My car may be 10 years old, but, it's almost always never driven. I have alternate transportation. It's a garage kept, good looking mustang with low mileage. The wires were clearly chewed off in one particular spot, and, I had to pay $500+ to fix it. I went to the shop couple of times followed by multiple phone calls, nothing positive, turned to yelp for HELP. Let's see how it goes. I recently brought my car in to repair bumper damage on my vehicle after I hit an ice bank due to this ridiculous storm. I worked with Steve who offered 2 options on my vehicle... 1 to completely replace the entire bumper and make it look brand new or 2, to attempt to repair the damage at a fraction of the cost of option 1. While option 2 would save me quite a bit of money, he flat out told me before hand that while he could not get it to 100%, he could get it to about 80%. He advised to go with option 2 as this winter is still ongoing and the snow is just making life a mess for everybody. He talked good sense into me and advised me to go the cheaper route as he was confident in his abilities. I did not feel pressured as if they were trying to push the sale and they definitely were looking out for my best interest. After scheduling an appointment and leaving my car, I was shocked with the work that was done afterwards. The bumper looked not 80% but close to 95% back to its original condition... for a minimal cost. At this point, I don't even plan on replacing the bumper. I am totally satisfied with the route I went thanks to the Mizzoni's who were a class act from start to finish. read more

Overpriced for starters... Their work is hit or miss based on the two jobs they did for me. First job was great, second... not so great. The biggest issue I have is that they seem to have so much business from the insurance company that they charge the same rate to us... lame. I am one of the few customers who pays in cash no matter how big the bill and unfortunately they have lost my business. I had them quote a custom hood and front fascia paint and fender blend... over 2k and I was told they wouldn't warrantee the paint work on the hood because it was fiberglass... have they never painted an old corvette? Some of my drag racing buddies told me to check out Crocco's in Hackensack - a few minutes away. I went over there and right from the start the place looked much better. The service was on the money (very relaxed and easy going) they were working on a Ferrari and Lamborghini when he gave me a tour of the facility. They quoted me 1,500 and are doing a few extra things for me... I'm going to give them a shot! read more

My brand new car had accident. So, progressive insurance company introduce this shop for repair my car. This shop looks like professional. Yes they are professional for body repair. However, after complete repair i found A LOT OF SMALL SCRACH insid of my car. I found small scarch day by day. My car was brand new!! But they made look like 5 year old car. And after repair they provide free carwash. But they made lot of swal mark on my paint. I guess they did put on car wash machine or use dirty brush. If this shop want to be real professional, you guys must good care your customers car like your own.! If you love your car, and don't want to damaged by repair shop. Avoid this shop. read more

OMG....Terrible experience, worst Autobody shop I've ever dealt with . When I picked up my car from it being painted they damaged my car and tried to tell me I brought it to them like that . They told me they were going to lie to my insurance company and say they over looked this damage during there inspection so they wouldn't be responsible for it. Never go to a body shop your insurance company recommends. Rip off !!! Very cheap job !!! Instead of painting the whole panel they paint around the area ..... I just had my BMW serviced by Mizzoni's two times in the last 3 months. Once fir a hit and run on my driverside quarter panel. And once for a front end collision that required MAJOR work. Steve and his crew did an outstanding job, and were very meticulous. I could have brought the car anywhere to get repaired, but I went 35 mins out of my way to have Mizzoni's do the work. Progressive suggested I use this place to replace the front & rear bumper (among other repairs) and ended up taking 1 month to complete. The rear bumper was nationally-backordered so OK.. But they were not able to procure the front grill for various reasons that was readily available. It may be an isolated issue but I will not return to this place if need be unless there are any issues with the job they did. read more

I had been in a car accident that left my 2 year old car with front end damage. They replaced the front bumper, passenger side headlamp assembly, and the right fender. I am so grateful to Mizzoni's auto body. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car several years ago but they really helped me out by providing really good advice about my current situation. After having my car towed there they came back to me within a few hours to tell me they assessed that my car's damage was too bad to fix and it would be considered totaled. They walked me through the process with the insurance company step by step even though they knew that they weren't getting a "job" out of it. This was the ultimate level of great customer service. Update to My August Post: Let me start off by saying this updated rating reduction is in NO way due to the customer service I received at this body shop. The staff at this place was AWESOME! Everyone that I dealt with there was friendly, courteous and professional so this is not a ding on the level of customer service I received...it was outstanding to say the least. This isn't even based on the fact that I had to take my car back there 2 more times after my original pick up date. It's based on the fact that they missed something critical even after I told them twice about it. There were missing bolts and a creaking noise that my car was still having after all the repairs. Finally, almost 2 weeks ago, I took my car back to the dealership (for a second time because they too missed this back in September) and ended up having the SUBFRAME, the subframe bolts, a strut bolt and tapped threads in the frame all replaced. My car was in the shop for an additional week and a half, I just got it back. Now I don't doubt that if I took it back to Mizzoni's they would have fixed it, no problem, however after taking the car back 2 times after the original pick up date, I wasn't doing that again. The main reason why is because I live in Maryland, NOT NJ. Furthermore, the service advisor at my dealership didn't want me driving the car until it was fixed so I couldn't drive it back to NJ even if I wanted to. I feel some kind of way that I have been driving in a car that may not have been safe for me to drive for the past 6+ months. So with that said, for customer service I still give them a 5 star rating however since I STILL had issues with my car 6 months after I first got it back from Mizzoni's I have to give them 2 stars for the actual repair work. read more
