I stupidly managed to slightly bend my hood while closing it while the prop was still up (in my defense it was cold as f outside and the car was covered in snow so I was eager to get inside). Brought it here to get a quote for repair. The guy in the office walked out and spent a while "unbending" it, and brought it back to an almost new condition... all without charging me. He mentioned that the alternative would be to buy and install a new hood, which would cost over a grand so he didnt recommend. That was definitely appreciated. I'm hoping that I don't need to use body shop services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely strongly consider this shop. read more

From the moment I called to schedule an appt for inspection to the moment I completed my transaction, the entire process was Seamless. I needed an estimate for a dent that was on the front right fender above my tire. The owner Frank told me that he'd wait for me to get off of work to inspect the dent which was about 5:45 pm. When I arrived, he took a look at the damage and gave a rough estimation of what it would cost to fix it. Needless to say, he worked around my availability and was able to have the dent removed the same day of drop off. When I picked up the car, the dent was completely gone and looked as if no damage was ever done. In addition, the staff was very kind, professional and personable. Not to mention, my car was completely washed and had a nice lottery scratch off sitting on top of my dash board with a few goodies. Two stars because they were quick in providing a quote. However, the quote was 3x more than the body shop I decided to go with. The quote included a lot of small fees for things that were not needed. It was a simple fix, something we could probably do ourselves-- but, they included transport fees and re-calibration fees that were excessive and unnecessary. read more

I can't rave enough about this body shop and their staff!!! I had a horrific situation when my car was totaled and my insurance company was jerking me around in terms of the payout. These amazing people kept in regular touch with me about storing my vehicle in their yard, they helped inform me about my rights as a lease holder, and were extremely helpful and patient with me as I removed my belongings from the car. I had to have my car repaired for damage to my driver door. The team at Northeast Collision was great. I'm a thorough person and the team was very patient explaining what everything on the estimate meant and why it was important. When it came time to schedule the team ordered my parts in advance on purpose to minimize the time I would be without my car for. The team finished their work nearly two days ahead of their original eta. And when I got my car back it looked great. And I don't mean just the part that needed to be repaired. They wiped down my dash and windows, provided me with their written lifetime warranty with the completed work, and even taped a chocolate to the envelope and put a lotto ticket in my gauge cluster. Did a beautiful job repairing small parking damage to the front passenger side of my almost brand-new Subaru in 2019. Less than three months later I was in a collision which rendered my car in-drivable. Someone punched a hole in my Subaru Forester's trunk lid so I needed to have that panel painted and replaced. Also decided to have scratches and dents in quarter panels and doors repaired. Danny went over the damages and gave honest recommendations on cost effective repairs since it was out-of-pocket. I was pleasantly surprised when the repairs were completed a day early and very happy with the results. The painted panel matched perfectly, dented quarter panels were fixed and aligned with the doors and scratches were buffed out. The whole car was cleaned and looked new! The estimate was competitive and matched the final cost. I'll be sure to recommend Northeast Collision to others and to use them again if needed in the future. read more

As we all know having to deal with damage to your vehicle be it post accident or as a result of a bad storm is never fun. The fear of first finding a fair, reasonable and naturally efficient body shop is inevitable. I was fortunate enough to have already been using their service & repair shop so I gave their body shop a call. Since that original call and their outstanding workmanship on our new Infiniti they have done work on my daughter's car and most recently my leased vehicle. I have also recommended several neighbors. The team at Northeast has always been great and makes a difficult situation much easier. A friend recommended Northeast Collision and their affiliate Frank's Auto Repair after my 2008 Mazda MX 5 was involved in an accident on September 10th. The rear passenger-side axle took the brunt of the impact and the result was a bent axle, suspension damage, damage to the underbody frame, as well as the front and rear bumper and passenger door sustaining damage. I took my friend's advice and made arrangements to have my car repaired at their facilities. BEST DECISION EVER!! They dealt with my insurance carrier and made sure that my car was given a proper assessment, promised to only order and install OEM or better parts, and stated that they would work to make my car perform as it had prior to the accident. They kept me posted with their progress regularly (thanks Leah!) and always made feel as if they had my and my car's best interest at heart. When I picked up my car on the day they promised it would be completed, I was awe struck with how the car looked. The body work was phenomenal, I could not tell that that the car was ever in an accident - the team even fixed a few pre-existing chips and scratches on the hood and doors . The exterior and interior were immaculate - they went above and beyond in my estimation. As for the mechanical repair work, which concerned me the most - I put the car through its paces. Again, very impressed - suspension response was tight and crisp, car responded excellent on turns. To say I am pleased and thrilled with the quality of their work would be an understatement. I had some damage to my A6 bumper (parking lot mishap), so I got estimates from 2 approved shops and settled on Northeast Collision. Not only were Ryan and Leah pleasant, informative, and reassuring, they could start work 3 weeks earlier than the other shop. Ryan kept me updated concerning the repair and though it took a couple extra days, I was v. pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car. In addition to handling all insurance-related issues and restoring the bumper to brand new condition, the A6 had been washed and thoroughly cleaned (ie, detailed!!). I'd definitely go back to NE Collision if I have any additional body work to be done. read more

Not having any knowledge of body shops in my area, we decided to take our Honda Oddysey to NorthEast Collision per recommendation of a car dealership. Since the reviews on Yelp looked positive, we felt confident bringing our car in and we couldn't have made a better decision. The staff; from the manager all the way down to the receptionist were very courteous and helpful. Having never been in an accident before, Sean carefully explained the process to us and was attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Leah (not sure if she was the receptionist) was also very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the work performed on our van to repair the damage was excellent. The exterior of the car was very clean and spotless, making it easy for us to inspect the car. The inside of the car however was not given as much consideration and we noticed a considerable amount of dirt in particular on the upholstery and floor mats. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the body shop via email later that day and within a few minutes, I personally received a phone call from the owner (Frank) of the shop who was very concerned and eager to rectify the issue. I was very surprised to say the least at the overwhelming response I received from the owner. Not only was he gracious in acknowledging the error on their part, but he insisted on rectifying the issue and even offered to pick up the car so not to inconvenience us any further. As you would assume, all the dirt and grease inside the car were cleaned off when it was returned to me. I would highly recommend NorthEast Collision to anyone needing body repair on their car. I had to take my 2015 Audi A6 to NE Collision for some repairs to the hood/front body of the car. They were courteous and helped make the process seamless. Had a rental company there right away to pick me up and arrange for a rental car while the car was in the shop. Used Northeast collision for repairs on our mini cooper, caused by a falling tree limb during one of the nor'easters this spring. Since this was not one of our primary cars we weren't in any real rush to have work done so when the shop ran into problems getting a replacement windshield it did not present a problem. The whole process with Northeast collision went smoothly and the repairs (including some metal and paint work) appear of very high quality. The office staff was responsive and polite. I definitely recommend going to Northeast Collision for an auto body repair. I came in for an estimate on my car after hitting a deer on I-287 a couple weeks prior, (I clipped the deer, it was totally fine and continued running off as if nothing happened).The damages on my car required repairs on the bumper, right fender, the hood and a new headlight, among other items that needed to be replaced. After speaking with the body shop manager AJ, he was able to provide me with an estimate, (walk-in was welcome, I did not need an appointment) and even informed me about inquiring with my insurance company Geico, if I had comprehensive coverage. (I did not know I can file a claim with my insurance and was expecting to pay for the repairs out of pocket). He was also able to explain how the process would take place if I decided to file a claim and what my options were. By taking the time to ask questions about how I was going to proceed with the repairs and providing me with helpful information about my insurance and the process, I knew this was the place I wanted to get my car repaired. The staff at Northeast Collision did an amazing job with my car when I came to pick it up about a week and a half later. It looked like a brand new car! It was detailed, waxed and completely polished up. They even left me a scratch-off lottery card on my dashboard and an air freshener. I think those finishing touches are definitely thoughtful and make the experience personable. The entire experience at Northeast Collision was great and they deserve this 5 star rating. The staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was thrilled with the outcome of the work done on my Prius prior to lease-end!!! It had a metallic paint and I really didn't want to get the entire car repainted so I took it to Northeast Collision hoping against hope that the paint would match. These guys were excellent...my car was mangled pretty badly by a deer. I could only drive the car to their location in Fanwood (Frank's) and they took care of the rest.
