After having a rear bumper only repaired via insurance, the car immediately started overheating, engine failing, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not the original paint, ram air scoop under engine bay was replaced with an old one, multiple engine components/adjacent components were removed and replaced with none-original parts. Over the years I continually take photos of the engine bay and have tons of evidence and videos saved in the cloud and in emails. Everything was reported to the insurance company as well. I have brought in several vehicles for body work in the past and each time the repairs were performed flawlessly. The cars looked like they just came out of the showroom. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. Both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, extremely customer-oriented and take great pride in the work they do and, of equal importance, they proudly stand behind the outstanding quality of their work. They set expectations as to when the car will be ready and typically exceed expectations. My wife's SUV, which is 12 years old, came looking like new (showroom quality). Well, it's mechanically sound and my wife and daughter got the new cars and the daughter is in college. Guess who gets the older vehicle? LOL!) But I noticed the rust was spreading rapidly. So I brought it to Anthony's for an estimate. 3 weeks later I brought it in. When I picked it up (5 days later), it looked great! I couldn't tell where their paint started/stopped from the original. They did a fantastic job. Plus, they cleaned the car inside & out, down to the floor mats and wheels. And it smelled good, too. As for the people... They were knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, with plenty of eye-to-eye contact and smiles. The work was completed in the time they promised. No issues. I couldn't be more satisfied.
