Not very customer friendly, only 10 loaner cars available. My radio went bad and Ciocca charged me $125 to diagnose the problem and when I had the radio replaced, they did not reimburse me the $125. Brought my truck on Saturday for oil change, they eliminated the Shuttle service, and I had to walk home. There was a problem that couldn't be repaired on Saturday, and I did not receive a call from the service department on Monday explaining what was happening. Left a message at 11am and then called back at 1pm. Quite a bit of turnover in the service department, it appears that nobody is happy there. I will not buy a vehicle again from Ciocca because to me it appears they don't care about Customer Service. read more

I came with my boyfriend to get an oil change and have them look at his front passenger side wheel sensor which was only working periodically (the other 3 sensors were working fine no problems,) and rotate my bf's tires. We sat and waited 1-1/2 hrs for the work to be completed. Upon completion we got the car back and the service department informed us that the wheel sensors were all bad and needed to be replaced. It would cost $200 a piece ( that would total $800.) Ciocca Cadillac said they turned off all my bf's wheel sensors, and to make another appointment to replace them. ( I was there at the time and heard and witnessed everything not knowing at that time you couldn't turn the wheel sensors off.) My bf then decided to get a second opinion. While he was getting his tires fixed on his Tractor Trailer at Steve's Tire in Bridgewater,my bf spoke to the owner at Steve's Tires about getting his sensors replaced on his Cadillac.Steve's Tires said they could replace the sensors on the Cadillac for approximately $300- $350 for all four sensors. While we were standing there, we were then told the wheel sensor scanner wasn't registering any wheel sensors on my bf's Cadillac. We stood there and watched in disbelief! How could this be? Only one sensor wasn't working. Like I mentioned the other 3 were completely fine and working great. The owner and the head mechanic at Steve's Tire which my bf knows extremely well said 3 sensors were missing, and that Ciocca Cadillac left the 1 bad sensor in the car. We then chose to go back to Ciocca Cadillac in Flemington and let them know what happened with the 3 sensors that were missing and that they left the 1 bad sensor in. Ciocca Cadillac said they would check into it with their service manager and get back to us. They never called us back like they promised. Only when it was time for my boyfriend to get an oil change again, is when they chose to call us. They had absolutely no idea about the past problem. My boyfriend then had to explain the entire story of the 3 missing sensors to a different person then who we originally spoke to. This wound up happening 3xs.explaining to 3 different people the same story over and over again ! The 4th person who promised to call us back and get to the bottom of this, never did! The only time we heard from Ciocca Cadillac is when they wanted us to come in for an oil change or have work done. My bf had to explain why he wasn't coming in and using their services any longer. When my bf spoke to a manager, and informed him of what transpired that manager argued with my bf for an hour on the phone and basically called him a liar. Ciocca Cadillac in Flemington made tons of excuses. He spoke to 3 different managers and they weren't willing to do anything to fix the problem they caused!!! We are 100 % sure that they removed the good sensors and left the bad one!! This is a place that we were taking our Cadillac to regularly for several years and was considering buying another Cadillac from them. ( not anymore!) After this bad experience and the rudeness of the one manager who they claimed got fired , and having to go through 3 different other people, the 4th never called us back. We chose to take our business elsewhere! Oh and we never found out what happened to my bf's 3 missing wheel sensors. They never made good on the wheel sensors that were missing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OR ITS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND NOT MAKING GOOD ON THEIR MISTAKES!!! Awful, not once, not twice but three different times! Purchasing a vehicle not bad but service forget it, which is ironic because thats more or less how the service department functions, there's always an emergency with an excuse attached at the end of it. I had two vehicles go in for scheduled service, my wife's vehicle sat there for 5 days and mine two. My vehicle is a year old and needed a new purge valve and needed a new cabin filter, dropped it off at 9:20 in the morning, agreed to the work at 12 noon and then as scheduled I was forgotten about and had to chase down the sales manager after 5 failed attempts to get a body on the phone. Not to mention I once sat there for 4 hours for a free oil change (absolutely stupid on my part but I figured it's an oil change how long could it take). I still have complimentary services since my purchase, but at this rate, I'd rather just pay someone else. It actually pains me after writing this review that I can't give them less than 1 star because they don't even deserve that! read more

Ever since Ciocca acquired this dealership the service quality has gone down. My service transmission light came on and my car e-brake deployed forcing me to disconnect my battery. I called the dealership the next morning to request an appt explaining to the scheduler my issue. She tells me they have an appt in two weeks (on a Saturday). I schedule it and have my insurance company tow the car onsite in case they have time to diagnose it beforehand. Never hear from them. An hour after my appt is supposed to occur I call for an update and am told they haven't had time to see it because cars that are towed without an appt aren't a priority. I challenged Stephanie saying I had an 8a appt to which she informs me they don't do transmission tech appts on the weekend. She also mentioned she left me a message earlier in the week and I asked where since I never got a call....they had an office number on file for a company I didn't work for anymore and was never a primary phone number for me. I informed her I'd been without a vehicle for two weeks since they didn't have a loaner at the time it was towed and ask what next steps are. She said they'd try to get it in Monday or Tuesday. At least an additional week goes by (the tech is really backed up and there's only one). She called me the day before I'm going away for the Christmas holiday to say its most likely my transmission and since it's outside of warranty it'll prob be around $10k and maybe I should just trade it in. She also advised the sole transmission tech was busy for prob the next 1-2mo. This recommendation was given without anyone in service even TOUCHING or attempting to DIAGNOSE the car. I said I would have to think about it. A salesperson contacted me repeatedly over the next week about working with me for the trade in and getting me a new car (mine was barely 5yrs old with only 55k mi on it). I decided to get a second opinion and had to pay to have the car towed to a mechanic since insurance won't comp tow a second time for the same issue (aka I had to waste money to go somewhere else since I was given an irrelevant appt by the scheduler at Ciocca). I called Stephanie to let her know the tow company was coming for my car that day and she said she would get the car checked out and it would be ready for the tow company. Five days later, I called the new mechanic to get a status update on the diagnosis only to find out Ciocca gave the tow company someone else's car that prior week and the cops showed up at the mechanic's business on Sunday for the other owner's missing car. MY car eventually was towed to the new mechanic. Turns out it didn't end up needing a new transmission OR costing $10k for the repairs I was told off the cuff by Stephanie. I will never go back here. The level of service here has turned to garbage and is basically non existent. The audacity to quote a $10k repair without looking at a car is absurd. Schedulers not knowing when certain tech appts can be scheduled is poor training. Giving incorrect cars to tow companies is wild. Not to mention when I finally got my car back into my possession after two months (about 5 weeks of which being dicked around by Ciocca), there was a new dent on it from who knows where in this whole ordeal. Prior issues since Ciocca take over include my check engine light coming on minutes after I left from routine service because the technician dislodged a sensor when changing the engine filter and me showing up for a PRE-SCHEDULED tire change appt where I was waiting in the lounge for the vehicle to be told they only had two of the tires I needed in stock despite them knowing at least 5 business days in advance about my appt. read more

Made an appointment for 50,000 mile service on my 2019 Ford Edge at Coccia. While making the appointment over the phone, I made it clear that I was driving to Florida and asked that they do a thorough check of the car along with the oil/Filter change, tire rotation etc. When the car was finished I was advised of the service done and that the vehicle was on good shape for the road trip. While driving to Florida from New Jersey, is felt hesitation while accelerating and then passing through North Carolina I started hearing a noise coming from the undercarriage. The noise got louder so I exited the interstate 95 pulled over and looked under the car. I saw something hanging from under the engine. I found a local auto repair shop and they put the car on the lift and advised me that the engine splash shield had come loose and was hanging. This was 3 days after I had the vehicle serviced at Coccia. I advised the mechanic of this and he stated that the person who serviced the car didn't complete securely reinstall the splash shield causing it to come loose. This could have been disastrous if the piece completely came off and I or another vehicle ran over it or tried to avoid it. We had the shield reinstalled at a ford dealership in Florida and the car is still hesitating when accelerating. I left a voice mail for Service Manager Mike DiTondo a few days ago explaining what happened and have not received a response. I paid $300+ for the "service". read more

I comminicated with Robert T on line, explained we are traveling 90 mins to get to dealership to test drive a vehicle I am interested in purchasing. We scheduled an appt for that evening. Once arrived we were told, Robert was not on the premises. We were greeted by Kevin and told the car was sold. I asked why did you not call me and let me know. Common courtesy! I was livid!!! I was new and just trying to ask a lot of question because it was very clear they were just trying to get me to sign then rope me into some deal I couldn't afford. The second I said I just wanted to have someone else look over the paperwork, they went to the "well why would you do that? It's very easy to just sign and return if you don't like it. People do it all the time" salesman route. Lowlife Dealership! I brought my 2018 Camaro SS on March 4, 2024 to address an engine oil leak which ultimately costed me $5800. A few days later the service manager JR Duque called to inform me that someone dented my car door. He stated that they have security cameras, but they don't work. So some unknown person struck the vehicle. He refused to pay for the damage and told me to go through my auto insurance I informed him that the dealership had possession of my car and was supposed to safeguard my property, it is their responsibility . I booked an appointment for an oil change and air filter concern/replacement. Instead of replacing them as requested when making the appointment, my boyfriend was talked into an unneeded diagnostic while dropping the car off. (For $140!) Which told us to replace the air filters. I called as soon as I saw the report and spoke with Diane Barry. She offered no explanation to why this route was taken even though she booked the appointment. She then booked an appointment to fix HER MISTAKE and replace the air filters.
