Found my car at a more reputable dealership. I am a happy camper! Steer clear from Bridgewater Chevrolet

Poor experience with the service department. I was told that $3500 in repairs were needed including a water pump, thermostat housing, outlet housing, coolant hose and a valve cover. Took the car elsewhere and only needed a coolant hose for $220 installed. Would not recommend this facility for repairs.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. TLDR; This dealership is not honest, go to another dealership. My parents went to this location to purchase a used pick up truck. They found one that was perfect for them. They were shown a CARFAX for the car and on 3/9/2021 Bridgewater Chevrolet noted that the car was inspected for drivability and performance. My parents were satisfied with the CARFAX, traded in their jeep and paid $10,000 for the car. They were taking the car on a trip and went to a car shop to abbey he oil changed. During this they were told that the truck frame is completely rotted out, so the bed is separating from the cab. They were told it is unfixable and not safe to drive. They were stunned. They called the dealership and were told they bought the car as is and they would not being given any sort of refund. My parents were devastated. They decided to go to the dealership and speak to someone in person. They spoke with the used car sales manager, Mike. My mom broke down on tears explaining that they had saved up their stimulus money and spent their savings on this truck and that they believed the dealership was selling them a good car. They couldn't believe a place would do something sneaky and deceiving during a time when people are hurting so much financially. Mike seemed to understand and said that's not the way they do business, they don't hurt people they don't deceive people they want to do the right thing. Mike said he would have the car taken to a mechanic that the dealership works with to see if it could be fixed and if so they would pay for it. If not, he said he would refund them for the car. This seemed reasonable and respectful. They truck was towed to the mechanics but the mechanic said it was unfixable. Yet, after receiving this news Mike left a voicemail for my parents saying that they decided to "stick with the company policy" and not refund money for the car. What kind of business does this???Did my parents make a mistake by not doing more due diligence? Sure, but they thought they were dealing with honest people. Why would they say they would rectify the situation and then go back on that?? My parents now are out 10,000 dollars and a car. I'm completely heartbroken for them and so pissed off that I had to write this review. Hopefully it saves someone else. THESE PEOPLE AEE NOT HONEST. Just find another dealership.

A few months back I brought my 2011 BMW 335i (E92) into Euro Performance for some routine…read moremaintenance and a few upgrades. While the service was solid overall, there were a few areas that didn't quite hit the mark, preventing this from being a five-star experience. First Impressions & Facility Euro Performance's facility is modern, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for both high-end diagnostics and performance work. The staff is friendly, and check-in was smooth. I appreciated how the shop felt organized and professional, with a focus on working on European vehicles. However, I did feel the communication could have been a bit more transparent throughout the process. I prefer to be kept more informed on the status of the car during service, especially when it's in for specialized work. Services Requested & Execution I had the following services performed on my 335i: High-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) diagnostic check - To ensure everything was running smoothly. Suspension refresh and alignment - Needed attention after 80,000 miles. Oil change and full fluid inspection - A standard part of regular maintenance. The HPFP diagnostic check was handled appropriately. They performed the standard tests, but I would have liked a bit more clarity on the results and potential future concerns with the fuel system. It felt like the check was thorough but not as detailed as I would have expected given the importance of the HPFP on the N55 engine. For the suspension refresh and alignment, they did a good job improving the car's handling. The steering felt more precise, and the ride quality was noticeably better. That said, I was hoping for a little more focus on performance-driven adjustments. While the alignment was fine for daily driving, I felt there was some potential for a more sport-oriented setup. The oil change and fluid inspection went smoothly with no issues. They were quick and efficient, and I appreciated that they checked all of the fluids and ensured everything was topped off. I did wish for a more in-depth inspection of the overall car, particularly the undercarriage, but it wasn't anything that raised a major concern. The Road Test: Subtle Improvements Once I got the car back, I took it for a road test to feel out the changes. The throttle response was slightly sharper, and the engine ran smoothly. The suspension felt more planted and comfortable, but it wasn't the dramatic improvement I had hoped for. Overall, the car felt good, but not transformed. It was a slight improvement rather than a significant one. Final Verdict: A Good Shop for Routine Work Euro Performance provides solid service for BMW owners looking for routine maintenance or basic performance work. They get the job done without any major issues, but I would have liked to see more focus on performance-driven adjustments, especially for a car like the 335i. Their communication could use some improvement, but overall, they are reliable and competent. Four stars. A dependable shop for regular service with room to enhance their performance focus.

Reasons to stay away from this dealership: PREDATORY FEES, BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS, HORRENDOUS…read moreCUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCESSIVE DOCUMENTATION FEE, EXCESSIVE FEES IN GENERAL. On January 2, 2026, I arrived around 5pm to look at a 2024 Toyota Camry SE with about 1860 miles. I was helped by a sales associate, Edwin Negrin. Edwin is an interesting character, he focused this sale by pushing many fees such as, window etch fee, lo-jack type of device (sorry, I forgot the name of the device), doc fee (which I understand, every dealer does this). Some breakdown - the lojack-type device was around 1500$ which Edwin said could not be taken off and when why it can't be taken off, he had no response other than saying he's only a sales guy and not a mechanic. He couldn't explain the window etch fee (300$). The doc fee (800$). I told Edwin the price that I liked to pay and he inquired about financing or cash, I told him I can do either depending on the deal that they give us but I want to make sure that there are no pre-payment penalty that I can pay the car off the next day. He said, all the finance companies that the dealership does business with does not have pre-payment penalties. When I asked about why these fees aren't listed on the price online, he showed us the listing of the car on their website and scrolled down all the way to the bottom which had the disclaimer portion. Extremely predatory behavior; using an umbrella statement to do this. I told Edwin that I am refusing to pay for the lo-jack alternative device; many dealers attempt to do this. I then asked to speak with a sales manager. In comes another interesting individual by the name of "Vinny Ferraro" which Vinny refused to tell me his name initially and never told me his last name (found out from Edwin). Vinny now introduces another fee called the PRE-INSPECTION DELIVERY FEE in the amount of 895$ which Edwin never told us about. This individual was extremely obnoxious and berating to me and another individual who accompanied me to this dealership. He would not let me or my friend talk and when asked about the fees, he would divert our questions with more questions and polarizing statements. He talked over us every step of the way in the conversation. When he left, Edwin would not give his name initially but did at the end. Vinny during the time when he was "talking" to us, offered the vehicle at X price which after a long back and forth, I agreed upon if I would finance the car. So then we agreed upon a price with Edwin after much back and forth and getting ready to start the financing process after filling out their other forms on our phones. Along this whole process, Edwin wanted us to go online and give him a five-star review which is ridiculous to ask of your customer who isn't even a customer yet). So, now comes in a new issue with the pre-payment penalty, Danny - another sales manager stated that there is a pre-payment penalty for the first 6 months. For me, it made no sense to finance and pay more in interest then the discount they were giving me for financing even for a lower price. My person that I was with, and I were led done the wrong path regarding the financing and lied to by Edwin the sales person. Ignorance of the rules that your own company or other companies that you use to finance is NOT AN EXCUSE. Edwin was so pushy, he kept on wanting me to give himself a 5-star review on google right there and then and kept persisting through the end. Edwin is not an honorable person as he lied to us, he kept complaining through the process that he is only making 66$ off this deal. Vinny is also not an honorable person; he displayed narcissistic type of behavior as he did not want to listen during the conversation, he cut me off when I was asking about the fees and other questions and he also cut off the individual that I was with. He (Vinny) just wanted to hear himself talk and was extremely aggressive. Full disclosure - in the end, I did end up buying it because I didn't want to go through this again. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL
