June 8, 2021 I drop off my car at the dealership for repair of scratch ( at this collision shop) I picked up my car today (06/11/2021) in the rain. I walked around the car, I really don't noticed anything. I got home after rain stop and car dried. I noticed all this leftover residue and compound. I tried wiping it off with water and towel. After it dried it's still marks from residue and compound. I only had the car for a month. I AM VERY UPSET WITH BOTH THE COLLISION SHOP AND THE FREEHOLD HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. I can't believe NO ONE CHECKED MY CAR BEFORE RETURNING IT TO ME. I HATE THAT I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW.

Branning Auto Body in Freehold has been the premier body shop in Monmouth County for decades. My…read morefamily has had several cars repaired there over the years. Two years ago, my son had his Toyota Tacoma repaired due to a collision involving the driver's side door. Over the past year, we noticed that the paint began to bubble and peel in a few areas. Branning provides a lifetime warranty against defects in repairs. We brought the truck back for inspection a couple of weeks ago. George, the manager, took one look at the door and agreed that something under the paint caused the defects. There were no questions asked, no excuses made and no blame directed at anybody. George directed Donna in the office to arrange a schedule for repair. Donna was polite and helpful. The truck was brought back in on a Monday and was completed by Friday. The door looks brand new and George assured us that we would have no future issues. I want to thank George and the team at Branning for their commitment to quality and standing behind the warranty service that they provide. I hope that they remain in business for many decades into the future. We couldn't be happier with the repairs.

Even though their shop was not "in-network" with our insurance carrier, the process was pretty seamless. We highly recommend Ken's for any body work necessary.
