Amazing Service! I brought my car here after being rear-ended and they alleviated so much of the frustration that comes with a car collision . The repair was completed in half the estimated time with consistent communication via text. When I came to pick the car up, it looked just as it had when I bought it. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs an auto repair shop. read more

I've been around to a few shops for quotes, but none came close to the level of service I got at Straightline Collision. From start to finish, Blair, Krissy, and Steve made the whole process smooth and easy like they actually cared, which is rare nowadays. Their customer service is on another level. They answered every question, walked me through everything, and never rushed me once. Their warranty program is hands down the best I've seen. Most places throw in a basic one just to say they have it, but Straightline actually backs their work with a warranty that gives you real peace of mind. It's unmatched. You can tell they stand behind what they do. If you're looking for honest, high quality work and people who treat you right, this is the place. No pressure, and people of their word. Solid work and even better people, go here if you need your European or German vehicle taken care of. read more

My husband's 2007 Chrysler Aspen is very special to him and to me. He kept this vehicle garaged in pristine condition. However, accidents happen and we were involved in a nasty hit and run on New Dorp Lane. The driver's side of his vehicle was crushed and we realized we had no hope to restore it to the way it was. We immediately went to Straightline who has done incredible work on my Volvo C70 several times. Blair is definitely a gift from God, a miracle worker. This company kept the Chrysler for several weeks and made sure to get all those very hard-to-get parts. When my husband picked up the car last week, it was restored to the showroom condition it had been in. Blair, you made an old man the happiest man in the world! There aren't enough words to express our appreciation to you and your entire staff and the wonderful girls at the reception area, too. You are a treasure! Thank you from the bottom of our two old hearts! read more

2016 Audi a6 went in for this simple repair. 5 weeks and nearly 4k to fix this? But what really annoys me is Blair Bega, who said with all confidence that this will be a one week repair which turned into five. He never called out to update me even once. I was always reaching out to him and him being "busy". At week 3 he said "Audi keep sending my the wrong part man, it's not my fault" and continued to not take any accountability at all. Now after i left a google review he reaches out to me by phone and text and this ladies and gentlemen, is Blair *Photo attached* read more

I brought my car here to be fixed, it was only cosmetic work needed to be done. They ended up destroying my engine, the radiator and much more parts. This is costing me tens of thousands of dollars from range rover now. Unbelievable. This is the worst collision shop and the guy steve is an ********. This scam of a shop should be closed down immediately. Filing a complaint with the new york state on them. read more

I have had the fortunate experience to work with the Great team at Straightline Collision several times over the past 12 years. From the owner Dave to Arlene at the front desk to Doug with estimates, Straightline offers a top notch service during stressful and unfortunate occasions. The reality is getting into an accident is typically a miserable experience, from the accident, to the accident reports, estimates, rentals etc.....Straightline makes the experience as painless as possible. I have worked with Allstate, Geico and Progressive insurance companies, each time estimates were quick and easy. Enterprise rent a car has a desk onsite making car rental a breeze. The quality of their work is second to none. You can tell by the sheer volume of cars they fix that they do it right. If you are in the need for body work I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Straightline. read more

For Great Service with Great Results, Look No Further. I highly recommend Straightline Collison. read more

I had body work done at Straightline in October 2023 and at the time gave a rave review, which is why my experience today is such a disappointment. The molding between both front doors and windshield was coming off. I was concerned that it would cause damage by letting water in. I brought it to Straightline and was assured that it was cosmetic only and the pieces were held into place by double stick tape. I was told that each piece was $140 and I wouldn't be charged labor. I was told that to do the job right, I should replace both sides. Parts were ordered and today I brought the car in for the repair (which took about 10 minutes). I asked for a receipt and was expecting to see a part number listed but there is none. I paid $300 total. I came home and told my neighbor what I paid and was literally laughed at. He googled it on Amazon and I could have bought the pieces for $45.50 (total for both sides - they are sold as a pair, which is probably why I was told to replace both) and installed myself. Shame on me for blindly believing what I was told and not doing my own research. But also shame on the shop for duping me (perhaps because I am a woman?). I will never go to Straightline again and will make sure to share my experience. I am so totally disappointed, besides extremely upset that I am out so much money. read more

I loved this place, my car got hit in a parking lot and I needed to get my bumper fixed. They were recommended to me by my insurance. I went there and they were so sweet and hospitable. I got my rental right away and waited about 8 days for my car to be done. It was during the holidays so it took longer because of scheduling. On off season it would've taken about 3 days. I recommend this place they washed and waxed my car and vacuumed the inside. I was not expecting that, my car was stunning when I picked it up. read more

I have used Straightline several times and have recommended them to friends and family and the results are always the same, a perfect job with courteous service. They text with pictures of your vehicle to keep you updated on the progress every step of the way. Arlene greets you with s smile, Blair gives you a comprehensive estimate on the work to be performed and Doug supervises the repair of your car sending pix as updates. There is a rental car establishment right on the premises who works along with Straightline. Also as an added bonus they request that you return in a week for a full wash and wax at no charge. I strongly recommend Straightline as does my insurance company. You will not be disappointed. Jeff C read more

Straight line Auto Collision has many ups but the downs can out way the positives. I brought my car back in August 2011 for rear quarter panel to be replaced. The workmanship (body work) was excellent looks as new as it did when I drove it out the showcase. The paint was flush, seems blended perfectly, and everything looked good to go, until I noticed the rear window crystal PVC corking was improperly installed and over used. Later, to find out that straight line outsources window repairs and currently are using Crystal window repair located on hyland blvd. Now that everyone's caught up. I have returned to straight line to have the window fixed and after numerous calls beginning on Tuesday and it's now Thursday w/o my pride and joy. One of the owners finally contacted me to inform me of the issues w/ the glass repairer and tint specialist. To make things right I have been offered a rental although it's not my car and it's still waiting a window at least the owner gave a shot at satisfying the customer. The reason saving them from a worse customer rating. Although things happen and problems can not be foreseen. A plan B should always be ready so if future issues like this arise. A solution can be made in a timelier fashion. read more

Certified GEICO center and "heard" that they were good from a source. Dropped off my car Tuesday 8am and said it should be done by end of the week latest early next week. It was a paint job with no body damage or electrical issue. Called end of the week and said it wasn't going to be ready till next Wednesday. I said, fine. Called the following Tuesday to confirm pick up next day and said won't be done till Friday. Now I'm frustrated. Kept my composure and called up Friday. Said not till Monday. OMG! Called Monday and finally done. Picked it up and interior was dusty and filthy from body shop. Ruined my center woodgrain a bit. May have to clay it to get the dirt off. On top of that, the paintjob was mediocre. Saw areas where it needed more paint or clearcoat and rough edges. Would not recommend. read more

I went to Straightline 2 wks ago after reading the reviews and calling other places I decide to try Straighline and one reason was the way the ladies answered the phone and my questions they are all very professional and friendly. From the first phone call to the gentlemen who brought my car around everyone was so polite, friendly and professional. I was assisted by Stephen. Ahmed who was so helpful and honest. He explained everything to me and even thought there is only so much they can do he went out of his way to help keep my cost down and even had the gentleman come out while i was there to see what would be best to remove the paint on my new car.
