What they don't see is what happens after the deal is done -- once you sign, the care and urgency disappear. Months later, after I refinanced the vehicle early, I found out I was owed the remaining balance of my GAP insurance policy. This isn't optional or a misunderstanding -- it's standard, documented, and legally belongs to the customer. When I reached out about it, I was completely ignored. Calls not returned. Messages unanswered. No explanation. No follow-up. Just silence -- hoping I'd give up or not know my rights. This went on for months. At this point, I've sent a formal final demand letter requesting the GAP insurance money that's owed to me. If it's not resolved, I will be taking this to court. I shouldn't have to threaten legal action to get money that's rightfully mine. As a business owner myself, this whole experience has been exhausting and frustrating. Integrity doesn't stop once papers are signed. How you treat customers after the sale matters just as much as getting them in the door -- and that standard was not met here. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use.
