My car needed a new hood, due to rusting on my 2007 Honda Accord, which I call "Silver". Orlando the owner, and his son, were so instrumental in helping me replace my hood at a reasonable price. Orlando explained what was needed, and what part was best. His son did an excellent job in the actual replacement and service. They have my car looking like new. Regal's overall body work and value is unbeatable! I just got my car done here. It was a lease and in need of quality body work. My uncle suggested Orlando and Regal and the rest is history! I gave orlando an opportunity to call me and discuss the problem but he chose to not return my calls so I am leaving this post. I brought him a brand spanking new F150 truck with 1200 miles which was sprayed by pebbles that fell off a dump truck on the highway and my bumper looked as if it was shot by a shotgun. Orlando told me he stripped the entire bumper and sanded and painted it like new. Well he lied. It wasnt even sanded never mind stripped. He simply painted over existing bumper and 1 month later its peeling. A brand new truck that I bought for $52,000 dollars and has 4,200 miles has a peeling bumper. Could not be happier with my experience! I was really upset when my brand new car was hit less than a year after I bought it, but Orlando assured me it would look like new once he was done with it. He explained the process to me, helped me deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me, and made sure I would be reimbursed before he worked on my car. I would bet that all the 4 and 5 star reviews, are staged in my opinion. This place is the worst auto body shop i have ever used! Had to bring my car back 2x and still not right. After i got the car back and inspected it, the paint had drips, the car lines on the repair area were not straight, and the gloss does not match the rest of the car! So Orlando says, bring it in again and we will fix these issues. But at this point i don't want them to touch my car again! The person that does the body work and paints from what ive seen is an amateur. Wish i could show all of you the crap he did. I have a vintage show car and now i will have to bring the car with the horrible work from regal to be corrected by professionals. Orlando should be ashamed to stand behind the horrible work that comes out of that garage. Beware!!!!!! read more

Their price was less than half what my usual "cheap" body shop estimated and they did an excellent job, quickly and reliably. They even washed my car inside and out at the end! Highly recommended. Orlando is the owner of Regal and he knows his stuff. Between him or anyone of his highly skilled mechanics they are sure to be a me to fix any body work issues you have with your vehicle. I dropped my Nissan Sentra off on a Monday with about $6K in body work to be done and they had it back to me before the end of the week. Orlando kept me apprised of everything going on and worked well with the insurance company to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner. Oh if you are in need of a rental he does that too while your car is being worked on. Definitely a one stop shop for all your automotive needs. read more

I was in Florida when my car was in a fender bender with a porch, don't ask. Regal was recommended to me by my cousin so it was taken there & Orlando walked me through all the issues about the damage, costs, insurance process, etc. He emailed me copies of the adjuster's report & was available by phone while I was still in Florida.
