Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. We went to this…read morecar wash, finally getting the car cleaned up. drove through, did not have them wipe the car off afterwards, got to where we were going and discovered scratches across the hood of the car that were DEFINATELY NOT there before. I called and ?Troy? told me I was mistaken, it did not happen there. They use these huge cloth strips that zig-zag there way over the car and I thought it was heard an unusual scratching sound but have never had a problem. Spoke to a lawyer friend that afternoon and determined it was WAY too difficult to press the case, considering we live in NYC. Certainly will never go back.
