Overpriced for starters... Their work is hit or miss based on the two jobs they did for me. First job was great, second... not so great. The biggest issue I have is that they seem to have so much business from the insurance company that they charge the same rate to us... lame. I am one of the few customers who pays in cash no matter how big the bill and unfortunately they have lost my business. I had them quote a custom hood and front fascia paint and fender blend... over 2k and I was told they wouldn't warrantee the paint work on the hood because it was fiberglass... have they never painted an old corvette? Some of my drag racing buddies told me to check out Crocco's in Hackensack - a few minutes away. I went over there and right from the start the place looked much better. The service was on the money (very relaxed and easy going) they were working on a Ferrari and Lamborghini when he gave me a tour of the facility. They quoted me 1,500 and are doing a few extra things for me... I'm going to give them a shot! read more

OMG....Terrible experience, worst Autobody shop I've ever dealt with . When I picked up my car from it being painted they damaged my car and tried to tell me I brought it to them like that . They told me they were going to lie to my insurance company and say they over looked this damage during there inspection so they wouldn't be responsible for it. Never go to a body shop your insurance company recommends. Rip off !!! Very cheap job !!! Instead of painting the whole panel they paint around the area ..... My brand new car had accident. So, progressive insurance company introduce this shop for repair my car. This shop looks like professional. Yes they are professional for body repair. However, after complete repair i found A LOT OF SMALL SCRACH insid of my car. I found small scarch day by day. My car was brand new!! But they made look like 5 year old car. And after repair they provide free carwash. But they made lot of swal mark on my paint. I guess they did put on car wash machine or use dirty brush. If this shop want to be real professional, you guys must good care your customers car like your own.! If you love your car, and don't want to damaged by repair shop. Avoid this shop. read more

I had been in a car accident that left my 2 year old car with front end damage. They replaced the front bumper, passenger side headlamp assembly, and the right fender. I was nervous about what it would turn out to look like when I went to pick up my car when it was finished. My fears were unfounded. Mizzoni's did a beautiful job. You would never be able to tell I was in an accident. I will recommend them to everyone I get the chance to. They even washed and waxed, cleaned the inside of my car. Progressive suggested I use this place to replace the front & rear bumper (among other repairs) and ended up taking 1 month to complete. The rear bumper was nationally-backordered so OK.. But they were not able to procure the front grill for various reasons that was readily available. It may be an isolated issue but I will not return to this place if need be unless there are any issues with the job they did. read more

Update to My August Post: Let me start off by saying this updated rating reduction is in NO way due to the customer service I received at this body shop. The staff at this place was AWESOME! Everyone that I dealt with there was friendly, courteous and professional so this is not a ding on the level of customer service I received...it was outstanding to say the least. This isn't even based on the fact that I had to take my car back there 2 more times after my original pick up date. It's based on the fact that they missed something critical even after I told them twice about it. There were missing bolts and a creaking noise that my car was still having after all the repairs. Finally, almost 2 weeks ago, I took my car back to the dealership (for a second time because they too missed this back in September) and ended up having the SUBFRAME, the subframe bolts, a strut bolt and tapped threads in the frame all replaced. My car was in the shop for an additional week and a half, I just got it back. Now I don't doubt that if I took it back to Mizzoni's they would have fixed it, no problem, however after taking the car back 2 times after the original pick up date, I wasn't doing that again. The main reason why is because I live in Maryland, NOT NJ. Furthermore, the service advisor at my dealership didn't want me driving the car until it was fixed so I couldn't drive it back to NJ even if I wanted to. I feel some kind of way that I have been driving in a car that may not have been safe for me to drive for the past 6+ months. So with that said, for customer service I still give them a 5 star rating however since I STILL had issues with my car 6 months after I first got it back from Mizzoni's I have to give them 2 stars for the actual repair work. read more

AWFUL!! I dropped my car here to be fixed for what was supposed to be a 4 day job. Every time I called I got the run around about parts, and they kept telling me it would be more time. Over three weeks and a million phone calls later I finally got my car back. They were very unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work done by Mizzoni auto body. I took my almost three years old car to be fixed at Mezzoni after I got into a car accident. They painted & repaired the front bumper & side door, however, you can tell the difference. They used cheap parts and when I went to pick up the car other parts were falling off. The pin stripe was installed crooked, they left wires hanging under the pedals and they messed up my car alarm.. They claimed they did not caused any damages and my insurance had to pay for my car alarm to be fixed. I had to take my car back 3 times to Mizzoni for these issues which were not completely rectified. They had an attitude and never returned my phone calls. I will definitely not recommend Mizzoni auto body. read more

Choosing a repair facility is never easy. The quality of repairs always affect the value of any vehicle. With this in mind I parked my car for a month after my first accident while I looked for the perfect shop. After long hours of research, on message boards and recommendations from friends I decided to give Mizzonis a shot... I am very glad I did. When my insurance company decided to give me a hard time and tried to cheap out on repairs the staff at this shop stood up for me and made sure my insurance company provided the means for the best possible repairs. The result? My car was repaired to perfection. The paint was matched perfectly, everything was reassembled correctly and they even made sure every scratch, blemish or imperfection was taken care of before calling me up to tell me my car was ready. I really hope I never have to visit a body shop again. The paint job was incredibly smooth. He even touched up a few spots at no extra cost and left a small bottle of paint for later use.
