I highly recommend the Service Dept at Flemington BMW. Our service advisor was Brian, and he is one of the best. After only hours of having my X5, we were sent a video of the problem and an explanation of what was needed. Brian provided us with a very reasonable estimate and worked with us to determine what was covered under an extended warranty that was provided by BMW on a known concern/issue. We accepted the estimate, the parts were ordered, and we were able to pick up our car the next day. Professional and friendly team! They accommodated my requests even though it was not part of my appointment. Location is very good with lots of space to sit, work and drink coffee/water from the coffee bar. Sparkling water would be a good addition to their offerings. Bought a 2021 X5 from this location this week and I could not be more impressed. The staff is absolutely perfect and warm and so willing to make sure that you leave the premises with a deal. We worked with Conner M. mostly through the phone and text before making our first visit but he was diligent and fast in getting us quotes and answers to our questions before we even made it there. He was great! When they gave us their final price over the phone, we finally made our way over and met Conner and his manager Ed in person who finally took the price down a tad more and we settled on a deal. We made the deposit and came back over the weekend to sign the paperwork and take the car home. We can back on Friday night and Cathy the finance manager and Conner continued to take brilliant care of us. This might've been the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. I called to have my battery installed and registered to the car. First I was told that they don't do that because it was not a BMW battery. I called back to ask well if you don't register batteries to your own vehicles who does? Christa said the manager approved it. When I arrived Christa again said oh we are certainly signing a wavier on this one. Why is it so hard to be nice. Do we have any good customer service? I spoke to the manager Mick and he just looked at me like a deer in head lights. So they call themselves washing your car dry in the front and soap left in the back. I bought my 528xi in 2016 and purchased extended maintenance and warranty. My warranty expired on 10/3/2019. I brought my car into them on 9/19/2019 for a final inspection and service. I mentioned I thought the vehicle seemed noisy. The 528xi has know problems with the timing chain and turbo and there is a class action suit now active against BMW for the timing chain. After the warranty expired I took the vehicle to an independent BMW shop with over 15 years working for BMW prior to opening. I decided to have the timing chain upgrade prior to incurring a 15,000 repair. The independent shop called me and said not only was the timing chain bad, but the turbo was as well. There was absolutely NO-WAY for the dealer not to have identified these repairs were needed 3 weeks earlier. This tells me that BMW either never looked at the car, or had some non qualified mechanic change the oil. The previous time I took the car in, there was a known problem with the rear passenger door seals so that when ever it rained, water drained into the rear of the vehicle. This happened two times. The first time BMW CPO covered the repair. Two years later it occurs again. I dried out the vehicle, brought it to Flemington BMW for repair. Not only did they charge me for the second repair, but left the vehicle out in the rain before the repair, so when I got it back, the rugs in the back seat were soaked. If you're shopping for a BMW, service should be a key decision making. I would shoot over to Daniels BMW in Allentown. Me? I'll probably never buy a BMW again. read more

I purchased a car here in March and the entire experience was much less than enjoyable. One thing I was adamant about through the whole process was having a car with satellite radio; my dealer told me that it was "installed but not turned on" and I would simply have to set up an account after I purchased the car. That sounded good enough until after I signed the paperwork to purchase said automobile and the dealer was taking me on a walk-through of the car's navigation and systems then, suddenly, low-and-behold the satellite radio was not installed and I needed to pay $700 to have it put in. I was so disgusted with the whole process that I gave up and left. Flemington BMW - 1, John - 0. About a month later I was driving along listening to terrestrial radio when I plowed into a majestic creature known as the white-tail deer going about 45 mph. The autobody shop did a timely job putting the front end of my car back together but needed to send it to Flemington BMW so the headlights could be repaired. It was then that I found out that Flemington BMW not only sucks at selling cars honestly, they suck at repairing them on time too. After about a week and a half of "your car will be done today" they were finally able to fix my headlight. I was told that they ultimately had to replace the entire unit after several failed attempts to repair what was left after the crash - thank God my car wasn't returned with the Elmer's glued contraption they were trying to put together. Flemington BMW - 2, John - 0. The kicker to all this is that I had forgotten about it and had moved on until their customer service department called AND emailed me last week to see if I was satisfied with my BMW experience. I was unable to answer the call but wrote back an honest, reasonable reply regarding the satellite radio with little expectation for the response. It turns out that little expectation still exceeds what you should expect from Flemington BMW as I received no response to my reply. That's why I'm pissed - I really hadn't given any thoughts/cares to Flemington BMW until they asked; then, after I told them, they don't even care enough to get back to me. Flemington BMW - 3, John - 0. I'm not sure who's fault it is if I've been fooled 3 times but I assume its mine. Not at all impressed. I recently bought a car here and everyone seemed really nice and helpful. Then the misleading used car salesman type of crap started. They sold me the extended maintenance package which I was stupid enough to buy ONLY because the representative here told me that my car would have brake service every 30,000, miles and would basically need new brakes at that interval, which of course is a costly job. That is not the case after doing my research and calling BMW directly. I find out that they literally only look at your brakes when the cars computer program says they need attention mine currently says 50,000 miles remain... Also they only change the pads not the rotors unless they are out of spec which I was told they always do them together. Should have used my gut feeling I suppose. Touche. Ya got me. The whole deal was extremely misleading when it came to the warranty on a certified pre owned. It was filled with half truths and deception. The guy selling the extended service plan made it seem as if I was also paying for the certified pre owned plan and I would not get that without the service plan. The CPO warranty comes with the car anyway. Best to download the warranty details online and read yourself. My sales representative asked me to call him on his cell the following day to set up a time to come down and review all the features of the car because it was getting late. Guy never called me back. I waited 2 hrs and had to call him at the buisness number and have him paged. I declined to go in and just read the car manuel. Granted he may have been extremely busy but it takes 3 seconds to text and let me know that he would get back to me. Not that it makes a difference but I am an Active Duty Soldier and BMW has all over their website about military discounts I received none of that. Not that I feel entitled but still. Made no difference in my vehicle. Then again it could be that they only offer this on brand new cars and not certified pre owned. Either way they are less willing to work on the price than any dealership I have been to. I like my car but if I had to do it all over again I will buy somewhere else. Terrible dealership, I received my brand new car with stains on the seat, my salesman told me he forget to get the car cleaned inside. I live an hour and half away from the dealership and he insisted he gives me a loaner car and they clean it by their service center. Loaner comes and is given to me with 80 miles left in the tank, so essentially empty. I go to make sure the insurance is in the glovebox and there is a half eat chocolate chip cookie just laying inside opened. For two weeks the plan has been 630am loaner car, and 5:30pm the next day drop off. I receive a call from the dispatcher yelling at me on the phone telling me that the car will not be dropped off then asking who told me that it would be. He flat out said, "What do u not understand the car will not be given to you at 5:30pm!", "I don't care about your originally plan!", and asking me why he can't come the next morning which was never confirmed with me. I had to tell him i leave for work in the morning and that is why that time does not work for me. Which ended with another phone call back saying my car will be given back to me at "some point that night". 730pm comes around and my car is not delivered back to me i call the service center and their response was "the car was dispatched at 5pm", not let me call the driver and see where he is. The car comes and the driver is with his girlfriend in my car that was just sent back cause it was not cleaned inside. I get in the car and he hooked up his bluetooth to my car and all my presets were just gone. I call the service center and they had no idea why the dashboard was touched when the car was just being cleaned. I was on the phone for 45 mins afterwards with the technician to get my presets restored and remove his bluetooth and phone numbers out of my car. I reached out to three people over the course of this huge issue, the sales manager, my salesman and the receptionist AND no one has responded back to me and its been over a week. The next day after i get my car back i was shipped an overnight box from BMW, which were a tin of chocolate chip cookies.... I will never deal with such a disrespectful dealership again I am in pure disgust on how such a prestigious car company handles its customers. BMW I leased a new 2018 BMW X3 from Flemington BMW and received it on July 6th. About 2 weeks later, in the middle of a heatwave my air conditioning stopped working, just blew hot air at me and the car never got below 90deg. In addition I noticed my steering wheel would not vibrate for lane departure, no matter how I adjusted the settings. I went out of my way on a Saturday to have a friend drive the car(no ac) to the dealership while I followed in their air conditioned car. Two days later I picked up my car and was told they didn't fill the Freon when the car leaves the factory, and the dealership forgot to fill it as well? There should be an easy process in place to know which cars still need Freon before you let the customer drive off in it, right? For the lane departure steering wheel vibration I was told it worked for them and they just set it to high for me. Driving it home from the dealership it still didn't work for me so my car was again returned to the dealership. This time they determined the motor that vibrates the wheel never worked and needed to be replaced, so they did. Not sure how it 'worked for them' but anyway. Now, one week later my car is once again blowing hot air at me after driving 40min with max a/c on. In addition the wheel vibration, even set to sensitive and high is barely perceivable. It's almost the same as the regular vibration coming from the tires on the road?! So back to the repair shop at the dealership for the 3rd time in less than a month. Maybe the 3rd time will be a charm but even so, I expected more from BMW. Did I mention this was a brand new car. Sales people and facility are very nice, just hope you never need to service done here. read more

Breathtakingly bad service. Years ago, I took my car there to have the radio antenna replaced (it had been broken off by a car wash attendant). However, I got my car back with a new antenna that, as I was driving away, I realized was not connected to my car's sound system (technicians either didn't check or didn't feel it was necessary to tell me about it). After I returned and pointed this out, I was told that they had, in fact, performed the requested and expensive service: PLACING the new antenna on the car. I subsequently spoke with the service or general manager (can't remember which), and he was uninterested in rectifying the situation. Moreover, he consistently defended the absurd position that the service provided was appropriate. Although I no longer live in that area, I still have family and friends there. I tell everyone to avoid that place. read more

A most underwhelming experience. Initially appealing due to the large amount of in-stock vehicles and wide selection. However, if the salesman lacked product knowledge and cannot even carry on a respectful conversation how does he expect to complete a sale? Was ready to buy, literally had the sale ready on a silver platter for this novice salesman, but he managed to ruin it for all. We left angry, dealership lost the sale. The dealership is beautiful. The sales culture was honest and very low pressure. The cars we wanted to test drive were waiting for us inside there garage, warm, it is winter, so we could look over the cars comfortably and could take as much time as needed. Very nice touch. Greg Eckert our salman was great. He knew everything about the cars and after purchase spent time going over the technology as much time as needed. Clearly he knows his stuff. I think we got a very fair deal and the purchase was easy. All the numbers were exactly what they said they would be, no games or hidden fees, or unfair fees. Plus free car washes! Flemington BMW service is dishonest and untrustworthy. I purchased a new BMW in 2015, and so all my service is under the original warranty. I also purchased Wheel and Tired insurance from BMW. For my standard 40K service appointment, I was told "all 4 of my wheels are bent and need to be repaired and could be unsafe to drive". I told them no problem, I have the W&T (wheel & tire) insurance. They called me back a day later saying my insurance was denying the claim. The W&T contract states: "Wheels will be repaired whenever possible when damaged". I called back BMW and explained to them that the contract says it should be covered, and they told me it is my problem since the insurance is a 3rd party. I explained to them that I bought the insurance at BMW, but they just told me too bad, they can not do anything. I declined to get my wheels fixed. I called my W&T insurance to say I wanted to cancel because they were not honoring the contract. They then informed me that they never got any claim from BMW of Flemington!! So BMW never even filed a claim. I could go on my own to a wheel repair shop, and my insurance would pay for it. I checked my wheels, and it turned out that they were NOT bent. So, what happened? My wheels were never bent, a claim was never filed, and the dishonest service at Flemington BMW were just trying to get me to pay $500 to fix nothing. I called BMW USA, and they informed me that Flemington BMW is privately owned, and they could also not do anything. It's sad that a new car from BMW has the same problems you see on TV when you go to the local car shop where they charge you for many things and then hidden cameras show that they did nothing. I did not expect this, and will never go back there. read more
