First time that I've ever had a body shop send me periodic texts informing me of ongoing status. Furthermore, they found an earlier repair date for my car at another of their locations and they towed the car from the original location to the distant one and back again. I have Liberty Mutual and they handled everything, including providing an Enterprise rental car delivered to the body shop. I hope not to have to see again (nothing personal ;-) ), but recommend them for anyone with a collision problem!

The whole transaction and repair process felt very comfortable, and I would definitely go back to the shop if I ever need body repair done. The price was also very fair. I went to three other shops in the area, all claiming that more work was needed than Ryan pointed out and who's service cost a lot more (highest was 2.5x Ryans quote). Each other shop included extra services which didn't wind up being needed at the end (such as my brake lights needing to be replaced as well as another fender).

I asked my mechanic who thought it was a dealership issue. Before I went to the dealership I decided to call a body shop to see if they could do this repair. I called Lentz Auto Body in Belford. I was told to bring it in 2 days hence. I dropped it off AT 8:30AM explained the issue and left. Lentz called back at about 11:30 -12:00 and reported that it was fixed. They actually said it was working fine after they removed the interior panel and sprayed the electronics with lubricant/silicone/whatever. NO CHARGE!!! A dealer would charge you $200.00 just to look at the car! I brought it to LENTZ Auto Body based on the reviews which are pretty positive. I am adding this review as another pro LENTZ Auto Body! After having a rear bumper only repaired via insurance, the car immediately started overheating, engine failing, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not the original paint, ram air scoop under engine bay was replaced with an old one, multiple engine components/adjacent components were removed and replaced with none-original parts. Over the years I continually take photos of the engine bay and have tons of evidence and videos saved in the cloud and in emails. Everything was reported to the insurance company as well. Use your best judgment when using them.
