Took my care here for damages cause by a hit and run drivers, The staff was very polite and prompt. Their manager was on point knew right away what would need to happen, express sympathy cause you know..its your car are, even if its not a 100k car it's still your car, I appreciated that. The after math are on the pictures. It was done quickly all repairs made the accident look like it did not happen as promised. It took two weeks. Granted it's not the cheapest place, but if you want good worth while repairs that's the shop you want. Specially if you want good paint work that will match your car.. Gave it 5 stars cause I loved the results and nothing was lacking. read more

Brooklyn motors was the epitome of professional. I brought my model Y in for a bumper repair that turned out to have a lot of underlying damage. They were quick to take my car, inspect it, communicate and update me, order all necessary parts, repair the car, paint it, and have it ready for me to pick it up. They communicated openly and honestly, giving me advice when applicable but not forcing an issue and allowing me to make decisions without any pressure. Would 100% recommend bringing your car here for any repairs, if I ever need further repairs I'll be coming back without a doubt. read more

These guys really are an absolute gem! I had three claims for three different collisions, none of which were my fault. They were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, guiding me through next steps in dealing with the insurance companies (both my own and those of the responsible parties). In all of my dealings with them, they were the model of professionalism. In the end, they even ended up doing extra work, repainting the whole car to avoid an uneven appearance between the parts they fixed and other external panels that had minor, unrelated scratches. They really went above and beyond and I will absolutely bring my car there again for any necessary repairs or maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

My Tesla MYP was in an accident while parked on the street. I was worried about finding an honest, reputable, Tesla-certified repair shop. Wow! Brooklyn Motors did an outstanding job repairing my MYP! I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to after seeing what an amazing job they did. Everyone I interacted with at Brooklyn Motors was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. 5 stars! I definitely recommend Brooklyn Motors! read more

Brooklyn Motors - Auto Repair Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Their customer service is beyond measure. Vita was great on the phone to book our appointment; we've been there 2x over as many years, Max (last time) & Roman (this time) were both awesome in their explanation as well as their kind consideration of our worries involving repairs needed. Ricco was the most awesome person who helped provide exceptional finishing touches & helping to ensure the vehicle looked like it was as new as possible. Have no hesitation whatsoever in taking your repair needs to this establishment; whether it is covered by insurance or a mixture of both co-payment or even if you must pay yourself in full, it is very well worth it. I say this with the most genuine humility, they are among the best in Brooklyn & perhaps even NYC! Of course, all highly deserved & earned gratuities offered are appreciated!! read more

They did an excellent job in fixing my Mazda (a box truck backed up into my car, leaving the front end dented and scraped up). Now, you can't tell anything happened to it! Drop off was super easy and timely (I did an online appointment and they honored the appointment). They were friendly, patient in answering my many questions, informative, and assured me each step of the way. While they were doing repairs they communicated updates to me on a timely basis and got me my car back earlier than expected! Oh, and something to note: they take great pride in their work. That goes a long way with me. Your car will be in good hands here. Thank you, Max, Roman, and the rest of the Brooklyn Motors team!!!! read more

They were such a great help every step of the way! Although in the end they did not end up repairing my car that was due to it being rolled a total loss, up until that point Brooklyn motors kept me informed and in the loop and made this process Feel easy. Great and helpful staff and a clean kept office, will definitely be returning if I ever need repairs! read more

We'd barely gotten to drive our brand new Tesla Model 3 - my husband was waiting at a light when a distracted Uber driver tapped into him and damaged the bumper- arghhh! We used the Tesla approved list to locate a local shop that would make us wait 9 days just to look at it which seemed ridiculous, I kept looking, and called Brooklyn Motors after seeing the reviews on the Tesla site. The manager, Vlad had us bring the car in the next day for a look. Within a weekend our insurance adjuster had viewed the car and a pain in the neck situation was made much less painful. The part you don't want to rush is the paint and prep- any place that does it in a few days isn't doing it right- this was absolutely perfect- as good or better than brand new- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. For all of you Tesla owners, the manager knows the cars inside out and likes to geek out over them- nice bonus to make you feel good about leaving 'your baby' with them. read more

my Tesla was rear ended for the third time, so I bring it to Brooklyn Motors because they are less than a mile away from me and Tesla shops are not easy to find as everyone knows so I bring them my car they do the work and tell me and the insurance company that the light was replaced. The rear door was replaced, and the bumper was replaced, which I believe at the moment but after the 10 layers of compound wore off after I had washed it like three times I started seeing all the scratches that we're already on these so-called replaced items and tried to sell me on a sad story. Meanwhile, I am a car enthusiast I own a 1966 GTO convertible that is worth over 120 grand so you ain't gonna sell me on a story on how shitty somebody's workers when everything is supposed to be brand new now all the scratches came out on the light. All the scratches came out on the rear hatch and now to top it off every time it rains the rear light that was supposed to be replaced fogs up on me because it is cracked to where you can't see it, but the crack is there and there was a scuff mark but they put so much paste on it to buff it out thinking I wouldn't notice, and after that was all said and done they told me that the light was replaced and they charged the insurance company which is State Farm for it so, all this being said, I advise anyone that uses this company not to anymore, because if they had the balls to run their companies name and reputation through the mud. This way, I am 100% sure that they would do it and have done it to many other people and then when I confronted him about the whole situation he was lost for words didn't know what to say didn't want to perjure his self but I have a recording of the whole conversation that I had with this person much as admit it, but he didn't not admit it he was just lost for words, so I will be getting in touch with Tesla corporate somehow, and have their Tesla certification pulled. so whoever is thinking about using this shop should rethink their choice. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves over there. But I'm sure they will get what is coming to them because State Farm was already notified about the whole situation. I gave them for the recording of the situation. I have proof of the car, not even lining up at any point of the creases So I guess I'm just trying to do everyone a favor that has confidence in this places reviews there's nothing but bunches of Frauds I wish I can give this place a zero star rating because that's what they deserve read more

A little on the expensive side but good work overall, did not like they moved my dash cam when nothing in the interior of my car needed to be touched. Would still recommend read more

Brooklyn Motors has such a great staff. They are a very professional, knowledgeable and polite group of technicians. A few weeks ago, we went here for some bodywork on my rear bumper. When we got it back today, we saw perfection! The work was done so well. We were extremely satisfied with their bodywork. They treated us with such kindness & respect. They highly value their craft and never settle for inferior quality. Gino the manager and Max who handled our paperwork etc., deserve a big shout-out. Great job! We will recommend this body shop to everyone we know. read more

Awesome service! My right window got knocked off of my Red Camero. Every place was over charging to replace the mirror, color it and companies wanted to keep my car for up to 3 days! They even touched up some scratches on my car. :) No up selling or anything! 100% professional Awesome pricing & service! I will be back when needed !! Thank You Brooklyn Motors!!! read more

Brooklyn Motors - Auto Repair Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Great and fair service. It's not the cheapest but nor are they outrageous. I'm perfectly happy with what I paid and what I got for it. Also, I had a circumstance where I needed the car a day earlier. I was willing to just take the part I had paid a deposit for and have it attached elsewhere since I was in a rush and my timeline was not their fault. Instead they moved some things around to accommodate me even though they're soooo busy. I'm in the waiting room now with 8 others. I can see why they stay busy. It's hard to get clean, fair and kind service. They stand out. The Yelp reviews are all valid here. They've certainly earned it. read more

I got my car's bumper fixed here! Overall, satisfied. The price was too much, but worth it at the end. I met Max. He was so nice and friendly. He explained the things that must have done. Also, the shop was indeed clean and easy walk-in (no appointment needed). It took a week for the repair, but that didn't bother me at all. I'm happy for the result. read more

It's almost impossible to find an autoshop that has honest employees. I can't thank Vlad and his team enough for helping me out with my car several times in the last year. In late November my car started to shake so we took it to Kings Nissan to get inspected. We were told that there was little break fluid and that was the reason. For a few weeks things seemed fine, then the shaking started to happen again. I again had it towed to Kings Nissan (because we thought we had to tow to Nissan for warranty issues) and was told that I needed a new engine for 9k. It turns out that Kings Nissan misdiagnosed our car the first time we brought it there, since it appears this was an oil issue all along which they failed to bring to our attention. I realized I needed a second opinion so I reached out to Vlad from BM. Vlad told me he could have the car towed to his shop and inspected within 24 hours. He was right...within 24 hours, my car was brought back to life...and my bill, let's just say it wasn't even a small fraction of what Kings Nissan wanted to charge me. Instead of a new engine, they fixed the compressor belt, flushed the engine and added new oil. We did NOT need a new engine...and we had our car back instantly. The guys at BM are awesome...they're reliable, they're not after your money, and they know what they're doing. I highly recommend BM to anyone looking for an awesome auto shop or a second opinion on anything car-releated. Thanks again to the amazing guys at Brooklyn Motors! read more

Highly recommend these guys. I'm a car enthusiast and I'm OCD about my car. I needed a part fixed and painted on my Golf R which is Oryx Pearl White and is difficult to color March. I had my little madza 2 in the shop after the rear panel and bumper of my car was hit while sitting in my friends driveway. I found the shop as an in-network safeco partner. I have to agree with all the other reviewers... this is a great shop! They are friendly, clean, organized and did an excellent job on my repair. They helped out with getting me in a rental with Enterprise and upon pick-up the car looks great and they also left it sparkling clean inside!!! read more

Love this place. The shop is friendly and easy to work with. I asked for a hard to obtain part to be installed on my 2016 Tesla Model S. Not only were they able to get the part through their partnership with Tesla Motors as a approved auto body location - they did the install for a very fair and reasonable price. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a performance car requiring advanced knowledge. read more

Let's talk about what's important from a business. Anyone can sell a product, but when you're buying a product, like electronic devices AND having it installed, it's important to be able to trust that the job will be done right, done on time, and the business will stand behind their work. That's exactly what Eric, the owner, did for me. He explained, in advance, what work was involved in doing the job correctly. He provided an understandable estimate. He provided flexible times and days for installation, and he completed the job on time. Later, when there was an unexplained problem, Eric didn't hesitate to take another look and when I left, the problem was solved. Brooklyn Motors wasn't the least expensive estimate that I got, but I have no doubt that no one could have done the job better than Eric and his team did. I highly recommend them. read more

After an accident in which the other driver admitted liability, both her insurance company and mine recommended Brooklyn Motors Collision on Stillwell Ave in Brooklyn. Since I don't live in Brooklyn, it was reassuring. In quality I found the shop to be set way apart from other similar businesses. The office space and waiting area are clean and organized, the restroom is immaculate and Max and Vlad are professional, kind, calm and helpful. They made accident hell a little less stressful, from dropping off my car & getting the rental car, then dropping off the rental to pick up my like-new five year old SUV. Their work was efficient and excellent. I highly recommend this company. read more

After getting rear ended at a parking lot, the insurance company sent me to Brooklyn Motors. Max guided me through the whole process, explained the timeline, worked with my schedule as I was traveling internationally, and arranged a rental car with a back-up camera as requested (it was less of a request, and more of a necessity). They even detailed my car! Everything was smooth, fast and extremely professional, which isn't something I expected from a shop on Stilwell. I'm a happy camper, and my bumper is as good as new. read more

This shop is AWESOME!!!! I first got work done here through my insurance company and I am glad they recommended them. The work was so good I told my brother to do his repairs here and I recently went back to get some scratches off my car. Not only do they do a great job, but the shop is well kept and highly professional. There is also a rental car service right next door so if you need a rental it's easy to get. I recommend anyone who needs repairs to this shop. I hope I don't need any work done soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going. read more

We were rear-ended in our Model 3 and found Brooklyn Motors on the Tesla support page. We are so pleased with their service. First, Brooklyn Motors is an authorized Tesla repair shop so they were able to obtain original parts for the repair. Second, they handled the discussions with the other driver's insurance company and coached us on the process. This was our first accident so it was particularly helpful to have their experience when negotiating with the insurance company. Third, after working with the insurance company to pre-approve the repairs, they completed our repairs more quickly than they estimated so we were able to have our car back within 2 weeks of them starting the repairs. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The car looks as though it was never damaged. They took full ownership of the process, start-to-finish. The team at Brooklyn Motors is also very friendly and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and kept us informed. If we are in need of body repair services again, without a question, we will return to Brooklyn Motors. read more
