I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the way my vehicle was handled by this shop. A month ago, my car showed sensor warning lights, so I specifically brought it in to make sure the vehicle was SAFE to drive. At that time, I had absolutely NO brake issues whatsoever. My brakes were working fine before bringing my car to this shop. After a test drive, I was told to first get an oil change elsewhere because they had no openings that day, and then return for diagnostics regarding the sensor lights. We followed their instructions exactly and returned the car. I paid $517.06 for repairs that included fixing broken wiring to the right front wheel and replacing the front wheel ABS speed sensor. I was also told the ABS module was bad and expensive to replace, but Liz clearly told me that replacing the module was NOT necessary and that the car would still be safe to drive as long as the dashboard lights did not bother me. I even asked again, in front of a witness, if the car would be safe after the repairs, and I was reassured that it would be. Only TWO WEEKS later, my brakes completely failed while driving. The car would barely stop. We immediately brought it back to the shop. They kept the car for days and then charged us another $1,871.48 for brake repairs, including calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and the master cylinder. After continuing to have issues, they kept the car again for over two additional weeks and charged us another $187.62. In total, we paid $2,576.16 When we When we contacted the shop, instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame us and claimed they had warned us about the ABS module causing brake failure -- which is absolutely NOT what we were told originally. They even added wording to the receipt claiming we ACKNOWLEDGED that the brake system could fail without replacing the module. What they did not know is that I recorded the conversation where we were specifically told the car would still be safe to drive without replacing the module. I specifically explained that icdidnt want to put mlney if it was too expensive but ehat they y did not know is that I recorded the conversation where we were specifically told the car would still be safe to drive without replacing the module. Throughout this entire process, we were repeatedly told "they are working on it," while being left without answers, without reliable transportation, and paying thousands of dollars for repairs that still did not fix the problem. This experience has been stressful, expensive, and honestly terrifying. Brake failure is not a minor issue -- it puts lives at risk. I strongly encourage others to ask questions, document everything, and get second opinions before trusting major safety repairs here. read more

I newly moved here to Pennsylvania recently and asked some of my new coworkers about a good automotive shop. Hands-down, they recommended this place. I like the fact that they keep the place clean and presentable and the staff seems to be polite and professional. They have COVID-19 procedures in place and unfortunately you have to wait outside. So if the weather is unbearable please make sure that somebody is there to pick you up or dress appropriately. It's just the times that we live in. Absolutely horrible, unreliable service. At least a dozen repairs I've had them do over the last 2 years to 4 different vehicles I use in my business. 50% of the time I've had to return within a few days because the problems were NOT RESOLVED at all. So then I pay 3 times the amount originally estimated because they can't seem to isolate the actual issue. Also, communication is mediocre at best. Often calling them because they just forget about you. I continued to be patient as I know auto repairs these days can be tricky. But I've had it. Thousands of dollars wasted because of young, inept mechanics just pushing as many vehicles through as possible. I previously had a mechanic who I used and trusted for 20 years. Unfortunately he retired. Its not me. More Miles is a disgrace. read more

On Friday, 4/12/24, I called them to see if I could book an appointment on Monday for an inspection, an oil change, and getting a car by 2 p.m. The gentleman was like, "No, we don't have anything available for Monday; do you want to do it on Tuesday?" I told him, "No, I have only Monday for it; I have to find somewhere else." He reversed by saying, "Okay, we can take you in for Monday." So, I dropped off my car on Monday morning around 9. By exactly 2 in the afternoon, I called the office, as I had been told that they don't even have anyone assigned to work on it yet, but it should be the next. About 10 minutes later, a gentleman who checked me in from the morning called by using his cell phone to tell me that they were working on the car now and that it should be done within 15 minutes. I would say that 45 minutes later, he called back to tell me that my vehicle was all set. Until now, on Thursday, 4/18/24, after I checked the invoice, I realized that they did not bother to do the oil change. I called them up and spoke to the manager to hear his point of view. He told me that they do things by the end of the day; they don't go with the customer's time request. And the guy who greets me in the morning didn't write down anything about the oil change at all. He apologized for it. This is totally bullshit to me. I meant if they couldn't provide the service and the time as per my request; they just simply told me straight up. This is my first and also my last time coming here. I will never stop by here again at all costs; it's a completely garbage experience. This place is a 0 star in my opinion and not a recommendation. read more

So grateful to have a shop I can trust. I will never take my car elsewhere and you'd be crazy not to do the same! My car takes a beating with a triple digit roundtrip commute and when it started making some noises I dreaded having to take my trusty workhorse in for work since itsi never needed anything more than oil changes and basic maintenance. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to find truly good, honest people that want to take care of my car the right way. After they had my car for the day and fixed what they thought was the problem they realized it wasn't the problem. Without me having to say anything they offered to take the part out and do the repair only charging me for the new parts and labor. That's unhead of this day and age where shops will throw parts at a problem and usually stick you with most of the bill. I couldn't leave my car then so they put it back together and squeezed me in as soon as I could get back .They genuinely didn't want me driving because they were concerned about the car, but they explained everything to me and worked with me to find a solution. If I ever move I'll still come back here for whatever my car needs. Can't express my gratitude and knowing I now have a shop I can trust and feel good about working with. THANK YOU!!! read more
