Let me start by saying I don't like to give people bad reviews from the gate. I brought my car to several times for the same repair, they had it for 3 weeks, supposedly all the mechanics quote on quote mechanics had to sign off on it. Well it happened again, I took it to Murante Auto . Wrentec facility also replaced my rack and pinion had to bring it back due to a busted hose leaked fluid everywhere. The steering was loose it was three threads off from me losing steering killing me or somebody else. Then they offered to tow it back and fix their mistakes . I'm not going to take money from an honest mechanic(Murante Auto) . All in all these mechanics had to sign off so you're telling me all these mechanics don't really know what they're doing if they didn't catch the first thing my new mechanics caught.... I am not just bashing, this is my first negative review on any company I hate to deal with bs....I did not get nowhere with the general miniature. Maybe it was just a bad first visit but like I said I had you guys put four brand new tires on my car AC rack and pinion oil change a couple thousand dollars and I get poor quality work in return. I'm sure this review is going to get deleted , it is what it is I would go elsewhere, my opinion! read more

Decent place , 4 stars because of 9 hour wait time , great work, prices could be cheaper.

Last year when I went to get my gfs car inspected they told me it needed $2500 in repairs to get the stickers. We told them we wanted to get a 2nd opinion and they tried telling us we could not come get the car, that it was unsafe to drive and we had to get it fixed before driving it, trying to hold our car hostage for the $2500 which we did not have. When we went to pick up the car they were very rude and ignorant. We took it to our trusted mechanic and guess what, it did not need $2500 in repairs. These people should be ashamed of themselves trying to take advantage of a young woman. I would recommend no one to take their vehicles to this place unless you like being lied to. read more

Took my wife's car here because I thought they could be trusted. Paid almost $2,000 for a water pump job only to get the car back leaking oil. Dropped it back off. Picked up a day later, both of us on our way to work. Wife texted me that her door didn't feel right. I checked it when I got home late at night, and I was shocked. The door was pushed up, a scrape and indentation on the trim and the door was bent at the bottom! The owner of Wrenchtec denied that it could have happened there. The damage is clear that it happened with a lift! He had no answer how that could have happened. Just denied it. Said he would check the cameras and get back to me, never heard from them, just and email saying they don't believe it happend there. Now I sent them the estimate and they caused almost $700 in damages. They said "In good faith" they would fix it in house but why would I let them touch the car after they messed it up twice!! So they can break something else, yeah no thank you. They can't be trusted, at least not the techs. Don't go there if you care for your car. read more
