Bought Cooper Tires with at 65.000 mile limited warranty. They then called me to tell me I had a bad master cylinder and had to keep my car for 4 days.....one of the parts that they put in was bad. So they had to change it out again and charged me for the labor again. Then sent me to their "sister location" Autobots for my inspection, made an appointment, arrived and waited almost 2 hours for an inspection (in an empty shop), while the Receptionist kept going into the shop and under my hood...2 hours later, she told me she needed to replace my battery (what the hell?) my battery was fine. The next day my battery was dead and the battery cables had been loosened almost all of the way.....So 19,000 miles into my tires - I found a bubble (push thru from the inside thru the treads -an obvious manufacturing defect) called 10th Street tire about a replacement and was told that the 65,000 miles isn't a warranty, it's a suggestion and that they would not honor a replacement and that I had no warranty. I just call Cooper Tires and it is covered under the warranty. This place is a joke, a scam and a nightmare with a smile. Just skip the aggravation and bull-crap they try to hand you and go anywhere else. The worst experience I have every had with an automotive shop, completely egregious, incompetent and the words "Money grubbing wh*+es" come to mind.
