But what really annoys me is Blair Bega, who said with all confidence that this will be a one week repair which turned into five. He never called out to update me even once. My second experience with Straightline Collision, was on June 6, 2024, and it was positively as satisfying as my first time! My wife Sue, sideswiped my son in laws Toyota in front of he and my daughter's house! I had body work done at Straightline in October 2023 and at the time gave a rave review, which is why my experience today is such a disappointment. The molding between both front doors and windshield was coming off. I was concerned that it would cause damage by letting water in. I brought it to Straightline and was assured that it was cosmetic only and the pieces were held into place by double stick tape. I was told that each piece was $140 and I wouldn't be charged labor. I was told that to do the job right, I should replace both sides. Parts were ordered and today I brought the car in for the repair (which took about 10 minutes). I asked for a receipt and was expecting to see a part number listed but there is none. I paid $300 total. I came home and told my neighbor what I paid and was literally laughed at. He googled it on Amazon and I could have bought the pieces for $45.50 (total for both sides - they are sold as a pair, which is probably why I was told to replace both) and installed myself. Shame on me for blindly believing what I was told and not doing my own research. But also shame on the shop for duping me (perhaps because I am a woman?). I will never go to Straightline again and will make sure to share my experience. I am so totally disappointed, besides extremely upset that I am out so much money. read more

I loved this place, my car got hit in a parking lot and I needed to get my bumper fixed. They were recommended to me by my insurance. I went there and they were so sweet and hospitable. I got my rental right away and waited about 8 days for my car to be done. It was during the holidays so it took longer because of scheduling. On off season it would've taken about 3 days. Straight line Auto Collision has many ups but the downs can out way the positives. I brought my car back in August 2011 for rear quarter panel to be replaced. The workmanship (body work) was excellent looks as new as it did when I drove it out the showcase. The paint was flush, seems blended perfectly, and everything looked good to go, until I noticed the rear window crystal PVC corking was improperly installed and over used. Later, to find out that straight line outsources window repairs and currently are using Crystal window repair located on hyland blvd. Now that everyone's caught up. I have returned to straight line to have the window fixed and after numerous calls beginning on Tuesday and it's now Thursday w/o my pride and joy. One of the owners finally contacted me to inform me of the issues w/ the glass repairer and tint specialist. To make things right I have been offered a rental although it's not my car and it's still waiting a window at least the owner gave a shot at satisfying the customer. The reason saving them from a worse customer rating. Although things happen and problems can not be foreseen. A plan B should always be ready so if future issues like this arise. A solution can be made in a timelier fashion. read more

Certified GEICO center and "heard" that they were good from a source. Dropped off my car Tuesday 8am and said it should be done by end of the week latest early next week. It was a paint job with no body damage or electrical issue. Called end of the week and said it wasn't going to be ready till next Wednesday. I said, fine. Called the following Tuesday to confirm pick up next day and said won't be done till Friday. Now I'm frustrated. Kept my composure and called up Friday. Said not till Monday. OMG! Called Monday and finally done. Picked it up and interior was dusty and filthy from body shop. Ruined my center woodgrain a bit. May have to clay it to get the dirt off. On top of that, the paintjob was mediocre. Saw areas where it needed more paint or clearcoat and rough edges. Would not recommend. read more

Had body work done here after hitting a deer. They replaced/repaired my front bumper, one headlight, washer fluid reservoir and one fender. After about 2 years the front bumper started getting a lot of little rock chips (much more in those 2 years than the 5 years I had the car before the body work) but I never did anything about it. Finally after 3 years it looked like swiss cheese with thousands of little spots all over so I brought it back to see if they would respray it or at least give me a good discount. I was told they would do neither and that "I may have driven behind a dump truck or something." I pointed out that the chips were only on the bumper and that the hood (which was not re-painted) had almost no chips. They didn't care and just kept repeating the same thing. From the first phone call to the gentlemen who brought my car around everyone was so polite, friendly and professional. I was assisted by Stephen. Ahmed who was so helpful and honest. He explained everything to me and even thought there is only so much they can do he went out of his way to help keep my cost down and even had the gentleman come out while i was there to see what would be best to remove the paint on my new car. Even when i forgot to mention something Stephen was still so nice and helpful had my concerns address with no problem.
