Our driver side door was dented after a family member backed into our brand new car. It was LITERALLY less than a month old and my first car, so you can believe how stressed I was. I found Mizzoni because they were one of the only authorized Chevrolet retailers in the area. The only reason the repairs took a while was because our car was a 2024 model and the dealerships did not have the parts easily accessible to provide to Mizzoni. But once Mizzoni received the new door, they had our car back to us in 4 days and you can't even tell the difference! The quality is amazing, they were very communicative and willing to help. Earlier in the year I was in an accident (not my fault) and my insurance provider sent me to this shop since it was in my area. They took care of everything and provided clear expectations for the process and amount of time everything would take to fix. I got my car back looking and driving great. They even tidied up the inside for me. Fast forward, I came back to address an issue on my grandmothers car and they had everything fixed and ready in about a half hour. They have a spacious waiting area with TV and coffee, but thankfully I also had a book with me so I was happy to wait and read. Overall this is a great shop and has awesome customer service. We got into a car accident with a 2024 Chevy Trax. My car was out for 22 days with a broken headlamp. GM was useless and I could not drive with a broken light. 1ST RATE!!! I recently purchased a car from Carvana after a US mail truck rudely demolished my trusty little 15 year old Toyota Prius! Anyway, this cool little Mazda MX-5 (Miata) that i purchased completely online was almost perfect except for a newly made dent on the front that probably happened during delivery! So i had the option of returning the car, no questions asked and finding another car in their inventory or getting it repaired locally! I decided to go w/ getting it repaired at Mizzoni's as I also had the Prius repaired in the past as they also do the GEICO Express repair service! On the MX-5 I also actually made the dent a little worse after they did the estimate but before i brought it in for the scheduled time when I absentmindedly let the clutch slip (manual 6 speed transmission) ! That also led me to be a bit more forgiving of the original delivery driver who probably wasn't called on to drive a car w/ a stick shift very often either! So i drove it to the shop at the scheduled time and sheepishly admitted that I actually messed it up a little worse my own self! Well he briefly checked it out again and said it wouldn't be a problem at all, and got it repaired perfectly in around 3 days! I had felt sooo stupid denting an almost new car, (even though i hadn't driven a stick shift in years, and was obviously a little rusty!?) In conclusion, Mizzoni's is great, they're quick, super-orginized and also helped me deal w/ Carvana who are also great but at first had referred me to some place in Westchester for the approved body work! They are as good as it gets. Two weeks ago, I scrapped the hood of my beautiful Black Jeep Wrangler Sport. I was carrying a box too heavy for me and slid it on to my hood to stop it from falling. I was devastated and figured I just had to live with it. Someone suggested I get the scrape buffered out. I remembered Mizzoni's from when I was in a previous accident with a different car. I called and came in to show Mike the damage. He was very sympathetic to my plight. I didn't have to make a real appointment. He just asked that I'd call and remind him of the day I wanted to come. I went last Thursday after work. Well, the work was done in about 45 minutes. They finished before I even finished my leftover lunch. And most importantly, the work was stellar. My dusty, scrapped hood looked brand new and fresh off the lot. Mike showed me the work and even pointed out a small dent I had in my hood. My whole car was clean with the major scratch gone. Such great work only cost me 45 minutes of my time. I also have to mention how nice the other workers were. As I was in the waiting area, they waved hello and asked me how I was doing. Very nice. Stephen Podesta and the team at Mizzoni's are friendly pros! Our car got rear-ended earlier this year and Geico told us to take our car to Mizzoni's Auto Body repair. The folks at Mizzoni's were friendly and very professional and the location provided an end-to-end service with car rental for the time our car was in their shop. The whole process was very easy and they mentioned that they guaranteed all the work they did. Several months later, a dash light came on indicating that something had gone wrong with one of the rear bumper sensors. Toyota told us it was a result of the collision and suggested I go back to Mizzoni's to take a look. Mizzoni's stood behind the work and fixed the sensor issue and did so with great customer service all along the way. All the folks at Mizzoni's are great and Stephen Podesta, who oversaw the re-service to our car and couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. Stephen called back exactly when he said he would and delivered our repaired car exactly as promised. In today's world, you get shocked by such high standards of client care. They did an awesome job fixing some deep scratches along the side of my truck and were kind enough to put some sort of sealant on some more damage I had on the other side, that I couldn't afford to fix right now. They definitely gave my truck back in far better shape than how it was brought in lol. The price was very reasonable too. Overall, they're thoughtful and they do good work. I was in my first accident ever last month. Not only was I shaken up, but the damage on my car had me mortified. Mizzoni's really made my first accident experience as painless as possible. This place is extremely professional and straight forward about what they do to fix your car. I went in the morning and dropped off my Jetta -- I was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Someone came out to take a look at the car for me, and right off the bat he was able to tell me what he anticipated on having to do to fix her up. He was extremely kind and made the situation lighter for me. I left there feeling better and confident that they were going to take care of my car. And they did. Each day, they took the time to call me and let me know updates on my car. They thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions (even if they seemed like silly, simple questions)! They work so fast too. I dropped my car off on a Friday and had it picked up on a Thursday. It only took that long because I dropped her off on a Friday instead of any day between Monday-Thursday. Regardless, this all finished up so quick. When it came time to pick her up, I was walked through everything that was done. I was most nervous about the paint job not matching perfectly, but they really nailed it! I'm extremely happy with it. The only thing I wish I could ask them to do is to fix the front bumper's emblem. My rear bumper had sustained minor damage due to an accident. I called my dealership to see if they can repair the damages and one of the service employees referred me to Mizzonis auto body. Conveniently enough, they were located near my residence. So before I spoke with them about appointments I did some research and saw that this "reputable" establishment was "reliable." What at first I thought to be in safe and stress free hands turned out to be the most frustrating, lack of communication and stressful experience I have ever had in my life. I made my appointment and brought the car in for repairs. (Now please note that before and after the accident my blind spot motion sensors worked perfectly fine.) About four days have gone by and I received a phone call from them saying that my car was ready for pick up. I went to go pick up my car and inspected the damaged area to see if they managed to get the dents and scratches fixed. From afar it seemed legit. However, if you look closer you can kind of tell that there was some damage done. Kind of like you have a tattoo and get a cover up. You can't tell unless you get a closer look. I was immediately dissatisfied when I drove off of the lot because I noticed that my sensors didn't work like they used to. So I call them the next day and explained my concern and the gentleman transferred me to Steve Mizzoni (Owners nephew) the shop Forman. At first steve was nice and went on a drive with me to test it. Every time I kept trying to explain myself and the concern he would just talk over me and immediately have an answer for everything. Now, when you know your car you know your car. I knew something was off. Second, time I called we again went for a test drive and this time steve did the same, talk over me and just didn't want to understand me. So he goes, "let's take it to Mazda and see if what they say." We go and I knew this was gonna happen, but as we spoke to the mechanic supervisor there steve rushed to get his words in talking loud and kind of coaching the supervisor to agree with him. People are looking and I have this guy speaking very loudly to prove me wrong. The supervisor said that my concern is wrong and that steve was right. I left Mazda in Lodi feeling completely undermined and embarrassed. I looked up a video of how blind spots sensors worked for my make and model and sure enough that video proved me right. (When I pass a car in traffic the blind spot sensor should illuminate and notify me that someone is in my blind spot. Which in this case wasn't working.) I then emailed steve videos of how my cars blind spot sensors failing to work as they should along with a video of how they should work and simply said, can you just replace the sensors. Steve, yet again, completely disregarded my concern and legitimately stated over the phone, "Nick you're started to get me heated, I'm getting hot nick!" I'm sorry, if he was getting "heated" just imagine how I the customer must have felt. I tried multiple times to get my point across but steve just didn't care. That phone call was then ended and I decided that this establishment that claims to have such a "stress free" experience was all just plain Jane BS!! Turned off by the rude and ridiculous "professionalism" I decided to just go to Mazda myself to prove the "experienced supervisor" wrong by showing him the video. He and I both went on a test drive and even he said, "yea something's not right." So I made an appointment to get the sensors replaced at my expense. However, as we got back, one of the owners came by to talk about the situation and dropped off his card to try and make things right. I explained to him that how his nephew acted wasn't right and that he needs to listen to the customer more and not try to embarrass or frustrate them. Honestly, with all said and done, I'm better off just paying for their failure out of my own pocket. This way the problem will actually get fixed. Remember, if you want something done have someone do it, if you want something done right do it yourself. read more

My car may be 10 years old, but, it's almost always never driven. I have alternate transportation. It's a garage kept, good looking mustang with low mileage. The wires were clearly chewed off in one particular spot, and, I had to pay $500+ to fix it. I went to the shop couple of times followed by multiple phone calls, nothing positive, turned to yelp for HELP. Let's see how it goes.
