They quoted my insurance company an outrageous price of $22,000 to get my car fixed and thar made my insurance company consider it to be Salvaged. I had my Jeep removed and had it picked up by NO LIMIT AUTO in Queens Village and not only did they fight with my insurance company to have the Salvage title removed they fixed it for approximately $11,000!!!.. That being said don't use K&E you have been warned

You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

I told them I needed my car back and when they said it was ready to be picked up, the door panel was still removed from the car. I took my car to the dealership to get serviced because these people didn't, and they showed me the door panel was damaged by these mechanics and duck taped back together! These people tried to overcharge me then used duct tape to repair damage that they did to the car. They leave the car outside in an unsecured lot and my car was scratched while in their care. Do not think you'll save money here; this place is a scam.

I had an appointment and expected the dealership to honor it or, at the very least, provide better communication and customer service. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will think twice before ever returning to this place.

When I was there I only saw 2 ppl working, but they were hustling to help customers at the register. There was a short wait, but I didn't trip...there were only 2 ppl so.... They had the part I needed, although the worker almost gave me the wrong part, realized his mistake and gave me the right one. He was friendly and helpful. Don't come here not knowing what you need. If you need a part, go online first and see what you need before you make the trip. It will make it easier when you get to the store. Outside looks a bit cluttered with discarded auto parts, not very clean. It's because ppl fix their cars in the parking lot, and don't clean up. The area might seem sketch cuz it's right by the BQE overpass, and there are mechanic shops nearby, but you'll be fine it's safe. Be wary of ppl who offer to fix whatever issue you have with your car. They hangout in the parking lot. They may break your and they're not affiliated with AutoZone, so buyer beware.

So, some lowlife decided to test out there BB gun on my car window. Called up Geico to report the incident and to find a shop to repair the broken window. Four tries and not one shop had access to a replacement window. Each shop told us that the windows were on back order and I would have to wait until mid-July. My wife googled shops in Brooklyn, NY and she found that "Miracle Collision had good reviews so I called them. I spoke to a gentleman named Tim and from the beginning he was helpful. There was no pressure tactics, no false dreams, just an honest guy who told me that he will check for the window with his connections and would call me right back. He kept his word and within a few minutes confirmed that he had access to the glass. Earlythe next morning Tim called me to confirm that the shop was ready to take on my vehicle and I picked up my jeep a little while ago. I went from a month and a half wait to getting my car back the next day. Sadly, tis isn't my first rodeo with automotive repair shops but without hesitation I would strongly recommend this shop for repair work. P.S. I complimented Tim to his boss Stan regarding his professionalism and the courtesy he extended to me during a stressful time. I ended up at Miracle Collision purely by chance--I got into an accident right by the shop and it made more sense than towing the car back to a different county. Superior and efficient service; the job was done in a timely manner and the car returned to me pretty close to new--intact, clean and waxed (minus the protective plastic on the interior, lol!). The owner accounted for each step of the process, answered all questions and insisted that I take a few days to drive around and see if everything feels right before gushing, lol! He also made sure I understood that, until absolutely everything is and feels right with the car, I am welcome to come back and the job is not done until I say it is. The support staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to paperwork, which significantly limited my interaction with all insurance companies involved and produced a very favorable outcome. There's a reason this business has so many 5-star reviews. Miracle was recommended by my mechanic after a woman backed up hard into my front end. I have a 20 year old Lexus, in good mechanical shape, low mileage but I was afraid that either the insurance would consider the cost too high & write it off as a loss, or that the repair job would be less than perfect. The insurance covered it, and I cannot tell you how happy I was to see the finished job: it looks like new!!! Stan is great, the kind of person you want to take your business to, he really went above and beyond, car is perfect, done on schedule. After many unhappy dealings over the years with mechanics and repair shops, it was a pleasure to bring my car to someone who deals straight, because good customer service has become difficult to find. Stan and the crew at Miracle Collision are excellent! I have had four major repairs done there over the last 5 years. I am extremely fussy and want my cars to be "perfect". Stan understands what it means to do a first-rate job. He works hard to get OEM parts whenever possible, having to make the case with the insurance adjusters, who often just want to go with cheaper non-OEM versions. Replacement has been done with manufacture parts and hi quality. Alignments and painting job with no questions asking. It a bit expensive (which could be reflected on your next insurance premium) but if you looking for quality job - it worse money you spent. I get my car back like new from dealership. My passenger side window was completely shattered by some low-life, and I tried to go to Safelite because this never happened to me before and I did not know any better. They completely dropped the ball but Stan and Miracle Collision picked it right up. Provided a great experience, he ordered the window in the morning and replaced it by lunchtime, same day and he kept me in the loop with everything going on. The price was half of what Safelite wanted to charge me. Will definitely go to Miracle if I have another issue with my car in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone read more

We had a horrible situation happen and miracle collision and it's staff made it all go away . They are priced right , and the workmanship is incredible . The car never looked so good . They explained all the steps , they helped with all the paper work too . The car looked like we just picked it up from the dealership . I've been there twice with two different cars. first time Stan took good care of me. They took care of my Dodge Nitro. Gave me timely updates and handled the lengthy questions from the insurance company. Second visit was during the holidays. They took good care of my Subaru. Repairs took longer than expected. But, was updated promptly. They had issues getting OEM parts since the vehicle was put into production only a few months ago. Year ago I had very nasty accident with frame damage, doors and all. I stumble across MC. To make a story short, when I came to the end of the lease inspection, inspector mistook the original factory door for the repaired door. He said it was a good job, yet the opposite door was repaired. Since then, I brought over 5 cars there. For my friends and my family I always recommend MC. Whenever I tried to explain that my grandfather would move the car once got back, he yelled over me without actually listening. I wouldn't trust any of possessions in his shop with the aggression that he was throwing at me because I pulled in a few feet too far left. And then once he saw that bigger, older men were coming out with me after I ran inside to get my grandfather, he changed his tune. If you're considering using this shop, make sure you have a conversation with the mechanics who will be working on your car. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to leave my car with a bully who only picks on people he views as less powerful.
