FIX SERVICE was founded in New York in 2024 with a simple idea: auto repair should be more transparent, professional, and customer-focused.
Building the shop was not easy. From the beginning, our goal was never to create just another place that replaces parts and sends cars out the door. We wanted to build a different kind of automotive service — one based on accurate diagnostics, clear communication, modern technology, and responsibility for the result.
Today, FIX SERVICE is much more than mechanical repair. We work with many vehicle brands, handle complex diagnostics and repairs, share our knowledge through social media, educate customers, and continue developing new ways to make automotive service easier and more understandable.
We are still growing, improving our processes, investing in equipment and technology, and building the kind of auto repair experience we believe New York drivers deserve.
Meet the Manager: Artem L.
Artem is a manager at FIX SERVICE and is always available to help customers throughout their service experience. He can answer questions, explain recommended repairs, discuss pricing and estimates, help with scheduling, and make sure customers understand what their vehicle needs before any work begins. His goal is to make auto repair clear, straightforward, and comfortable — from the first conversation to the moment the vehicle is ready.
