My car may be 10 years old, but, it's almost always never driven. I have alternate transportation. It's a garage kept, good looking mustang with low mileage. The wires were clearly chewed off in one particular spot, and, I had to pay $500+ to fix it. I went to the shop couple of times followed by multiple phone calls, nothing positive, turned to yelp for HELP. Let's see how it goes. It was such a small accident where this guy came and bumped into my car in Oct '14. Six months after and am still dealing with the aftermath... :( read more

I recently brought my car in to repair bumper damage on my vehicle after I hit an ice bank due to this ridiculous storm. I worked with Steve who offered 2 options on my vehicle... 1 to completely replace the entire bumper and make it look brand new or 2, to attempt to repair the damage at a fraction of the cost of option 1. While option 2 would save me quite a bit of money, he flat out told me before hand that while he could not get it to 100%, he could get it to about 80%. He advised to go with option 2 as this winter is still ongoing and the snow is just making life a mess for everybody. He talked good sense into me and advised me to go the cheaper route as he was confident in his abilities. I did not feel pressured as if they were trying to push the sale and they definitely were looking out for my best interest. After scheduling an appointment and leaving my car, I was shocked with the work that was done afterwards. The bumper looked not 80% but close to 95% back to its original condition... for a minimal cost. At this point, I don't even plan on replacing the bumper. I am totally satisfied with the route I went thanks to the Mizzoni's who were a class act from start to finish. read more

Amazing auto body. They do grade A work with all vehicles I have brought to them and the customer service is top notch. Big thanks to the mini truck driver who dropped off my new auto parts! read more

We have used their services more than once - each time we were very satisfied. Prices were reasonable, work was done in a timely manner, staff were very helpful (even on the phone), place is clean, rental car company on-site and as long as we own the car, they guarantee their work. We have recommended Mizzoni to friends and family and they are our go-to place for car repairs. read more

Been coming here for years and the service is always top notch. I even had them fix a previous bad repair that mountianview in Wayne botched and they made it look brand new again. I'm a car guy and my standards are way higher than most and I cannot thank Mizonnis enough for taking care of my Audi, Benz, and Corvette. read more

Top notch service. My new Transit was rear ended in NYC a week ago. One phone call and I made it in for a quote that afternoon. I liked the customer service and they were confident in what they could do so I decided to give them business. I am a stickler for perfection and when I saw the repair, I couldn't even tell anything had been done. Thank you to the team at Mizzoni's, my new go to spot, for a job well done! read more

Mizzoni's is comprised of an extremely talented group of professionals, who truly know their business! They are a very honest autobody shop, and their prices are fair. Very recently, they did fantastic work on my BMW, and they've done fantastic work in the past as well. We highly recommend them!!! read more

I highly recommend Mizzoni's Auto Body. It is truly comforting to find a body shop that takes such pride in their work. I can't thank Rick and the team enough for fixing my car. They are beyond helpful, professional and the quality of work is incredible. I had scraped the side of my new to me 2017 Audi and was absolutely besides myself. Rick and team were able to fix my car and it looks brand new once again. They really are the BEST auto body shop. Thank you again so much! read more

Best body shop ever. Kind respectful. Thank you both Steves, and Michael M. Insurance handling was a breeze, never better.

I recently brought my Acura RDX here to be fixed after being hit and every single person from the time I called to when I walked in the door couldn't do enough for you, everyone was so nice and service was extremely quick and you can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you for making this process so easy! read more

These guys are awesome. I'm a perfectionist with my collector cars and they repainted the fender on my 2011 Mustang GT to fix a previous damage repair that was just terrible. Long story short, it was the same price as the other place and this time, Mizzoni's actually matched and polished it and made it look like new. I didn't go through insurance so I don't know how that would have been but it sounds like they know what they're doing from the other reviews. I can tell you that Mike and Steve took care of me like I was family. Rick the owner even came to speak to me. So, I've since used them for my 1989 Turbo Trans Am and the results are consistent. Don't spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Do it right and it will actually cost you less in the long run here. I'm a customer for life. read more

The great people that work at Mizzoni's are professional, quick and extremely helpful. I called Firestone to get my mirror replaced, they couldn't get a new mirror since they don't make my car anymore, so I purchased one online and Mizzoni's installed my mirror so quick. I was in and out within a half an hour and they were friendly, helpful and professional. read more

Amazing auto body repair and amazing service. Great staff. They really repaired both my car and my husbands and we have no complaints.

Overpriced for starters... Their work is hit or miss based on the two jobs they did for me. First job was great, second... not so great. The biggest issue I have is that they seem to have so much business from the insurance company that they charge the same rate to us... lame. I am one of the few customers who pays in cash no matter how big the bill and unfortunately they have lost my business. I had them quote a custom hood and front fascia paint and fender blend... over 2k and I was told they wouldn't warrantee the paint work on the hood because it was fiberglass... have they never painted an old corvette? Some of my drag racing buddies told me to check out Crocco's in Hackensack - a few minutes away. I went over there and right from the start the place looked much better. The service was on the money (very relaxed and easy going) they were working on a Ferrari and Lamborghini when he gave me a tour of the facility. They quoted me 1,500 and are doing a few extra things for me... I'm going to give them a shot! read more

My daughter had a couple of incidents with her 2014 Corolla over a couple of months. We met with Rick at Mizzoni's and he gave us a thorough and honest evaluation of the damage and options on the repairs. We received a very detailed estimate with the options and decided how to move forward with the repair. We are thrilled that we did! The repair on the hood was excellent - it looked amazing. The headlight repair was also perfect. The car was dropped off and the service was friendly, professional and fast. I will absolutely use Mizzoni in the future should I need any other work done on my cars. I would highly recommend using them for any of your auto body needs. read more

Any bodywork needed on my car, I take it directly to Mizzoni's. They know auto body work and they'll get the job done right! I've taken 3 of my vehicles here and they've always done the right thing. They take pride in their work; the shop is very clean and operation is organized. I always deal with John M. who is very professional and always makes sure that my vehicle is 100% before I drive it home. I'm very meticulous and if there was ever any issue, I know they would address it immediately. Everyone that I've sent to Mizzoni's has had nothing but positive things to say about their business. read more

i came here for repairs through geico. Mike and Steve was amazing, they were patient and very transparent, they also saved me over 2500 dollars compared with other body shops and did the work 2x faster. they called me back when requested, treated me more like a human being rather than a customer. definitely will recommend to others. read more

My brand new car had accident. So, progressive insurance company introduce this shop for repair my car. This shop looks like professional. Yes they are professional for body repair. However, after complete repair i found A LOT OF SMALL SCRACH insid of my car. I found small scarch day by day. My car was brand new!! But they made look like 5 year old car. And after repair they provide free carwash. But they made lot of swal mark on my paint. I guess they did put on car wash machine or use dirty brush. If this shop want to be real professional, you guys must good care your customers car like your own.! If you love your car, and don't want to damaged by repair shop. Avoid this shop. read more

The service at the front desk was great & they set me up quickly with a loaner vehicle. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, it was a quick & easy procedure & I was on my way. They do excellent work here & I recommend them to all my friends who need work on their vehicles. read more

OMG....Terrible experience, worst Autobody shop I've ever dealt with . When I picked up my car from it being painted they damaged my car and tried to tell me I brought it to them like that . They told me they were going to lie to my insurance company and say they over looked this damage during there inspection so they wouldn't be responsible for it. Never go to a body shop your insurance company recommends. Rip off !!! Very cheap job !!! Instead of painting the whole panel they paint around the area ..... SHITTY JOB !!!I haven't been more disappointed in my life !!! Did a Shitty job..... Never again.... Mizzoni's ten thumbs down !!! I wouldn't have left 1 star if the app didn't allow me to push one..... read more

These guys are the best hands down. Speaker rolled out of a truck and messed up the front end of my brand new Nissan Maxima. Such a headache dealing with the guy who wouldn't accept responsibility as well as the scam of car insurance. But let me tell you - these guys somehow found a way to make it an incredible experience on top of it all. True professionalism, everyone in the shop is incredible. Special shoutout to Geno and the owners son at the front desk - good people who know how to run a good business. Most importantly, car looked great afterward. They take pride in their quality and that's what matters to me. 5 stars 2 thumbs up. Thanks for the great experience Mizzoni Bros. read more

Amazing team of professionals! Mizzoni team actually made this a . . . pleasant experience. Minor fender bender (other person's fault), and they took care of EVERYTHING! The moment I arrived, I was amazed how organized, attentive, and professional their team operates. Erica and Angelo talked about the damage and possible ways to fix . . . with me included in the conversation. Where does this happen? I was totally part of the process and everything was transparent in what they were doing with my vehicle. Drove off in an awesome rental (completely covered) and picked up my repaired vehicle a day later. No one ever wants to visit a body shop, but this team made realize how wonderful a well run business can work! Thank you Everyone at Mizzoni! You are truly second to none!!!!!! read more

I just had my BMW serviced by Mizzoni's two times in the last 3 months. Once fir a hit and run on my driverside quarter panel. And once for a front end collision that required MAJOR work. Steve and his crew did an outstanding job, and were very meticulous. I could have brought the car anywhere to get repaired, but I went 35 mins out of my way to have Mizzoni's do the work. Their customer service is outstanding, and work is top notch! I highly recommend them. I wouldn't let anyone touch my BMW unless I knew it was going to be quality work. read more

Progressive suggested I use this place to replace the front & rear bumper (among other repairs) and ended up taking 1 month to complete. The rear bumper was nationally-backordered so OK.. But they were not able to procure the front grill for various reasons that was readily available. It may be an isolated issue but I will not return to this place if need be unless there are any issues with the job they did. read more

Mizzoni's has been the only body shop I will bring my cars to. They are professional, friendly and experts at what they do. I had been in a car accident that left my 2 year old car with front end damage. They replaced the front bumper, passenger side headlamp assembly, and the right fender. I was nervous about what it would turn out to look like when I went to pick up my car when it was finished. My fears were unfounded. Mizzoni's did a beautiful job. You would never be able to tell I was in an accident. I will recommend them to everyone I get the chance to. They even washed and waxed, cleaned the inside of my car. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you, Mizzoni's. read more

Excellent all around service! Very professional and fast repair. I would recommend Mizzoni's to anyone. My keep turns out better then when I dropped it off for repair! read more

I am so grateful to Mizzoni's auto body. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car several years ago but they really helped me out by providing really good advice about my current situation. After having my car towed there they came back to me within a few hours to tell me they assessed that my car's damage was too bad to fix and it would be considered totaled. They walked me through the process with the insurance company step by step even though they knew that they weren't getting a "job" out of it. This was the ultimate level of great customer service. I hope I never have a need to use them again but if I do I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. read more

Update to My August Post: Let me start off by saying this updated rating reduction is in NO way due to the customer service I received at this body shop. The staff at this place was AWESOME! Everyone that I dealt with there was friendly, courteous and professional so this is not a ding on the level of customer service I received...it was outstanding to say the least. This isn't even based on the fact that I had to take my car back there 2 more times after my original pick up date. It's based on the fact that they missed something critical even after I told them twice about it. There were missing bolts and a creaking noise that my car was still having after all the repairs. Finally, almost 2 weeks ago, I took my car back to the dealership (for a second time because they too missed this back in September) and ended up having the SUBFRAME, the subframe bolts, a strut bolt and tapped threads in the frame all replaced. My car was in the shop for an additional week and a half, I just got it back. Now I don't doubt that if I took it back to Mizzoni's they would have fixed it, no problem, however after taking the car back 2 times after the original pick up date, I wasn't doing that again. The main reason why is because I live in Maryland, NOT NJ. Furthermore, the service advisor at my dealership didn't want me driving the car until it was fixed so I couldn't drive it back to NJ even if I wanted to. I feel some kind of way that I have been driving in a car that may not have been safe for me to drive for the past 6+ months. So with that said, for customer service I still give them a 5 star rating however since I STILL had issues with my car 6 months after I first got it back from Mizzoni's I have to give them 2 stars for the actual repair work. read more

This was my very first time using this body's shop. I must say, I was skeptical at first just like any other person would. But nevertheless I dropped over my car anyways... But I must say they did a fantastic job repairing my right side of my Toyota Camry. The job was done sooner that anticipated.. Joe was great, the shop manager.. I know this body's hop is going to be my number 1 go to shop. And the the price was reasonable... I will definitely recommend others to check it out for all car services.. read more
