I was having issues with my 2002 Mercedes. The convertible top wasn't working, the driver seat was not adjusting, and the air conditioner was dripping on the passenger side in the car. Not only did they fix everything in a timely manner, they came in under the original price I was quoted. I am sure this was much less than I would have paid at a dealership. This amazing place is managed by two amazing people, Lewis and Samantha. Their crew of technicians is also fantastic. This crew was able to fix a subtle stability problem that I was having with my 2002 Buick Park Avenue Ultra. The repair process required two trips to the shop: on the first trip I left my car with them and on the second trip I waited at the shop while they attended to the remainder of the work (a defective harness that had to be replaced, the defect not being apparent during their first attempt to fix the problem). Both of these two trips involved my taking public transportation: the first from their shop to my home and the second from my home to their shop, with each trip taking about two and a half hours. Lewis and Samantha were sympathetic to me about this situation, but as it turned out they did much more than express sympathy. On my second trip the crew worked three hours to fix the remaining problem while I waited. When it came time to pay, Lewis just shook my hand and told me that the second phase of the work was free. I've never received such kindness from a business! If there is a more proficient and gracious auto shop on this planet I have yet to find it. These guys are awesome. They fixed my car right the first time when several other shops tried and were not able to solve my problem.

Stay away, they stole my EZ Pass and they treat you like you are nothing, terrible experience from start to finish. I dropped off the car and was told that they will get back to me the next day, they never did. I had to call every day for the following 5 days for them to tell me that they were busy and I should come pick up the car if I couldn't wait. Very nasty treatment over the phone and in person. I finally went to pick up my car a week later than what they promised just to find out my EZ pass was missing. I looked at my account online and my EZ pass have been in use for the whole week I left the car. I brought it up to their attention and they couldn't care less, they said they can't look at the cameras because they were too busy and that I should deal with EZ pass to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE TRIBBLE experience. Never again. I will advise everyone I know to stay away from this place. read more

I came with head light issue on Lexus. Woman in office said no problem, I will have mechanic look at it. After all she came back with $125 for already changed bulb and fuse. I did not ask to do any work. Don't you expect mechanic to tell you what is the problem and what will it cost? Then it's your decision to go ahead and agree or not! Well, she put me in after the fact position and bill. However I did not need change of bulb but only fuse and power done. When I refused to pay for work done without my consent, this women started shouting on me and said that I must pay $150 diagnostic fee. This was rediculous! She raised voice on me and was awfully pushy. I told her that she did not tell me upfront about diagnostic fee. So she pointed on a tiny note on the far back wall about $150 diagnostic fee. All this situation turned really nasty by her cursing on me and screaming on me. After all I was forced to agree on repairs and had to pay $100 or they did not give me my car key. Not to mention that owner / boss was present all the time during the incident and did not get involved. They don't know how to treat a customer. And definitely don't know that customer is always right. They did not make any effort to resolve quietly but instead continued to curse and scream on me. I left with the nuevous break. Nth is was my first and last visit to this place. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. And I am going to put a complaint thru BBB. read more
