As a single mom I dread auto mechanic 'stuff' and being taken advantage of... I didn't feel taken advantage of here and there were 2 other single women getting their cars repaired on the day I was there. My first time here a week ago and I was welcomed with the friendliest greeting, The staff, from the front desk to the garage, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting room was clean and organized. The bathroom was sparkling clean and fresh. The service to my vehicle was an oil change it was taken care of professionally and timely, and they went beyond the duty by helping with a bulb that needed replacement. They also vacuumed the cars interior. When my car was finished I was given a complete report of what was done, what was further needed (nothing!) and my bill which was at a great price. As a woman it's easy to be over charged by mechanics, because they think you're clueless about cars. These people are honest, respectful and always give solid advice on your car needs. I never feel like they're trying to make an extra buck. They never push anything on me that I don't feel like I need. And they always give me options for what I can do to service my car. Was very satisfied with their service. One of the cleanest garages Ive seen. I had 3 cars ahead of me yet I really didnt wait that long before it was my turn. Manager was very honest. When I usually go to a oil change shop I get a list of at least 4 or 5 things that I magically need. It was not as so here. Swift Lube is the best and most convenient shop around. I've been getting repairs and oil changes on my cars ever since they opened. I love the great fast service and the great customer service. The shop is always clean and the employees know what there doing. I just have one complaint: the owner is a Giant fan. It's a MUST to get your repairs. read more
