I had deep scratches on the hood of my new Acura. From first glance the owner knew right away that if came from bird poop. He told me it was fixable. Let me tell you, I brought back the next day and they did an amazing job of get the scratches out. My car looks brand new again! I work in NYC and have to parallel park my car all the time. I accidentally bumped into one of those gated flower beds on the curb of the sidewalk and pulled out my left rear bumper. I was recommended by my dealership to head to Mazzola's Auto Body, and I can see why they recommend them. Their service and staff are absolutely outstanding. They gave me a wonderful estimate and were able to work on my car in less than an hour. It was as if I never messed up the bumper in the first place. This place is great! I had to bring my Acura MDX in because my the passenger door and tailgate door were not opening. After bringing in the car to Acura itself they said something was jammed and that I needed to have the door panel opened from the inside and that it needed to be done by an autobody. I was recommended this place and they were spot on. They attempted to fix the problem the same day but realizing that they needed a part asked me to come in the next day. I was concerned about the price of the job and they reassured me wouldn't be much just the price of the part and possibly not much for labor. I brought the car in the following day and they were able to fix my car in literally about 2 hours and charged me for the price of the part and a reasonable amount for the labor based on the job which wasnt too big. I highly recommend this place, they are a place of quality, fairness but most important honesty. read more

Very Satisfied. Dealt with Michael Mazzola from the beginning. He and his office staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. As a fanatic and someone who is compulsive about the upkeep and appearance of a car, you could only imagine how devastated I was when I noticed my entire fairly new Black Pearl, Acura TL had what looked like white over-spray over the entire car, including the windows. On a recommendation from my Acura dealer, I bought it to Mazzolas Auto Body, where the entire car had to be addressed to remove what was there. All I can say is that the car came out great, beautiful, just like if not better then the first day I owned it right from the dealership. The car was ready exactly when Mike said it would be. Based on my pleasant experience, and an Acura reputable dealer referral, I would highly recommend Mazzolas Auto Body and Mike to anyone looking for a nice professional job, especially with any high end car. I too will continue to bring my automobiles to Mazzola's Auto Body in the future. As far as the owner above/below with the economy car, telling them upfront you don't need/want a show quality job, no OEM (original) parts, and don't bother painting the work, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT YOUR CAR TO JIFFY-LUBE FOR THE REPAIR WORK. Excellent, outstanding body repair! I had significant damage on the driver side rear. MY 2012 Acura had only 4000 miles when the accident happend. The car had not even a single scratch on it, before this lady smashed into it(it was parked) =) I am a car guy and I work in automotive business, so looked for the Best body shop around the area, I came across this bodyshop from co-worker who had very good experience. I wanted it finished and completed to manufacturer's specification with genuine Acura parts. I am very particular when it comes to my vehicle. Mazzola's autobody shop was Acura certified. Gabriel handled my case from the begining to end, had excellent communication from preparation to finish, he confirmed all work and gave me several update with multiple phone calls. It took more than a month because of all the parts coming from different area(I had a Special Edition model), and taking their time to do the right job. The car literally looked brand new when it was back, I felt and touched all the door and panels there isn't any rough spot or inconsistency at all. No one can replicate the original paint and finish but it is almost impossible to find where they repaired with untrained eye(I am expert so I can see where). I am very satisfied with experience and outcome, I recommend this bodyshop to all my friends and family. This made me a bit nervous as I wanted the car in the hands of a trusted dealership. I was told they have been working with Mazzolos for over a decade. So, I called and that's when I spoke with Gabriel. I must say people like Gabriel are hard to find and his positive attitude, commitment to customer service, follow-ups and guidance is exactly what we needed as we were out of a car for almost a month. I own a 9 year old economy car, that was involved in a low speed collision with a guard rail on a snowy road. Since I only carry liability, any repairs would be paid for by myself. My insurance company refered me to this business, which is near my home. I went there for an estimate of the repairs, a new headlight, plastic bumper and grill, and a dent to the hood. The RETAIL cost of these parts is aproximately $250 to $300. After going there for an estimate and telling the owner that since I had to pay out of pocket, that a car show quality repair was not necessary and that after- market parts and no painting would be fine , he took a look at the damage and quoted me a price of $1000 to put in a new headlight and straighten the hood, only. He said it could be finished in one day. I need the car for work so I thought, ok, fine. I then stood waiting while he groussed about another customer and messed with his computer. I waited and waited for a written estimate, it became apparent that one was not being prepared, he said bring the car there on the following Monday. Fine, I need it done. When I brought the car to the shop, the owner told me that the payment must be made in cash, I said "how about a credit card?" He said "No, cash" I said "now?" He said tomorrow would be fine. I walked out of the shop to confer with my wife as to whether we had a grand in cash for a new headlight and decided that the lack of written estimate and the surly demand for a payment in cash forboded other things such as no receipt and a take it or leave it attitude. I know that I am not upscale clientel whos' insurance is forking over many thousands to fix the scratch on my new Benz, but come on..... read more
