Beware this Service Department! If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. Go to any BMW service center than this location. Normally I love my service experience at BMW, but this place is awful. Dropped our car off here on a Thursday night, and had to listen to the young woman at the desk and the young men working there give each other attitude and disrespect. Then after waiting for 1/2 hour a rental car representative came to me and said he didn't know if BMW covered a loaner for me (this location doesn't give out BMW cars as loaners). I thought that the representative should have found out if the loaner was covered (it was). I drive home with a friend instead of taking a loaner. Then got a call Friday saying the could wouldn't be ready till Monday and if I wanted a loaner I could come in for one. I made an appointment for 8:00 am. AN HOUR LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR A LOANER!!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!!! The waiting room was full of annoyed customers waiting! read more

Well, what can I say. I have been a loyal customer of the service department since 2007. Recently however, my experience has been less than exceptional. I called the other day and asked to speak with service. No one answered twice to schedule service for my 2012 5 series. I never experienced this when Joe Smith was there and now that he moved my experience with this dealership has gone in the tubes. I had some super stellar service at Flemington BMW on Tuesday/Wednesday. Tuesday: My check engine light came on when i was on my way up to North Jersey for business. My car was running rough and I knew it needed service. The light went out but I decided to stop in Flemington BMW on my way home- i was far away from my Philadelphia stomping grounds and wasnt 100% comfortable making the trip back. Jim on the service team ran a diagnostic check told me what could possibly be wrong. Told me he'd call with an update and put me in a BMW loaner car. I was a bit concerned (since I lived so far away) that i wouldnt get a valet driver to come pick up the car and I'd be stuck making a trip back up to Flemington for a drop off. Jim told me not to worry and the car would be returned by valet. I was skeptical to say the least. I also was concerned that I wouldnt get my car back for days and would be stuck paying for a garage in center city. Again, Jim told me not to worry. Wednesday: Phone call by 9am telling me what the diagnosis was- thankfully all covered under warranty. Jim made this call personally. I gave the go-ahead to fix it. Once everything was in the works, I got another call with status and was told that my tire seemed worn and should be replaced. I knew this wasnt a ploy to make money since two other dealerships had told me this before. I decided to go ahead and approve the work order for a new tire not only because it was the best price I heard but also because the customer service from Flemington was outstanding. In any event, my car was back to normal, washed and hand delivered back to me from Flemington NJ to Philadelphia PA. What a flawless experience. Hopefully the next time my artfully crafted German engineered vehicle decides to take a trip down sh#ts creek, I am welcomed with the same service. Or another Jim. read more

Had a great experience here buying an '08 CPO. They were no-nonsense, fair on my trade-in value, played zero games, were completely straightforward on the transaction, etc. Things took a little while, as I was insistent on doing a same-day transaction (which meant appraisal/deal/detail/delivery all in one sitting -- I think it took 5 hours) but they have free wifi (and I had my laptop with me), so it was generally bearable. They've been good post-purchase as well, answering my questions via email, etc. If you buy a car here, you also get free car washes. Wow...I've read the negative reviews, and am flabbergasted anyone coul dbe so negative, when my experience, over the past 12 years, has been nothing but positive. And not only with Flemington BMW, but their other dealerships as well...I have purchased 4 cars from them now. I just picked of a '13 535Xi and could not be more thrilled with the car, the sales experience, pick-up all around top-flight. No pressure, very accommodating to my needs (I had to put the car on hold and wait until my home re-fi was done before I could pick it up), and went the extra mile to ensure I got everything I wanted. Michael O'Connor is a great sales person to work with, and their entire staff is cordial, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had my previous B'mer through them, and serviced through the 100K mile mark...nothing but top-flight there also! Too bad the rating system starts with one star because they don't even deserve that one the way I was treated. I also never review anyone but this crossed the line. All was good and I was very happy with the service until I had a seriously unsafe issue that caused my car to completely shut off while driving on the highway. Car was towed in, they say they fixed. A few days later, car stalls again while driving on the highway. Got it towed in. I expressed to them that I felt unsafe in this car since this happened 3 times. I called corporate and initiated a complaint against the car not the dealer but at that point, the service department stopped communicating with me. The service manager did not even return a call that I placed to him. When I returned the loaner car, someone that came out was in defense mode and started to speaking to me like I was dirt. I drive in over an hour for service because I liked dealing with this service dept until this little cockroach came out behind his bubble of a cubicle and spoke to me in a way that was extremely low class. I would never deal with customers this way. I could not believe his tone and his actions, slamming his finger on the desk to prove his point. Who talks to customers like that in this day in age? I don't know his name because he never introduced himself. If you ever run into serious problems, this dealer does not have your back. What ever happened to respecting and listening to a customers complaint? Even if my advisor, Dana, or anyone called me a couple of days later to apologize, it would have made a world of difference. Nothing!!! no call, no email... nothing!!!! Shame on you guys having the BMW logo on your shirts. On top of everything, I get billed for the loaner car that they gave me because they say that I kept to for longer than expected. Well, if you communicated with me and told me what is going on with my x5, and that it was ready, I would not require a Hyundai loaner car from enterprise. I will never step a foot into this dealership again!!! I think I deserve some kind of response from anyone that feels like communicating like a civilized and respectful human being. I purchased a BMW X3 in December - love the car and loved the service. Gerry Vaughan was the perfect salesperson to deal with - no pressure, fair price, easy paperwork and he took the time to go over every feature of the car - and there are many great features - from the satellite radio to the heated steering wheel - he had the patience to answer not only all of my questions - but those of my 20 year old son - who considers himself to be somewhat of an "expert" on cars. I have not had the car in for service yet - have not had to - but have been back many times for the free carwash service that I can use as often as I want as long as I own the car - another great value to add to the car. After searching for the perfect car - and looking at everything from a Mercedes to a Lexus to an Audi - I am very happy with the choice that I made - and very happy with the dealership that I purchased it from. I have been a BMW owner since 1998 and this is only a service review and not a sales review. I had my car serviced at Thompson BMW in Doylestown, PA (I bought the cars there) until about 2 years ago when I became completely fed up with that dealership. A friend recommended Flemington to me....Flemington BMW is a breath of fresh air in comparison and I feel I can trust them. They are responsive and communicate via e mail, phone and text in a timely fashion. Everyone seems friendly and answers my questions without an attitude (Thompson's had attitude). My car which is 10 years old, is always fixed the first time, and while BMWs are expensive to repair, I don't feel like I am being gouged to death with the bill. Their loaner cars are always new and clean. The building is clean and bright, and I like that you can drive inside. You can see where they work on the cars which for me is a plus. Free car washes are always available too! ....My husband is still going to Thompson and his X5 was just towed after being repaired three weeks ago AND yesterday at Thompson. I too have had this happen there! Maybe now he will move over to the exceptional Flemington BMW for service. I purchased a 3 series and a 1 series from Flemington BMW. I purchased a 6 series from BMW in Mt. Laurel and I've dealt with Thompson BMW in Doylestown as well. I've dealt with all of these dealers for repairs and warranty issues over the last 13 years. I can say that Flemington BMW is outstanding from purchase through long term maintenance of a vehicle. They are professional, courteous and don't recommend things that don't need an immediate repair. Thompson and Mt. Laurel will rip you off and treat you like you bought a Toyota. I highly recommend this dealer if you are interested in the BMW brand and overall experience. Service department SUCKS! Took my beamer for servicing, when the car was returned one of the dust covers on the car tires was missing. Has been over two weeks, still waiting for return of the dust cover or a new one which has been ordered as per the service representative. The first vendor was going to overnight the dust cover, after calling several times, we got a call back after a week that the vendor was on back order. The second vendor was going to mail it in 3-4 days, it is a week now and still waiting for a call, neither have our calls been returned. Very frustating especially after having spent a couple thousand dollars and you get your car back not looking the way you had handed it in for servicing! I purchased a BMW from the Roxbury dealership and opted to have it serviced in Flemington as its closer to my home. As this was my first BMW I expected the best service ever, you know, the ultimate driving machine and all that jazz. I had my car serviced twice there. The 1st service, under warranty, they didn't wash it after the fact. Not really that big a deal, its just Flemington BMW pride themselves on the ol' every car gets washed after a service thing. It was a red flag is my point. The 2nd service, now no longer under warranty (magically) by literally a couple days, is where the real magic happened. There was supposedly an extended dealer warranty whatever that means but every time I asked at both Roxbury and Flemington what that meant I got the runaround. So, with this ultimate driving machine, at only 30K miles brake pads needed replaced and even though there was an extended warranty, this wasn't covered. I coupled the brake pad replacement with the regular service and when the work was complete I received an email with the bill. I get there to pick up the car and pay my bill. The charge was almost $100 more than the bill. I questioned why and the ladies at the front desk told me the service guy would call me and rectify the problem. That didn't happen. I've since emailed him twice and received no acknowledgement, response and of course no refund. Long story short, my experience with these guys has been awful - they did wash the car on the 2nd service though, aren't they nice! Now that my warranty is up BMW have been relentless is soliciting me to purchase an extended warranty via email and regular mail. Maybe I will, it just will never be at Flemington BMW. read more

Wow.....What a terrible experience! I stopped in to look at a new BMW last week and they were not interested in earning my business at all. Granted, I was dressed casually but I walked around for 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Not what I expected at all. The building is beautiful but the staff is lame. I ended up going to Bridgewater and had a completely different experience. They earned my business and a customer for life. They also have a free hand car wash if you buy from them. My husband and I went in on a Saturday to test drive a 3 series. We were looking to lease. I was not impressed with the salesman. He was very young and was way too cocky and arrogant to be just starting out. His "floor manager" was no better. We were very unsatisfied with the quality of service, and we walked out. Whether your getting a 3 series or the most expensive car on the lot, you should still treat all with respect. We actually purchased a BMW in Bridgewater about a month later. Actually No Stars for this place. I was never so dissatisfied with a dealership. Actually I found out today that I wasn't the only one complaining about my experience last Friday. They had the nerve to call me and ask me how my experience was and when I said I thought it was horrific, I was told that the Service Department will be undergoing some changes. I think everyone in that Service Department should be fired and I will be writing a letter to BMW. Bottom line is, the technicians must be right out of tech school because they completely misdiagnosed the error results. My car was sputtering and not performing correctly, said was running lean. Solution: Need 6 new spark plugs and coils and the valve cover is cracked and is causing an air leak. They did not have the valve cover in stock so it had to be ordered. In the meantime, I spoke to my husband and brother (who is a mechanic) about their diagnosis and they both said the valve cover is BS. I do not have an oil leak. My husband tried calling them to find out why the valve cover is the issue and no one would get on the phone. He was given the run around and they told him someone will call back. No one ever did. My brother is a mechanic at a dealership in south Jersey and said he always gets on the phone with Customers to explain what is going on. So I was not pleased about this and felt I was getting ripped off. I decided to take it somewhere else and called them the next day to say I will be picking up the car. One of the airheads in Service informed me that the car may be apart and not ready to be picked up. I said well put it together if it is apart and I will be there in the afternoon. When i got there, I felt like they wanted nothing to do with me and were all quite rude. I was then told the car doesn't start. I asked for the keys and tried to start the car and it would turn over but would immediately stall. I went back in and told them to get my car to start, if it needed a spark plug then put it in. So the 3 stooges went outside to start the car and in the meanwhile I called my husband and he told me to put one of idiots standing around to get on the phone. While he was talking to my husband, he was rolling his eyes and could not answer any of my husband's questions. This is BMW top notch customer service????????? So miraculously they got the car started and i was told I better go right to wherever i was taking it. I got to the first traffic light and the car died completely on route 202. Thanks to some good samaritan who was able to push me off the road until the tow truck could arrive, I was able to take it to a certified BMW garage nearby. The diagnosis was my fuel pump was going bad and eventually died. There was no need for spark plugs or a valve cover. My bill was 50% less than what I would have spent at that corrupt, rude and unprofessional dealership. When I have to bring the car back for the airbag recall, I will be going to Bridgewater BMW. read more

If you liked to be screwed over, you have found the place. My car needed to be towed in, they fixed the issue but during the process of fixing it another more significant issue tied to the original problem appeared. Was offered a price for them to buy the car but of course that will not be honored now. They will only give me that price if I were to trade it in and get screwed over on a new car purchase. DISAPPOINTMENT! brought my bmw 3 series for service under warranty and they would not fix the "whistling" sound coming from the driver side-view mirror going 45mph plus when the window is open. Test drove another 3 series and I personally did not hear the same noise but still, they refuse to fix it. Just curious if anyone else is having this same issue with their 3 series b/c they said this was the first time they hear someone complain about this problem? PLease share your experience. read more

Went to local dealer and found a whole bunch of lies there.So I remembered the advertisement that I herd about Flemington BMW, gave them a call they responded to me very quickly, I explained to them that this was gonna be an unusual purchase.Since we live 4 hours away everything had to be done with one visit there.I talked to Aubrey she located the car for me-the one that I wanted,not the one that local dealer was trying to push on me.I gave deposit waited for the car to come in went to pick it up. No surprizes,no hidden fees nothing unexpected was found there. Very resonable price for the car and the trade.Aubrey and everybody else were very good to us, they did above and beyond our expectations. I give Aubrey 1000000 % for her proffesionalism. We did not regret a tiny bit about driving 4 hours one way to get the car, found some pleasent experience and most important of all honesty and straightforward no games.I would absolutely recomend Aubrey and Flemington BMW to anyone who is looking for one. read more
