This is exactly what they are counting on. Needless to say, I will not return there. No transparency in the pricing and once you're there they know it's 50% chance you'll give in because the appointment is made, you've driven there already and you need it done. That's just not cool whatsoever. I hate when businesses can't be honest from the get go. You lose my business plain and simple. I thought I was saving by not taking it to the dealer, but actually paid more. I should've just gone to the dealer service dept.
