This is the second car that I have had them make repairs on and the cars were like new when I got them back. The quality of the repairs are great and they always do a neat and perfect job. As if that's not enough, they also detail and wash your car when they give it back. Most other repair places leave grease stains and make a mess when you get your vehicle back. Not this place.....the car is always clean when you get it back. Also, customer service is very good here as they are always able to answer questions and they do a great job with dealing with the insurance adjuster. With both cars I had repaired here, I didn't have to even call the insurance company. They did all the work and stayed in contact with the insurance company and did a great job getting everything covered. And don't just take my advice, my dad uses them as well for any repairs he has needed on his car.

Then they said we have the parts but we are waiting on the insurance company. That got settled. Then they said another week and it will be ready. What happened I thought they had all the parts? Now they say 1 more week. They are either liars or incompetent. They continue to give me the run around on when my car will be ready. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet.
