I landed at Faraj Auto Traders after taking a morning to look on the net for a Jeep Cherokee. I was going to opt to go to another dealer first because it had a color that jumped out at me more but the truck was 5 years older for $500 less. I'm pretty glad I came to Faraj first. I came, and was allowed to immediately take the car out for a test drive. I didn't think to ask to take it to a mechanic to check out first, I will remember that the next go round for peace of mind. I purchased the car the next day...I eventually took the car to my personal mechanic and he said I did very well finding this jeep, in the condition it was in and at that price in the middle of the winter! The cars interior was darn near in mint condition, undercarriage showed no signs of rust, engine compartment looked fairly clean considering the age and miles. So far so good, I will report back if anything changes. I replaced the rear wiper arm (very common task for cherokee's), and recently a misfire on cylinder 2 has popped up. No rough idle, no sputter etc. I've cleared the code twice, if it comes back I may change the plugs for good measure. Outside of this issue, there has been no smoke, no leaks, no extra sounds or noises so far so good. They keep a light fluctuating inventory, and do not pressure to buy anything. After many failed attempts with many dealerships I visited, I swore this place would be the last I'd visit before I gave up looking for good. I'm glad I did. Brought my brother with me because being a female dealers tend to prey on you and try to screw you over. Mark is not like that. He was very patient and not pushy like other dealers. He gave us space to inspect the car until we were ready for the test drive. The car was in good condition with low mileage, interior was clean and drove smoothly. The price was one I could afford and on top of that he helped me get a low monthly payment. Mark also had someone come out to help me get a low monthly payment on insurance also. While I waited, mark's father was a delight. He offered me snacks and kept me company while having great conversations. Made me feel like family. Everything went off without a hitch and I was able to leave with the car that same day. Thank you very much! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Also, I'm very cautious when it comes to weird sounds made in cars. So when I heard a sound the other day I contacted Mark and he told me to bring it in so he could check it out. No fuss. Was sent here by park motors after every issue with cadillac sts Really disappointed with dealer and salesman. I bought a 2007 Cadillac sts and was told car was 100% no issues other then just needs oil change and 1 issue with auto headlights. Then i pick up car that night 2 milea later and check engine goes on. A really strong smell of antifreeze is coming inside car. I send email to dealer with picture of check engine. Drop car off with my mechanic and was told car has many issues. Purge valve, oil pressure issue, and blown gaskets on manifold. I tell dealer. It was $315 right away i had to come out of pocket. Dealer send me to his mechanic and confirms smell. Fixed headlight issue. Oil pressure sensor and purge valve also changed. Then i stuck with $315 repair and also drivers door keyless entry and alarm doesnt work. Just wish dealer was hinest and knew all the issue with car. Will follow up with dealer one more time before bbb complaint. read more

What an amazing place and people, one of the best dealers and repairs out here!!! By far!!!! I have to say one of the best car dealers and repair I ever had to deal with! I got my vw eos from them last year, and anytime I had an question, he never hesitated to help me! I needed some work done, comes with any used car! Today I was cleaning my eos inside and out and somehow when I put the convertible down I hit the trunk button and left it open enough to kill the battery but the battery (2) are in the trunk! We called him to see how to do it, can you believe he said I'll come over where do you live, we said it's ok don't want u to go out of your way, and he like I'll come! And he did and help us! I recommend Faraj Auto Traders for anyone interest in buying a car this place had a great inventory filled with great quality cars. I'd finance a 2015 Infiniti Q40 with 110,000 miles in great shape. I was in the market for a winter truck and decided to give Mark a call over at Faraj auto to inquire about a Dodge Durango he had on the lot. Mark was very professional on the phone and convinced me to come in and look at the truck in person. At the dealership I was treated with a warm cup of coffee and some sugar cookies for my son, I found this to be incredibly personal and felt Mark was not just a sleazy salesman. Recently had a notorious Subaru head gasket service here. Mark was great in communicating with my insurance company and was able to get some covered from them. During the work process, I requested him to update the process and he was also great on updating work by sending me multiple photos. It was a complete HG rebuild process with timing belts and everything, so it took for a while but went through pretty well. I wouldn't say the price is necessarily cheap, but it is fair in terms of he does right work for you. I still do have small oil leak from the repair that I got from him, so will be visiting him and updating my review after the process as well. If any Subaru owners in North Jersey is looking for a shop to work on HG leak, I would recommend his shop. read more

Just purchased an 07 Nissan Sentra and the mechanic was very knowledgeable, put a lot of work into the vehicle and informing me of everything he did WITH A SERVICE RECORD! Well - truck has been throwing up check engine codes that I have been told were cleared before my purchase. Also, emergency brake was found to be completely frozen - not disclosed when purchased, but according to Toyota dealership records had been diagnosed and recommended for repairs before my purchase. Incredible after sale support. Eighteen months after my pruchase of a 2008 Honda CR-V I had an issue with my radio's anti-theft reset. I called Marc and asked if has any suggestions before I brought it to a dealership. He had me come by with the car and in ten minutes put it right (for free!), surely saving me big bucks had I brought it into Honda. read more
