The Moon roof lining was not aligned correctly. In addition, after I experienced the first snowfall in Chicago leakage was present on the side of the car where repairs were made. I've had other body shops tell me you'll never get an exact fit with after-market parts -- which is true. I've even had a body shop use OEM parts on my mom's Toyota and try to tell me the job is as good as it will be. My friend, who has almost two decades worth of experience working for auto body shops, and actually an adjuster for one of the major seven auto insurers in the nation, explained that an OEM part should always fit perfect. If it's sloppy, and doesn't fit right, it's 100% percent the shops fault. As per your insurer's policy, Nash Park will try to use after-market parts first. If they don't fit properly, they will notify your insurer and fight on your behalf to use OEM parts so your car will be perfect. They take great pride in their craft, and will refuse to return your vehicle unless it's absolutely perfect. After moving out of the area, and having either dissatisfactory, or mediocre experience with other body shops working on my family's cars, I decided to take my vehicle an hour away back to Nash Park. I couldn't have been any happier. From now on, I'm not taking my vehicles to the approved insurer's body shops; I'm taking my vehicles straight to Nash Park Auto Body, and letting them fight it out with my insurance company. Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
