The black marks on the letters are the damage. This is "ROVER"
    Joe M.

-Poorly handled communications and customer service -Damaged my 2014 Range Rover Sport during detailing and will not cover cost to replace/fix damage. They offered 25% of the cost of the parts only (no labor) despite acknowledging they did the damage. Be careful with these folks. I will not do business with them again. I had my SUV detailed by Amaral Auto on 8/10/2021. They damaged the "Range Rover" letters on the front hood during the cleaning process. Initially, they said the letters were not damaged by them. I disputed this and asked they check their video footage when the truck arrived, check with the employee who performed the detailing (he saw every inch of the truck), and with the person who did the "Vehicle check" for the "pre-exisiting" damage. This is what they do when they take a vehicle in to protect themselves. Surely, damage like this, which is very noticeable, would have been noticed and documented (It was not). This is common practice for all places that perform work on vehicles. They eventually acknowledged they caused the damage but refused to cover the cost to replace the "RANGE ROVER" letters. They offered initially $44 and then $88...seriously??!!?? Read on for the full details of the two week back and forth with no acceptable resolution. FULL DETAILS After speaking with "Mike" and "Neil" on 8/10/Tues about the damage, they took photos and said they "would get back to me". On 8/16/Mon, after not hearing from them, I called and spoke with "Mike" and asked for an update, he said "he would call me back" shortly. On 8/17/Tue, after not hearing from "Mike"...., I went onsite and spoke with "Mike". Mike said, "Neil" who is on vacation this week will make the decision when he returns. On 8/18/Wed, "Mike" called me, said he spoke with "Neil" and agreed that the last letter "R" in "ROVER" was damaged by them during the cleaning process. I thought, OK, this is progress! Then he said the full set of letters (parts) cost $176 with "Range" costing $88, and "Rover" costing $88. But...they would only cover half the cost (i.e. $44) of the "Rover" letters because it was a 7yr old truck and the letters had some wear from age.(Seriously???..!!!) I disputed this with Mike, and he made a second offer to cover the cost of $88 (still not the full $176), but again only for the "ROVER" letters, and would not acknowledge they also damaged the "RANGE" letters during the cleaning process.....despite the same cleaner being used during the detailing on the letters. Labor costs were not negotiated at this time. They are aware, as a used car dealer, that you cannot replace half of an emblem on a vehicle unless the vehicle is brand new-ish. It simply will not look right as the new "ROVER" letters will look..well brand new..and the "RANGE" letters will look..well 7yrs old. The same is true for a repainting of a vehicle...you cant paint a fender on a vehicle with the same shade of paint it was when new...it has to be color matched for the fading of the paint on the other fenders adjacent to it. I will not do business with them again. Folks be careful doing business here....if they handled me this way, after acknowledging they did cause damage...how will they handle you if there is a problem?

Something must have changed here this is my latest experience. Their internet salesperson Candy called me repeatedly and said since we had 6 months left on our Rav lease we qualified for an upgrade to a Highlander and that there was a promotion going on. With $2999 dn + tax title ect. We could get a Highlander LE for $279 per month for 36 months. We made the appointment and sat down with their salesman Fred and the games began. 1 Fred said the promotion was for the Highlander L (it was not) and he was out of stock but he had an LE which he could graciously let us have for over $10,000 dn and over $300 per month !!!! That this was the best he or his sales manager would do. They would not honor my customer loyalty (-$1500) could care less about my 36 years in the Army  ($500 military discount) and acted as if taking my Rav with 14,000 miles on it would be a burden!!!! I am a real person this is not a fake review to plug another dealership. So they forced us to walk out and right over to Toyota Universe. We got a great deal for a little more up front and $330 per month they got us into a higher end Highlander XLE. I don't know what happened to East Coast that they decided to start treating thier customers especially a long term military family like ours dishonestly but they just lost this customer. Oh and by the way my Tundra lease is almost ready to be replaced so yes for my 8th Toyota I will be talking with the guys over at Toyota Universe 1st were I was treated fairly and with respect you know the way it used to be at East Cost Toyota.  Thought Google readers would appreciate a real persons experience....cheers

I went in looking for a Terrain and walked out driving a 2020 GMC Terrain the next day. The process was so smooth and fast and very reasonably priced. Khaled explained everything to me in great detail and knew exactly what I wanted. I was very specific on what I wanted and the color I wanted, and he exceeded my expectations. He really knows how to treat a customer as family and I would recommend him to every customer out there looking for a GMC. I was hesitate at first and did not want to go car shopping during COVID but I spoke to Khaled over the phone and he assured me that the dealership was safe and they were taking proper precautions during these difficult times. I walked in the next day, and he was absolutely right! Every single employee was wearing a mask and all chairs were spaced 6 feet apart. If anyone is looking for a GMC, I highly recommend you go to Franks GMC in Lyndhurst and ask for Khaled, he will take good care of you and will be honest with you. I have owned this truck for 25 months and put 37,000 miles on it. I brought it to Frank's GMC in Lindhurst NJ, where I bought it, for servicing. Upon inspection of the truck Frank's tells me that it needs a new torque converter and a new valve body in the transmission. They also tell me that I can not drive the truck until it is fixed. I have been without a truck for over 3 weeks now and there is not better news on receiving the parts that are on back order from General Motors. GM customer service has been of no help whatsoever. The dealership never even offered me a loaner car. Now that I have had to take one of my trucks out of service from my company to give to myself as a daily driver I have asked Frank's and GMC for compensation and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I have been a long time Chevy and GM customer, with 9 current General Motor vehicles under my ownership and an additional 5 or 6 that I have owned in the past. To be told now that I have no recourse and no truck to drive is more than disheartening. This truck is my third GM transmission to have problems in just as many months. My truck still has the original tires on in. It's sad that the tires last longer than the transmission on my brand new GM truck. I think it is an absolute disgrace that General Motors cannot get the parts in time for a transmission that should easily last hundreds of thousands of miles. This tells me that GM must be having a lot of these torque converter issues and that their trucks have sadly become second rate. The GM truck of today are not what they used to be. I also have a 2019 Chevy Tahoe which just needed an injector lifter repair and torque converter repair along with a new aftermarket valve body in the transmission at less than 40,000 miles. Costing me almost $8,000. And my wife's Chevy Traverse (2019 with 93,000 miles) also just needed an full transmission replacement. GM customer care keeps calling me to tell me that they are still looking for the parts, but to no avail. Meanwhile I am still paying my monthly payments ($987 per mo.) on the truck, (and SXM) for a truck I can't even use. I was told by the dealer that I cannot have my truck back unless I wanted to lose my repair warranty. I have no truck and no help from General Motors or Frank's GMC.

The experience I had with Victor at Signature Pre-Owned was exceptional. Yes, you could sometimes find a better price for similar models on auction websites such as Bring-a-trailer or Cars&Bids (this car was previously listed there as well), but if you pay a few bucks more, in exchange for a complete maintenance history, clear Carfax/CarVertical etc., and literally close-to-new mechanicals, appearance and presentation, this is the place to buy a car. Plus, in my specific case, I got an incredible deal, which made my family and the seller very satisfied. My recommendation: Before you buy, know and love the exact car you want, do your own research, and be clear about the price and what you are willing to discuss. I applaud Signature's clarity, professionalism, fairness, and competence (when I bought it, they even serviced it and ran al the diagnostics again with me present... during the Holidays!). I recommend them wholeheartedly. On a related note, if you decide to buy an Italian Masterpiece (as in the case of this Maserati), I recommend you ignore the rumors you might find online (such as poor reliability, constant issues, quirky or outdated electronics). In my life I was lucky and blessed to be able to own and drive German cars, US muscle, Japanese, French, and British cars, but... the Italians are just on a whole another level. The Granturismo MC is not only a beast (the Formula-1 sounding 4.7 L Ferrari-Maserati F136 Y MC spec is in my view one of the best engines, ever), but it is perfect. It has absolutely no issues to this day, runs perfectly, and there isn't a day where hearing its roar does not put a smile on my face (as well as my wife's and my kids'). I also believe that this Maserati is one of the best (if not "The" best) looking cars in automotive history.

Very rude and confrontational. Buy somewhere else. Unless you want to spend money and be insulted…read morealso
