We had a great experience buying a car here today. We worked with Allen Meyer over phone and e-mail. Out of all the dealers I was talking to, he was one of the most professional. No weird switches of numbers or trim levels. At the showroom, we worked with Lou Avitabile, and our finance guy's name was Kevin. Also really professional. He was super helpful and never rushed us, even though the deal went way past closing time. Seems like a dude who is happy when the customer is happy. Everyone was more helpful than they had to be. As a first-time car buyer, I did my research going in on all the ways things can go sideways, but going to the lot turned out to be one of the smoothest parts of the process. People who do good work don't get enough shoutouts, so wanted to make sure to do so. read more

Worst experience at the Flemington Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram Dealership they misdiagnosed my car and over charged me. I have brought my car to multiple places with extremely better service and rates. Check out the Getty on the circle the guy Allan is the best mechanic in town and will get it done faster than this dealership takes to inspect. The poorly train Jeep staff one did one thing right and that was convince me never to purchase another Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram for me or my family again for the rest of my life. Thank you for continuing to rip off Flemington!! read more

Anthony Izzo the finance manager is rude and disrespectful. I got my car there last fall and when I went to sign my papers he had a puss face on and didn't explain anything to me and my dad. I will never go back there if he is still working there. do NOT work with him. He's a liar and a cheat read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Flemington Flemington Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. My salesperson, Michael Lentine, was responsive leading up to our appointment. He ran me through all the options of the Jeep, and continued to follow up with me days after I drove off the lot. The Finance guy, Tony Kwak, was uber helpful and was able to secure the best option possible. You can rest easy and feel good about buying/leasing a car from these guys! read more

Constantly mislead and will do what they need to get you in the door only to wait and be disappointed in the service; timeliness; and lack of loaner cars. For the record, not exactly competitive in price either. All in all -- Not competitive to be honest. I Wish I had not had my vehicle towed there. I've used them in the past several times only to continually be disappointed. I try to use local small businesses, and OEM dealers and parts. In this case - regrettably, smaller doesn't equal better service. read more

Horrible experience with my leases 2 in a row had 3 radios replaced already in a 3 year period and a number of other issues and recalls. I get that is the manufacturers fault but the dealership promised to make things right for me and then disappeared. Not a good experience, use another dealer and manufacturer is my recommendation. read more

We had a major problem with our Dodge Durango and after some back and forth we were satisfied with the dealers response to fix the issue. They were able to arrange a rental car for us and were professional and apologetic in regards to the inconvenience. We appreciate their willingness to remediate the issue in an expedient manner. read more

This is my 2nd time working with Frank @ Flemington Jeep on getting another Jeep after my first Jeep was deemed a total loss. This time I had set my eyes on the 80th Anniversary model. Frank called me up that morning and by the time I got there the car was ready in the front for me to take a look at and I loved it. The sales process was great and seamless. I love how this dealership shows you your options in front of you so no guessing games here. Tony was also great too in getting the paperwork done (in and out). A deal was made and the car was beautifully cleaned. Thank You Frank for helping me out again and I HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

Flemington Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Jeep Grand Cherokee - 80th Anniversary Edition - Car Dealers Near Me - Flemington, New Jersey

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Frank (who is the only positive thing about my dealings with this place) Since purchasing I've had several recalls and issues and dealing with this service department has been just horrible. Once I picked up the car after recall work (or one of the door/screen issues?) my car turned off while driving in a circle! I got to the side of the road and it struggled to start. Back to the service dept. and they found nothing. Low and behold another recall and I tried to make another appt. I called the service dept and was hung up on twice and then i couldn't get through. I tried to text via their website and got a response that they would call and nobody ever called. I Was getting an oil change somewhere else and the tech noticed that there was a coolant leak. I had it towed to them because it was literally empty, and they called me to tell me i had a flat tire and warning lights on. I guess Chrysler roadside ruined the tire. Anyway, the service manager Rich could not have cared less! They then called to say there is no leak (there is! We actually showed him!) and the SM Rich again was so rude and offered no help or assistance. My advice.... NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! read more

Lousy customer service. Shady finance department/manager. Very dishonest . Aziz blatantly lied to my son and myself and continued after I called him out on it. Would NOT recommend this dealership read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a new car dealership. I've emailed the General Manger ( Mike Sarullo) (2) times regarding a simple matter and no response to this day. That was over 2 weeks ago. And my salesman Michael Lentine just as useless. Once my money hit their hands all bets are off. read more

Ended up purchasing a Grand Cherokee from Mike who may have been the least personable rep I have talked to during the buying process. Very pushy and only cared about how I was going to pay ( didn't seem to understand how a bank check works) Also got absolutely hosed on my trade in. Fingers crossed that I didn't buy a hunk of junk to match the sub par service I received. read more

Went and had the oil changed on my Jeep at a local mechanic. Discovered that there was a small oil leak from the Timing Chain Belt Case Cover. Still under warranty so checked the reviews for all Jeep dealers in the area. Flemington Chrysler Jeep Dodge most reliable and best rating. They earned that rating as far as we are concerned. Great service department. Problem fixed without any questions. read more

According to there web site, Oil changes are an express service, no appointment needed. Drove from Staten Island and was told I indeed need an appointment. They wouldn't make an exception. Very disappointed since I bought my jeep there. I guess once they get your money they don't care anymore. read more

So I unfortunately totaled my car recently , and as I began to shop around I found that there are very few dealerships that know how To be respectful and polite . This dealership took the time to give me numbers on a lease even though I was not willing to come in because I was healing from the accident . I believe the gentleman's name was Joe , he was great anything I needed he answered and never refused to give me a number. After I was well I went to Visit the dealership and we went on a test drive and went Over some Details . I am now to a point where I have to decide very soon on the car I need but if I do decide to go to jeep this would be the only dealership I would ever go to because they know how to treat customers . read more

We went in with every intention to get a new car. Our trade in had negative equity, which we knew. Gave us one option that stunk. Had no interest in helping after that. So we headed to Bakers Jeep in Princeton they explained every option including leasing with negative equity. Took the time to tell us each scenario. We purchased our new Jeep from Bakers. read more

Absolute crap! Work takes days to be completed. Come in with an appointment time but really expect your vehicle to be on the road days after with no offer of a courtesy car. read more

My family has always had a great experience here. We won't buy a car anywhere else. The sales manager, John is fantastic and Eder helped us find our perfect new car! read more

Excellent experience! We worked with Sam Bottros, and he was amazing. He was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He made it happen (painlessly), and got us into the 2500 RAM we wanted. Great experience from the whole team, and I will by future vehicles from them. The whole car buying experience can be painful, but they made our family have a wonderful experience. Thank you Sam Bottros and team!! read more

I was lucky to get Frank as my salesman. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He knew all of the features on the Limited version as compared with my Latitude that I was turning in. We took a test drive and he pointed out things I knew were different in the driving before I had a chance to ask. He gave me good advice on using the different features so I was very impressed. At first I was just shopping the dealership because it is a Costco dealer but he didn't put any pressure on me to make a quick decision as I first thought I wasn't ready to act. I left the dealership for lunch and when I returned they put together an acceptable deal. The next day my car was waiting for me when I arrived to execute the documents. I would recommend Frank, Cortney, Mike, Kevin and also Ellen at the front desk who from the moment I entered and was offered coffee until I left with my wife driving the new car provided great service.. It's beautiful and I love driving it. Thanks. read more

We called to schedule an appointment to see a certified pre owned jeep on a Saturday. Monday morning they call and say the jeep was sold. That's ok. Well, imagine our surprise when they call on thursday morning to say the deal fell through and we can come look at the jeep!!?!! We were so excited. I told my son's tball team he would miss his practice and my wife and I, along with my two toddlers hit the road for the one hour drive from Pennsylvania. We get there and they bring us out to a brand new jeep. Immediately I let the dealer Dave know that this was not the car we inquired about. He does searching and it turns out that they don't have our jeep. I feel like they tried to bait and switch us. I mean really....how do you do confuse a brand new jeep with a used one with 32000 miles. I was pissed!! All we got was a half hearted " uhh sorry". No offer to cover our expense of driving 100 miles round trip, wasting two hours and gas, and making my son miss his tball. What a crock. I suggest you verify your situation if you plan on doing business with them!!!! Very very disappointed. My wife was so excited to get the second chance to buy the jeep she really loved just to be told uhhhhh sorry. Very unprofessional. read more

Shocked this place got such poor ratings. I came here w an issue after an Autoland alignment, they fixed Autolands terrible alignment which read 1/3 in red (yes, believe it, they literally gave me a vehicle back that wasn't aligned properly), and their tech not only called me in to speak to me about my initial concern about shakes, but showed me one of my wheels wasn't spinning straight. He then aligned my vehicle to perfection and test drove it with me afterward to ensure results. I am simply shocked on the rating it has thus received. If service is this attentive and yes, I've been back quite a few times, it's unlikely for me to assume sales or other departments deserve ANY poor rating. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Scams! This business uses Galves trade in guide to price your trades, then advertises NADA with steep discounts. Eric told me that Galves is a lower trade offer to reflect true "front line value" and NADA offers more for trades ....in other words, they admitted to offering lowest possible trade dollar while reflecting highest possible prices online advertising NADA!!! If you don't use this as your trade in guide DONT ADVERTISE THEIR SALE PRICES!! BUYER BEWARE! Same make model online as my trade going for 10k more then what they offered me with mine having less mileage, they're answer....New Jersey's market is more competitive then PA.
