off horrible - made multiple comments about how we always had issues (get the PO right and there won't be issues), however, once we switched to a different finance manager, everything ran much more smoothly. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the car when I picked it up. Crumbs everywhere, not wiped down inside. For an expensive car I would have expected the car to be spotless. As a first time Porsche owner I was expecting a more special experience when I picked up the car. It felt like picking up a rental honestly. read more

Review is for the Sales team. Bought a Certified Pre-owned Cayman S from here yesterday and had a pretty great experience. Larry was my salesperson who worked with me over the phone initially (I am in NYC), and got the ball rolling. He was courteous, professional, and communicative. A pleasure to work with. I also got to work with Chip from the finance team. This guy is a rock star. He knows how to deal with people and knows how to talk to them. Didn't try to hard sell me on stuff I knew I don't need and did a great job overall guiding me through the process. 100% would buy a car from these guys again. read more

Where do I begin ........ I called the sales department on Wednesday to ask if the Porsche Taycan arrived and if I could come see the most anticipated electric car since the Tesla. They told me it was being prepped and I could come in on Friday for a test drive. I was so pumped to see thIs car since I have been tracking its progress for over a year when it was originally the Mission E. I come in and meet the sales agent Chris (Nice guy) and provide him my license and tell him I'm interested to test drive the Taycan.... he says no problem and proceeds over to the General Manger to get the keys... I notice the car is not in the show room or even placed out front where anyone and everyone should be able to see this amazing marvel of engineering. He takes me out back and I see: 1. A dirty white Taycan parked in the back plugged into a power outlet 2. Stickers where the car price was originally placed on the front windshield not even cleaned 3. A baby seat placed in the back seat with crumbs and dirt on the floor of a show room Taycan Porsche !!!!!!! 4. I was told the General Manger was using it as his daily car !!!!!!!!! Come on......have some respect for the product you are selling.....I understand as the GM you get to use any car on the lot and by now a Porsche Taycan to you feels like a 1983 Honda Civic but for god sake man it's a Taycan Porsche!!!! Disappointed I left the dealership thinking if the GM is treating the most anticipated Porsche in 50 years like this, how must he be running the dealership? My money and my business belongs with a dealership that respects and loves the product they sell.... PS: If your going to have your showroom cars cleaned and buffed do it after hours so customers don't have to hear and see the craziness which ruins the purchase experience of a 130,000 car! read more

Great service. I purchased here a used Miata couple months ago - Larry was the nicest and most professional car sales representative I dealt with. No pressure at all. The purchase went smooth. After a few weeks I noticed some issues with the paint on the front bumper and they took care of it at no cost to me. read more

Bought my Cayenne here is early 2014. I will have to say that the purchase was seamless from the start. My sales professional, Rich, was extremely knowledgeable and his passion for Porsche was something I had never seen at other Porsche dealerships. I was actually looking at the Audi A6 when at the end, the ultimate decision was the Cayenne. I will certainly gets next Porsche here. The service team is polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They are timely, accurate with their estimates, and explain repairs very clearly. I even over here them talking to other customers, and this reinforces their level of professionalism. read more

Service department is just awful. They are completely clueless. They screwed up my Porsche so bad. I was naive enough to bring the car back to them on several occassions to fix the same problem. They are either inept, incompetent, or just apathetic. They really give Porsche a bad name. I had enough and finally brought my car to another more well established dealership. They diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in a day. Flemmington had months to address the issue and they proved that they were just not able to do the most basic service. They are a minor league service department. Porsche should take a close look at this service department as they are just a bad representation of a great brand. read more

Terrible service department. Nasty. Treats you like an idiot. Does not give free car washes. Does not give free washer fluid. Disappointed and should be removed from any affiliation with Porsche. read more

Everyone knows the dealership service center blows, I just feel like telling my story because that's what yelp is for. I usually work on my own car. I brought the car here to diagnose a specific issue. Despite my pleading, they returned a long list of everything they found wrong with the car during their minimum one hour worth of labor and estimates on what it would take to fix everything. That's not what I asked for. Regarding the issue that I brought the car in for, which was relatively simple in retrospect, they got it entirely wrong. I asked the service manager, who is a moron by the way, if the service person was absolutely certain in his diagnoses, or if it wasn't. He assured me that he was. I took it to a private garage who did a much more extensive diagnosis in 1/2 hour (smoke testing the intake manifold) and found the (enormous) leaking broken component right away. The part that the Porsche dealership would have replaced first was not the problem, and was not broken at all. Now I receive letters every month in the mail asking me to bring my car back to their terrible service center. I dislike junk mail. read more
