I was thinking of upgrading to a new car and since I dealt with Joe Vizzi I called to see if he could help me. For the third time he found me the perfect vehicle in my price range and made the buying process fast and smooth. Best salesman I have ever dealt with. Thank you Joe. read more

If you are from PA DO NOT GO HERE. They did my car over a year ago and I have had nothing but problems. After they were all finally fixed I now find that they never registered my new car with RUC so renewing my registration is now my problem. Thanks for nothing! read more

Purchased a used chevy truck and when I tried to set up the Onstar and Mychevy app I find that they never reset the system. The former owner still has control of my truck and can lock/unlock the doors, start it remotely, and locate the vehicle. If they kept a key this would allow them to steal the truck as well. It seems like this should've been something done before they sold the truck to me. Their answer is to have me go to the Chevy dealer to have the system reset. Today I'll go pay the dealer to do the job that Clinton Honda shoudl have done. To say I'm unhappy about this is an understatement. Do better Clinton Honda. Love the truck, disappointed in the lack of pofessionalism and service on this one. read more

Clinton Honda was 40 minutes from me, but worth the trip. I worked with Charlie, the salesperson, and he was genuine, helpful, and really knowledgeable about the CR-V. On my first visit, Charlie gave me a clear, fair offer on the CR-V, but I thought I might get more for my trade-in by selling it myself. I told him I wasn't going ahead with the deal but he remained just as friendly and professional. I thought that said a lot about his integrity. After thinking it over, I came back the next day and bought the CR-V (without a trade-in). The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Charlie took the time to walk me through the features of the CR-V TrailSport and helped me connect my phone Highly recommend both Clinton Honda and Charlie!! read more

Great service! They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and included a car wash.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Ridgeline truck from Clinton Honda, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. My salesman Jeff Cramer was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I was totally satisfied. Clinton Honda is well-organized, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Ajay Sharma was also very helpful and professional at explaining the options for an extended warranty, tire and wheel insurance, and windshield insurance. Ajay never used pressure and also was very patient at answering many of my detailed questions and concerns. In the end I purchased the insurance which after careful consideration is a smart thing to do. Overall, the buying process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the sales teams professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Clinton Honda to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. The team here genuinely cares about their customers, and it shows in the way they handle every aspect of the purchase. Thanks Clinton Honda and I'll be back! read more

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. Paul, my service rep was professional and helpful. My car was serviced quickly and I was out earlier than expected. read more

This dealership has really declined. I went in looking for a lease quote on a Honda Clarity Limited PHEV and was given the runaround by one of the it geriatric employees who seems like he with me better off retired than still selling cars. I understand the business and that not every up is going to be a sale, but I expected better from a wealthy area like Clinton (Annandale actually). I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Just brought my Accord in for an oil change, but liked the fact that a complete check of the Accord was done with topping off fluids, etc., with a printout of everything. Friendly service, and also washing the salt off the Accord with a car wash was a plus. It took 2 hours, but the complementary coffee while waiting was good. read more

They do a great job serving Mona. If anything extra is needed, they video the issue and send it to me. They are very communicative.

Great experience. Debbie and the tech were amazing. Even sending me a video of the issue.

Always great service! They got me in in a timely manner....I dropped my car off and they called me and sent me texts during service to be thorough! read more

As always, everyone I dealt with was polite, respectful and efficient. The service was completed within the timeframe I was given, and all the work was done to my complete satisfaction. And I very much appreciated the interior and exterior cleaning!! You just keep getting better and better. AND last but not least, the cost was very reasonable. I live an hour away and there are other dealerships much closer to me, but I always come back to Clinton because you show that I am appreciated as a customer. Thank you very much. PS; LOVE that new coffee machine!! read more

Another efficient service visit. Things are explained both verbally and now with a video. There's no pressure to have a service done if it's not urgent, but advice is given to help choices. read more

I had a very poor experience at Clinton Honda. I had told my salesman, that I wanted to have all the number ironed out before I showed up to the dealership to purchase the car. This, in itself, posed a problem and unnecessary back and forth. I wanted to be as respectful of their time and I wish the same was reciprocated back to me. I was also told there was no wiggle room on the price due to the 1.9% financing that would be available to me. Great, until I was told that the rate was not being offered on Accords. Then I suspected I would be somewhere around 5-6% interest, which is the going rate at most places and banks. I asked my salesperson to tell me what the rate was but he said the finance guy was working on checking with all banks and he would get me that number. In the meantime, I could start the work on getting my insurance sorted out, which took about an hour. Yet, another thing I could have sorted out at home before coming into the dealership. By the time I get to the Finance person, I learn my rate is actually going to be 8%, and this with credit score of 830. On what planet is this even logical. So I could have started searching for alternative loan options, yet another thing I could have done from home knowing what the rate would have been and not accepting it or deciding to go with another car. I don't keep money in my checking account and it would take about three days to swap it over so I couldn't pay cash on the spot. So I say let's hold off and you can hold the car and I'll come back in a couple of days with a certified bank check. That would be possible but we'd have to undo everything including calling back Allstate to change the insurance again and start the plates process again. I wasn't about to do that. So I say, let me pay by credit card. Also not an option. So here I am, unbelievably livid and forced into signing paperwork I would never have done if I knew everything going in, which I think their salesperson knew very well to start, which is why I went through the mess I went through. Not only will I never buy a car from your dealership or related dealerships ever again, and I do need to replace my wife's Honda Odyssey, I'm telling everyone in my network and across social media platforms about my horrible experience and avoid this place like the plague. They use very deceptive practices and string you along withholding critical information until you've reached the point of no return. Oh and did I forget, the icing on the cake, when I get home and I'm trying to figure out how to connect to the apply carplay, I figure, let me refer to my trusty owner's manual in the glove box. Much to my surprise, there wasn't one. I really despise having my time wasted and I especially hate oversights into the simplest of details. I traded in my Porsche I can guarantee you I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration when I purchased that car. It was an easy and seamless process, in fact, I was allowed to leave with the car while I was waiting for my insurance money from my previous car to clear into my bank account, simply because they valued my business and wanted to make sure I was happy. This should be a lesson for everyone at this dealership. read more

Recently purchased a 2025 Pilot Elite. My salesman Feliks was great! Listened to what I was looking for, discussed a few options with me, then took me for a test drive in the Pilot I ended up purchasing. The process was very low pressure, easy and quick. Chris in the finance area was excellent! Took his time to explain everything to me in detail. He reviewed options for warranty coverage, maintenance plans, etc. Chris was able to show me the maintenance costs (in today's $'s) if I were to pay for service as I go, vs. what the COSTCO pricing discounted plan would cost.
