Lou doesn't even really repair Benz but was so sweet and offered to do diagnostics for us and give us a price to get it on the road, safely, so our son could enjoy showing off its unique color - because honestly that was all he was really concerned with. Ahhhh kids! Thank you Lou for repairing what was needed and giving us a great price on four new tires I feel that our son is safely on the road thanks to you! I am absolutely disgusted with Firestone and its business practices at the Freehold, NJ location…read more(3681 US-9, Freehold, NJ 07728).. My 22-year-old daughter brought her 2020 Honda to your store because it was having trouble starting. After receiving a jump-start, the vehicle started and ran normally. She came to Firestone seeking an honest diagnosis and repair of that specific concern that's it. Instead, she was sold nearly $900 in services, including $422.16 for four spark plugs ...why ... and a $97.97 brake fluid exchange.. for what .... , totaling $520.13. $41.99 to check battery.. it's free at Auto Zone. To my understanding, these services had no direct connection to the starting complaint that brought her to your store. The battery--the component most closely related to the issue--was ultimately replaced as well in the end. No parent should have to worry that their child will be treated differently simply because they lack automotive knowledge. Unfortunately I was not there to advise and protect her from these vultures.
