Meryl also was extremely helpful the last couple of days that my car was in the shop and informed me that I could drop my rental car at the Enterprise near the auto body and someone would be able to drive me over. I found Mizzoni because they were one of the only authorized Chevrolet retailers in the area. The only reason the repairs took a while was because our car was a 2024 model and the dealerships did not have the parts easily accessible to provide to Mizzoni. But once Mizzoni received the new door, they had our car back to us in 4 days and you can't even tell the difference! The quality is amazing, they were very communicative and willing to help. We went through insurance so didn't have to pay a dime, but I believe the quote was a reasonable value. If I have any problems in the future (which hopefully I won't!) I will go back to Mizzoni.

From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry.
