absolute sub-human animals !…read more priced rite towing last sunday towed a legally parked vehicle from right in front of my home while the owner was inside working in my kitchen. there are no signs that incicate no parking on this street, the vehicle was not close to a corner or stop sign they just towed it for no reason. we called the police believing the car was stolen, police told us the car was towed. when we called priced rite (what a joke that name is) they have the nerve to say we are closed on sundays you can pick up your vehicle monday and it will cost 395.00. if they tow on sunday the office should be open sunday to pickup towed vehicles. the vehicle owner and i both submitted complaints to bbb. beware absolute animals !

These guys are the worst!! they came in Feb. under a call with AAA, installed a new battery and…read morenever put the strap back on after installing I had to call AAA 3 x this week bc the battery was not working. The last call i was late to the hospital and told them they would have to come back to swap the battery. They caught an attitude - the owner called me a bitch and hung up. AAA called another vendor - 15 minutes later i have a new battery and the experience was professional and the tech was efficient and polite. These guys are low life's - I wasted 3 days for them to get their act together, in the end they did nothing, work was shotty that cause more issues and they verbally abused me.
