    2021 Ford Explorer ST
    Kelsey F.

John Caruso is hands down the best sales guy there. About 3 years ago, we went in looking (at that time) at the Explorer. When we walked in, other sales men just looked at us, but John was the only one to approach us. Fast forward to 2021 and 3 cars later, John is the guy to go to. I leased my vehicle in 2018 and it was up this year. I absolutely loved my Explorer, but I would have changed a few things about it. I was going back and forth whether or not to buy it out or not, but again it didn't have everything exactly I wanted. We ultimately decided to custom order my new vehicle that way I got everything I ever wanted. I ended up ordering my dream Explorer from John. We ordered it back in early June, and I picked it up 2 days ago.. it came in a whole month earlier than expected! John did a fantastic job following up throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and what not. I ended up buying my car this time around. I'm so in love with my new Ford Explorer ST that I already put front window tints on her! Trust me, John is the guy to go to! You will not be disappointed. He does NOT pressure you at ALL to close a deal like some sales people do. Back in 2018, he actually suggested going home and doing more research to see the lowest price on the car so he could bring it back to his manager so we can close a deal. True genuine person. We will be back to see John in a couple years to order my husbands new truck. Keep it up John!! PS: I felt really bad the other night being there so late finalizing the paperwork, even though I know you wanted to go home after the long day. Thank you for being so patient and for taking the time to go over some key important details of my car!! You the real MVP! Thanks again :)

I explained to my service writer Andrew, my 2 concerns being the dashboard ambient lighting on the passenger side dashboard not being illuminated evenly(not being off) as well as a strong coolant odor(not with an obvious leak) after med/long drives along with over time a subsequent loss of coolant. I told Andrew I had to add coolant to the reservoir on 2 separate occasions. Days later, the car was returned to me without resolving either of these issues. I had attached a pic showing the poor illumination of the ambient lighting strip. Car was also returned to me dirty. Service technician through a video, told me the ambient lighting strip turns on. Of course it does. That was not the issue. The lighting continues to be uneven in this one section and just looks bad. It is a frequent enough known issue in these models and the solution is to replace the part containing the LED strip. Andrew also told me they had pressure tested the cooling system for several hours and no leaks were found. They however did mention they "topped off" the system. Unfortunately, this static test and doesn't duplicate the conditions I had clearly described. The cooling system is sealed so experiencing the strong coolant odor along with the loss of coolant is not normal and means coolant has to be going somewhere. Clearly further investigation is needed here. Andrew texted me saying he would review my concerns with service manager and shop foreman the following day. I never heard back from Andrew or anyone else from BMW Of Bridgewater. The car drives wonderfully but this level of service and lack of concern for a customer is poor and not what I would expect from BMW. Lexus NEVER treated me like this!

Eddie helped us think through clearly what we were looking for in a new vehicle, he then presented some options, gave us test drives, and finally worked with us to select what was a perfect fit for us, a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium AWD SUV (love the Caviar exterior). During price negotiations, some sales guy from the dealership stepped in, but sensing that things were going downhill, General Manager Michael Tedesco jumped in, and worked with us to find common ground. Many thanks, Michael Tedesco! Thanks also to Madison Miranda from Finance. We cannot say enough about Eddie, a thorough gentleman who has amazing family values, he made the entire experience extremely memorable for us. Eddie's professional expertise, coupled with his commendable personal touch will always be cherished by us. Once we took possession of the SUV, Eddie patiently walked us through the key features and even helped customize some of them. We have plans for another new vehicle in the coming couple of years, and most certainly will circle back with Lexus of Bridgewater, Eddie and Michael Tedesco! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, we highly recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, and be sure to ask for the very best, Eddie Ruggirello! - Shreyas & Krishna Rao

Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Reasons to stay away from this dealership: PREDATORY FEES, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, HORRENDOUS…read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCESSIVE DOCUMENTATION FEE, EXCESSIVE FEES IN GENERAL. On January 2, 2026, I arrived around 5pm to look at a 2024 Toyota Camry SE with about 1860 miles. I was helped by a sales associate, Edwin Negrin. Edwin is an interesting character, he focused this sale by pushing many fees such as, window etch fee, lo-jack type of device (sorry, I forgot the name of the device), doc fee (which I understand, every dealer does this). Some breakdown - the lojack-type device was around 1500$ which Edwin said could not be taken off and when why it can't be taken off, he had no response other than saying he's only a sales guy and not a mechanic. He couldn't explain the window etch fee (300$). The doc fee (800$). I told Edwin the price that I liked to pay and he inquired about financing or cash, I told him I can do either depending on the deal that they give us but I want to make sure that there are no pre-payment penalty that I can pay the car off the next day. He said, all the finance companies that the dealership does business with does not have pre-payment penalties. When I asked about why these fees aren't listed on the price online, he showed us the listing of the car on their website and scrolled down all the way to the bottom which had the disclaimer portion. Extremely predatory behavior; using an umbrella statement to do this. I told Edwin that I am refusing to pay for the lo-jack alternative device; many dealers attempt to do this. I then asked to speak with a sales manager. In comes another interesting individual by the name of "Vinny Ferraro" which Vinny refused to tell me his name initially and never told me his last name (found out from Edwin). Vinny now introduces another fee called the PRE-INSPECTION DELIVERY FEE in the amount of 895$ which Edwin never told us about. This individual was extremely obnoxious and berating to me and another individual who accompanied me to this dealership. He would not let me or my friend talk and when asked about the fees, he would divert our questions with more questions and polarizing statements. He talked over us every step of the way in the conversation. When he left, Edwin would not give his name initially but did at the end. Vinny during the time when he was "talking" to us, offered the vehicle at X price which after a long back and forth, I agreed upon if I would finance the car. So then we agreed upon a price with Edwin after much back and forth and getting ready to start the financing process after filling out their other forms on our phones. Along this whole process, Edwin wanted us to go online and give him a five-star review which is ridiculous to ask of your customer who isn't even a customer yet). So, now comes in a new issue with the pre-payment penalty, Danny - another sales manager stated that there is a pre-payment penalty for the first 6 months. For me, it made no sense to finance and pay more in interest then the discount they were giving me for financing even for a lower price. My person that I was with, and I were led done the wrong path regarding the financing and lied to by Edwin the sales person. Ignorance of the rules that your own company or other companies that you use to finance is NOT AN EXCUSE. Edwin was so pushy, he kept on wanting me to give himself a 5-star review on google right there and then and kept persisting through the end. Edwin is not an honorable person as he lied to us, he kept complaining through the process that he is only making 66$ off this deal. Vinny is also not an honorable person; he displayed narcissistic type of behavior as he did not want to listen during the conversation, he cut me off when I was asking about the fees and other questions and he also cut off the individual that I was with. He (Vinny) just wanted to hear himself talk and was extremely aggressive. Full disclosure - in the end, I did end up buying it because I didn't want to go through this again. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL

The eye rolling and disgusted looks I get are horrible. Like they don't appreciate my business. No one speaks they all just walk around like they are bigshots or something. Kind of hard to understand. Including the service manager (the owners other son). I took the truck in on 10/7 for a safety recall issue. The service advisor was trying to disqualify the situation right off the bat. He stated it was not a recall, even though the paper I bought and showed him stated it was a recall and safety issue. I was already thinking they wanted to charge me for the issue. Once we agreed it was a recall safety issue, he printed out a lot of records and showed me where they supposedly did part of the fix in 2019. Not sure now why they just didn't take care of the whole issue at that time? Anyway, he said he needed to replace one part as the 2nd part of the fix. After 3 hours, the work was completed. Not 2 minutes out of the shop on the way home the issue reoccurred. Wasted time. I was not charged, but I will never go back there again. I took the truck there for this same issue back in 2023 and they claimed they never heard of this issue before and I would have to recreate the situation, or leave it for $200 dollars for them to research it. What a joke. This is a known issue with these model trucks for a few years. I would not deal with these folks if you are not white or hispanic. They don't seem to care about the rest of us. I also got the truck back with grease all over the door, which I never noticed until I got to my next stop. Beware of this dealership.
