I have brought in several vehicles for body work in the past and each time the repairs were performed flawlessly. The cars looked like they just came out of the showroom. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. Both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, extremely customer-oriented and take great pride in the work they do and, of equal importance, they proudly stand behind the outstanding quality of their work. They set expectations as to when the car will be ready and typically exceed expectations. My wife's SUV, which is 12 years old, came looking like new (showroom quality). As if that's not enough, they also detail and wash your car when they give it back. Most other repair places leave grease stains and make a mess when you get your vehicle back. Not this place.....the car is always clean when you get it back. Also, customer service is very good here as they are always able to answer questions and they do a great job with dealing with the insurance adjuster. With both cars I had repaired here, I didn't have to even call the insurance company. They did all the work and stayed in contact with the insurance company and did a great job getting everything covered. This is how we got it back! Rear cracked lens, paint drippings on the tail gate, scratched bumper, paint chipped inside tailgate, scratches behind the bumper from when they installed the bumper, stripped and chipped bolts, service codes on the dash board, never installed blind spot transmitter, different colors parking sensors ! He argued with me about replacing the rear camera cover even though it was listed on the estimate to replace!
