I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I am truly amazed at the top level of customer service that they proved as well as the reasonable price that I was quoted and paid. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

Note: Maaco is a franchise with a bad reputation. However, for every good private body shop - there…read moreare 3 horrible ones. There are good painters and bad painters regardless of the shop. If you go in and want a $500 paint job, it's going to look like it. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. I suggest you bring your car in and talk to Charlie - he's fair honest and does great work. Explain your expectations and he'll make suggestions. You'll still pay a fraction of a price from a private shop. The first time I had work done here was about 3 years ago. I took parts and bumpers to get painted. Charlie knew right away the polyurethane parts needed a flex coat etc etc and the Honda color match was spot on. (I had been to a reputable "body shop" in Garden City which failed to do this so the paint eventually spider cracked and chipped. Oh, and took 8 weeks to get my parts back.) This car is long gone, but looked like new for the remaining 2 years of abuse a college student could put it through. Just last week I brought my new car back after a slight scrape along the side of my vehicle. It was on the quarter panel so couldn't be replaced and needed to be heavily feathered. Charlie guaranteed he'd use genuine Lexus paint and I got it back in 2 days. The thing I like most about here is the great communication, fast service and quality work. Can't say enough good things. This review might bring in more business and next time I might have to wait more than 2 days, but I had to try and break the reputation. I'm not sure what the below review was about, but it seems one-sided and doesn't say the work done wasn't satisfactory!
