This was human kindness and compassion to the nth degree.. and in a business context yet when those qualities seem to be lacking on a purely human level. The front cup holder was left with full of change (assuming for tolls) as well as an open water jug in the back seat. The back seats came back dirty as well as the cup holders in the rear center. Car is brand new and was used at their leisure during the holidays. Will not recommend or go back here. They seemed nice but using the car for 100 miles was unnecessary especially if the repair was only for body work.

UPDATE: 6/27/19 I took my truck to Driveworks in Jersey City and the cost of a new compressor is $280 and I paid $300 for labor and Freon. I called and spoke to Zach and we agreed on a price so I made my appointment to come in. It was Zach's knowledge on installing "Caliper, Rotor and Brake kits" that made me comfortable in giving him my business. When I left it was Zach's honesty and quality work that made me at ease. Installing new brake kits is a bit nerve racking since if done incorrectly can cause you to be hurt badly. Zach not only knew how to install this special kit, but did the job right. I also asked him to put aside my old calipers since I will be getting my core deposit back once I mail in. Zach not only put it aside, but placed them in the original boxes and packaged them for me. So my hands did not get dirty at all. Zach stated to me he was experienced in many aftermarket installs. Even after moving away, we would often make the trip back just to have them inspect our car because we knew they would give us honest advice. A while back, a chain oil change shop told us we needed new brake pads. We came here for a second opinion, and they explained that the rust we were seeing was normal and would wear off with regular local driving. They were right. A year later, another shop again tried to sell us brake pads during an oil change. We immediately brought the car here, and after a thorough inspection, they told us the brakes still had about 2,000 miles left. That level of honesty is rare. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they only suggest work that actually needs to be done. Their prices are fair, their workmanship is excellent, and most importantly, they genuinely care about their customers.
