I am not a customer of Montclair Collision, but I want to write this review. On Valentine's Day 2017, my girlfriend's car was stuck and it wouldn't start. AAA said it will take them over an hour to get to her. Since I was over an hour away, I called a local body shop; Montclair Collision. Even though Joe and I don't even know each other, Joe and his mechanic jumped in to help us. They went down the street with a starter and helped my girlfriend started her car. Thanks to Joe, we can now continue with our Valentine's Day plans on time. Joe told me my car would be done in a month. It is now 2 months and he still can't say when it will be done! He has a different excuse every time I call.
