We used them twice, a rear end collision on my wife's Subaru and a deer strike to the front of a Toyota. Both times they were quick with the fix, the Subaru turned out better. I had to go back for a second bumper clip for the Toyota and it still was aligned slightly off. For the most part it's good enough, as it's been over a year without issues. They do a great job matching paint, I can't tell a difference between the front and back bumpers. As for parts, they go cheap when quality after market ones are unavailable, due to our insurance companies contract. More recently I needed a new front grill, which I purchased an OEM independently. They looked at the front of the car and said it needed a bumper, grill and a few other parts and paint for slightly over $1,000. Also, I would need to sign a waiver to skip calibrating collision sensor. I ended up taking it to a mechanic, and they replaced the grill for $70. Because no one disassembled the entire front, they nor I could prove the status of the inside arms of the bumper. Even if they are damaged, it's still holding, which is good enough. The plastic on the bumper was flimsy to begin with and the position looks the same as the photos taken when they finished the original repair. For now, I consider it completed and my cruise control has stopped flaking out at high speed. In this case I received a quote from the methodology that makes them respected for handling repairs, but it was not what I wanted to do. read more

Stay away from this business if you ever get into an accident. They will charge insurance a high number on the repairs and put aftermarket parts on the vehicle. Not only do they do that but will cut corners. For instance o a moulding on my car during g the repair process had broke off when they were removing it and to fix it rather than being responsible for it they decide to glue on the part instead of replacing it. How I found out about it I showed my new autobody guy the reciept he said they just removed and installed. So more than likely during the process they broke the clips off and glued it back on. The clips on the part weren't there to begin with it was gone. Also they lied to me saying they have the clips and the parts to fix it. All they did was glue it back again. A small part that they dont want to be responsible to replace cause of their negligence they decide to glue it back on charge a high number and make profit. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage they did and refuse to fix it but just re glue that part. Lied to me from the front and till the end. Let me start off with a hit and run is the most terrible disheartening experience, but the experience I had at A&B with my car repair was amazing. Problem#1 - I had to call them for an update on the status of my car, after hearing absolutely nothing for days (dropped the car off on a wed nite, at closing and called first thing mon morning because they are closed on the weekends). Problem#2 - The manager named Aly Dean, spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, when I called to inquire about MY car. Not their car, MY car. I told the manager that when I dropped off the car, I was told that someone would contact me to let me know what needed to be done to the car. The manager told me that he has never heard of anyone making a phone call to let the customer know what needed to be done and that they had already completed most of the work. Would never bring my car or any other car back to this place or recommend this garage to anyone. read more

This body shop is amazing. They repaired my old 2008 car after it was involved in an accident. The insurance company determined it was a total loss and the quote that was given to make the repairs was more than the insurance company offered. They lowered their estimate to cover the damages in full and returned the car in excellent shape much faster than was originally promised. They even threw in a new set of hub caps! Who does that? I was involved in an accident and I had to get my bumper repaired. It was small dents from the license plate with few scratches. I walked into A&B Collision off Bay St to get an estimate and was warmly greeted right away. From there, one of the guys took pictures of my car, which I was able to see them through my insurance App, got an estimate and had a rental car set up through Enterprise. Prior to leaving A&B Collision, I had asked the employee if I can have the car ready in 2 days for LDW. Without hesitation, he said he can. They had Enterprise meet me with the rental car there, went through a few documents and I was out and about in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with my rental car provided considering I wasn't expecting it. They called on the day I requested and I was happy with the results. There was no difference in paint color, no scratches. My bumper was sanded and repainted. You can feel where the damage was and could slightly see the unevenness in certain lighting however I am pleased with the results and would recommend this body shop to anyone. We got rear ended at a stop light at 0510, so couldn't really see the extent of damage. My wife was sent to the hospital and while I waited I took care of the paperwork I needed to do. Brought the car in later in the day, met up with Ahmed and we went over the car. A rental car was ordered for me and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Fast forward to FOUR business days later and we get our car back pristine. There was a small hiccup on delivery day and we thought maybe re programming would be needed but they found the issue and again, we were out of there relatively quickly. That's my only quibble, but it was corrected so it really isn't an issue.
