The repair was perfect and the rest of my truck was cleaner than when it was dropped off. They were easy to work with and kept me informed each step of the way. Also, my Insurance companies estimate was low compared to the actual cost of the repairs and they worked with my insurance company to get that property adjusted. When I scraped up the side of my car, I asked a local mechanic who has fixed flats and done emissions testing for me for a recommendation. He said Town Auto Body. I read a bunch of good reviews, so I went in for an estimate. Kenny is a down-to-earth guy who has a great sense of humor and tells it to you straight, and the staff is super responsive. When I got my car back, it looked better than before the accident. Just a fantastic job. Recently, someone dented my back passenger door while the car was parked, but this time I knew where go. I have used Town Auto Body twice for my Honda Civic, and both times I've been very happy with their work, their professionalism and their customer service. I was recently backed into by someone which smashed in a fender and some of the front bumper. The people at Town worked with the other driver's insurance company directly and I had my car back in under 3 days and the front is good as new. I also was (pleasantly!) surprised to see that when I picked my car up, they'd had it washed as well. I don't know whether that's standard, but I sure appreciated it! The insurance company tried to get me to go a different place and I had to push them to let me go there. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't need their services again -- but if I do, I'll go directly to Town. read more

So I went to this autobody in order to fix a dent in my car and was a quoted a figure close to $800 and was told that it would take 3-4 days to have my car back in my possession. Since this was the first placed I visited I decided to check out another autobody for comparison. In doing so, I found another company that charged me $400 dollars and my car was ready in 3 hours for the same job!!!! The quote was broken down in this fashion from the First auto body: $50/hr for labor -- Body labor 7.9 hrs! Paint labor 3.6 hrs! Paint supplies 3.6hrs @ $32/hr Total hours 15.1hrs Grand total $790.63 Total days 3-4 days!!! The second Autobody-- Total hours 3hrs Grand total $400 Total days: 1/8 of a day!!! The staff that I dealt with was great. Very helpful with switching my grandaughter's car seat into my rental and my grandaughter and her carseat back into my fixed car when the repair was done. The car looks brand new. It took a little longer than I had planned, but it seems like getting parts since the pandemic, everything takes longer. I had a dent and scratch on the door of my brand new car. Town Auto Body came in with a quote $100 less than other repair shops, completed the work in the amount of time estimated at the cost estimated and the car once again looks brand new. They also went ahead and cleaned up some surface scratches on an adjacent door. This was something I didn't point out or ask for, but was planning on taking care of and while i'm sure it only took a few minutes to buff them out, it was quite nice of them. I had an exceptionally bad deer year and they repaired my car three times in six weeks. Each time they were done on time, kept me apprised of what was going on a fixed the car quickly. They did all the paperwork and helped with the insurance company. During one of those accidents, the heater didn't work properly after it was fixed, they went to bat with the insurance company to make sure I could have it fixed at a Toyota dealership as part of the claim. read more
