Did some checking around and Edison Collision came recommend by friends who've used them in the past. It's been a pleasure working with Tammy and Patricia. They are knowledgeable on the process dealing with Silver stock and the specific requirements for my vehicle needs. That kind of knowledge can only come from experience. Tammy worked with me to make sure I get a quality repair at a good price - not letting the insurance company half ass the work because their goal is to pay as little as possible.

I was given a fair price to replace the trim that I already purchased. I came back a couple days later and had an amazing overall experience. I dropped the car off. They gave me a ride to my office so I didn't need to pay an uber, which was great service. They ended up calling me a couple hours later to pick up the completed job. I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. I don't wish to have damage to my car but if I ever do I will certainly comeback. I hands down recommend Frankie's to anybody that can use their services.

I've written reviews for multiple establishments in the past and everything I've written so far has…read morebeen negative. Moving forward, I'll actually start writing positive reviews for places I like, and Heavenly Bodyworks will be the first because they have single-handedly renewed my faith in how businesses should be run, both in professionalism and service. Long story short, I thought I could fix cracks and scratches on a first-gen Porsche Boxster from watching YouTube videos and completely flopped. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I saw the BELOW COMMENT by the purported owner William posted Mar 10, 2025 .It caught my attention…read moreas Bill's picture is shown as the Owner's response, inferring that he is onsite. To my knowledge ,Bill retired and stepped away from GT automotive at least 6 years ago. I've been there a few times after Bill stepped away and more times prior to Bill retiring. Perhaps he is still the owner on paper, none of my business. I believed that the new owners were, Julie and her husband. I did not go to GT to make friends, but high quality work. However, Julie is rough, arrogant and lacks any semblance of HUMILITY and appreciation of customers. I stopped going to GT as the front desk woman "Julie" was consistently rude and dismissive. GT does great work, however, Julie was a terrible "Know It All" . ************* July 17, 2026- UPDATE - Responding to the "Owners" response to my post of July 4, 2026.... As to my standards and expectations, Customer Service is not limited mechanical work, it also includes respect, kindness, being treated with dignity. IMO, the "Owners" response to my comment reflects an unwillingness to accept constructive feedback, the need and desire to try to insult, rather than embrace, hence, reflecting a lack of humility, or ownership, full stop. In possessing a civil litigation background, I ask questions, not intended to put one on the defensive, as it may. Julie's husband (a seasoned mechanic) is kind. I just could not tolerate Julie, who works the front desk, and for the most part answers the phone calls as well. She displayed impatience with my questions. She is the conduit to the mechanics. In any business, the front desk gives the best impression on the appreciation of customers or lack of. Julie should be grateful and thankful that GT Automotive is doing well. This is demonstrated in having a high bar on respect and kindness to all customers. My comment should not be misconstrued as a vendetta as alleged, nor do I consider my comment a "bad review" as further alleged. It is intended to provide an opportunity for Julie to receive and accept the feedback in that this is how she may come across to some. Yelp Guidelines is to rate the "Overall" Experience. It is my first hand experience. Unequivocally, I am not a mechanic, nor is Julie. I had not dealt with Bill on my few last visits, as he'd long ago retired, at least 5 -6 years ago. Once again, GT DOES GREAT WORK. ********************* Business owner information William G. Business Owner Mar 10, 2025

My window on my driver side got busted from a cling car shade I got from Amazon that I forgot to remove when I rolled my window down and it got jammed and messed up the window regulator. My hubby dropped off my car Monday night after hours, the next day Danny called us and gave us an estimate and said that he has to get the part for us which would take a day. I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved.
