Shout out to Robert for his help and kindness at Patrick's Automotive. We were traveling thru town when we experienced a vehicle problem. Happen to come upon Patrick's Automotive. Robert was very honest to go as far as to let us know it was cylinder 6 misfiring but it was 1/2 hr before closing time so couldn't go further. Robert allowed my wife to stay in their waiting room with our dog during the extreme heat and even closed in the area so the dog could be loose. Suggested a pet friendly hotel 6 miles down the road. Unfortunately, no vacancy so we limped along further and further away, trying to find a room for the nite with no luck, making going back to the garage in the morning not feasible. Had we been close enough, we would have definitely returned. Even tho we couldn't get the vehicle fixed, we were grateful to experience someone willing to help. Thank you Robert! read more

Came highly recommended from a local towing company after a failed tensioner left me stranded while on a road trip. Patricks is the only place I will take my cars. They are honest and prices are fair. Robert is the best.

About 25 years ago when I first started having my car repairs done here my rating would have been 4 to 5 stars but they have declined since then. Sure, they are knowledgeable and solve the problems but it comes at a cost. The repair costs consistently exceed their estimate. The bills have no detail except these $ for labor and these $ for parts. There are no receipts or documentation for the parts which I suspect are marked up well beyond what I could buy them for. They recently charged me for a new electrical fitting when all I received was the old part taped together. The original owner and senior guy there is very likeable but seems to be having health issues and I wish him the best. They need to clean it up. In the interim, I go elsewhere. read more

Sent my car in during covid with engine problems, thought it was going to be a disaster. They were able to fix my problem in 24 hours when I thought it would take days maybe even a week. Honest and thorough - have brought in multiple cars over the past 6 years. Replaced the fuel filter of my 91 Corolla - something the dealer and other shops did not do. Offer multiple options for repair parts based on budget. They are busy but I am able to get my car in when I need to - sometimes they forget to call you to let you know if it is done.
