Fortunately, a neighbor recommended RM Tires and what a relief when CECILIA, their very personable and professional service advisor, thoroughly inspected-- in my presence-- and reported to me right on the spot --not only her findings concerning the viability of repairing the flat tire which had picked up a nail, but also the condition of the remaining three tires, assuring me that there was no evidence of any nail(s) in any of them. However, as a great service to me, she showed and explained other compromises which she found with the other tires. Kindly, she worked with me to formulate a quote for replacing, rather than repairing, the nail-impaled tire, and for replacing the other 3 tires, as well. If I lived in the area, I definitely would have considered making the total change, as well as opting for the additional service options on top of the built-in ones. Fortunately, Cecilia understood that with a cancer patient at home my immediate priority was getting home as soon as possible on a repaired tire, which I truly appreciated!!! I am so grateful for RM Tires' Saturday hours, for the professional repair accomplished by their service tech, and for the compassionate professional care shown me by Cecilia, which greatly reduced my stress during the service process with her in the lead, and throughout my safe drive home. Location has several jobs already in the shop. Gentleman tells it will be a while. A while turned into just under two hours. I am there for a tire repair, which they fixed. I needed new wipers and gave them the add on sales. I asked for a high end wipers. I was informed they were $50, ok. Big mistake. $105 for the wipers and $50 to install. Tire repair $29, total bill over $200. Live and learn.
