Came her for car wash first and and last the young boys who did the full service stole my $400 nintendo switch stole $30 bucks and also my earbuds my car has tints and they took the opportunity to steal [[HIGHLIGHT]]I mentioned it the next day to workers and they acted concerned but sense I left a review on Google I knownthey aren't going to get to the bottom of it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]..but it was also important for me to let others know and just take the loss! I've attended this shop on numerous occasions however, The last 3 visits 3 Saturday's in a row (for the same issue) was disappointing! The problem isn't with the mechanics, the problem is with the older lady at the front desk (incompetent, intentionally sabotage my car maintenance time/ never informed the mechanics of the services needed until hours later) and the guy who normally services the gas area (obnoxiously nasty and rude towards paying customers). Im not sure if they are the owners however, my wish is that the good mechanics working there get their own shop! I was treated unfairly unprovoked!! I will not return to this shop no thanks to those two! If this shop does not want to service African American customers and would rather ONLY service Indian Americans & Hispanic Americans then they should simply say this so that us African Americans can spend our hard earned money elsewhere! read more

I can't say nicer things about this place. I came in to have my battery tested and they were able to test it in front of me and even replace it with a better battery for fairly cheap. They answered all of my questions (even the obnoxious ones) and were kind all throughout. The only bad thing I can say is that the customers were sometimes rude to them for no apparent reason (that I could tell anyway). Nearly everyone here seemed happy about their service. read more

I don't usually get my car washed but when I do, I come here. They do a good job vaccuuming and power washing of my car. They also armoralled my tire (sorry if I misspelled that). The only issue I had was the look of the "triplets" or the "rims" that my car came with. I thought they'd do a better job scrubbing the rust off and on a scale of an A being the highest score to an F for the lowest, the tires came out with a C score. In total I paid 15 dollars for this wash so I expected a little more. Nevertheless, they do a good job and your car looks new (w/ the exception of the tires). There's also an auto repair station connected to it. It's hard for me to trust auto repair shops but from the comments, i will bring my car in for a tune-up before Old Man Winter pops in. read more

It's hard to find a trustworthy garage that does good work but here's one. I've used them for multiple jobs over the years, their prices are very reasonable, they do good work and they're also polite and friendly. I recently took in my Toyota minivan to the dealership because it wasn't driving well--they suggested repairs totaling $3,000. I decided to take it to Richard's instead and they found the main problem--missed by the idiots at the dealership--was the wrong tire. They changed it for just the cost of the tire, no labor. DON'T USE THE CAR WASH. Owner has a nasty attitude, If I could give -0 as a rating i would. I used the car wash today; i didn't look at the car before I left. When i got home I realized that the car wasn't washed properly it was still dirty in spots. I started to wipe the car down to get what off what the car wash didn't get. As i am wiping the car down I noticed marks on the car that were not there before across the hood from the front and across the top of the car and on the trunk and along the passenger side. I went back to talk to the owner of the car wash, he came out and as i started showing him the marks and scratches on the car, he just said that did not happen here and walked away, no apologies or anything. He did not even look or act interested in what I had to say, he just dismissed me and that was the end of the conversation. No respect for his customers at all I have no recourse other than to live with the scratches on the car. read more
