As a female client, I am thrilled to write this review for this mechanic shop…read more I have had vehicles all my life, and i never had an experience like at BR Auto Service. I was trates with respect, transparency and urgency. As soon as you walk you in they treat you with a smile, inspect your vehicle with videos and they show you what is wrong, not more not less, they take they time to educate the customer on the issues and the importance of taking care of it. My car was there for a few hours, my life was not impacted by the absence of my car. I appreciate the urgency that they treated me with. I met clients that came all the way from Maryland to service their cars and now I can see why, this will be my shop of preference moving forward. Great team, great environment and friendly service. Thank you BR! you guys are the best!

*This is just my bad experience -- everyone can draw their own conclusions.*…read moreI took my car in with the check engine light on and told them to check and fix whatever was needed to turn the light off. They gave me a bill for over $2,000. The very next day after picking up the car, the check engine light came back on. I brought it back, and they told me it was something else now, and it would cost $1,500 more. Obviously, this was a bad experience. They claimed the work came with a 6-month warranty, but it was useless. Their response was that they fixed something, but now it's a "different issue" -- just one day later. I don't know much about mechanics, but the original job included a full tune-up. Very disappointing.

I brought in my BMW with a power steering rack issue as well as the part and he immediately nodded no and said along the lines "I don't wanna go near a BMW". After they made my E46 run like new again in 2014/15, I have been here frequently to pick up parts regularly for my BMW E46 as well as major service when my expertise and skill level did not match to the task at hand. When something went wrong with my DIY job, I had Rich and Victor check out my car to make sure I didn't do any major damage. Once again, upon arrival... a friendly interaction followed by a wealth of knowledge. All of my concerns were addressed and given to me in writing. You just HAVE to be patient because good things take time. And most of all ROCS will never compromise the quality of their work to rush a job out of the shop. A bonus of constantly stopping by this shop is the eye candy of all the Porsche's they work on and build! I am a customer for life. THANK YOU!
