Instead of waiting around the dealership as they worked on my vehicle Miguel had Angel take me out to lunch.

I recently bought a Maserati Granturismo MC from Signature Pre-Owned. I knew this car inside and…read moreout long before this purchase, and I have kept an eye on this very model, both in person (in Italy & the US) and online. The experience I had with Victor at Signature Pre-Owned was exceptional. Yes, you could sometimes find a better price for similar models on auction websites such as Bring-a-trailer or Cars&Bids (this car was previously listed there as well), but if you pay a few bucks more, in exchange for a complete maintenance history, clear Carfax/CarVertical etc., and literally close-to-new mechanicals, appearance and presentation, this is the place to buy a car. Plus, in my specific case, I got an incredible deal, which made my family and the seller very satisfied. My recommendation: Before you buy, know and love the exact car you want, do your own research, and be clear about the price and what you are willing to discuss. I applaud Signature's clarity, professionalism, fairness, and competence (when I bought it, they even serviced it and ran al the diagnostics again with me present... during the Holidays!). I recommend them wholeheartedly. On a related note, if you decide to buy an Italian Masterpiece (as in the case of this Maserati), I recommend you ignore the rumors you might find online (such as poor reliability, constant issues, quirky or outdated electronics). In my life I was lucky and blessed to be able to own and drive German cars, US muscle, Japanese, French, and British cars, but... the Italians are just on a whole another level. The Granturismo MC is not only a beast (the Formula-1 sounding 4.7 L Ferrari-Maserati F136 Y MC spec is in my view one of the best engines, ever), but it is perfect. It has absolutely no issues to this day, runs perfectly, and there isn't a day where hearing its roar does not put a smile on my face (as well as my wife's and my kids'). I also believe that this Maserati is one of the best (if not "The" best) looking cars in automotive history.

Very rude and confrontational. Buy somewhere else. Unless you want to spend money and be insulted…read morealso

I was told the car I bought -- a 2021 Sonata base model -- was in good condition and "needed absolutely nothing." Based on that, I trusted them and moved forward. One of the first things that felt off was how fast they ran my credit. It happened almost immediately. Once your credit is pulled, you're basically locked in -- nobody wants multiple hard inquiries. That pressure felt intentional. Right after driving the car off the lot, issues started. The car was shaking, and I found out a tire needed to be replaced -- something that should've been caught in a basic inspection. I had to drive back and forth from Albany, a 3-hour drive each way, more than once, for problems that should not have existed at the time of sale. Then came the brakes. Again, basic safety items. When I brought it up, I was shocked they tried to charge me for it. You can't say a car needs nothing and then turn around days later and push repair costs on the customer. What really bothers me is how quick they were to ask for a photo and a positive review right after the paperwork was signed. People see those smiling photos online and think everything went great. What they don't see is what happens after the deal is done -- once you sign, the care and urgency disappear. Months later, after I refinanced the vehicle early, I found out I was owed the remaining balance of my GAP insurance policy. This isn't optional or a misunderstanding -- it's standard, documented, and legally belongs to the customer. When I reached out about it, I was completely ignored. Calls not returned. Messages unanswered. No explanation. No follow-up. Just silence -- hoping I'd give up or not know my rights. This went on for months. At this point, I've sent a formal final demand letter requesting the GAP insurance money that's owed to me. If it's not resolved, I will be taking this to court. I shouldn't have to threaten legal action to get money that's rightfully mine. As a business owner myself, this whole experience has been exhausting and frustrating. Integrity doesn't stop once papers are signed. How you treat customers after the sale matters just as much as getting them in the door -- and that standard was not met here. If you care about transparency, honesty, and being treated fairly when issues come up, I strongly suggest you think twice before doing business here.

*update after them seeing the post they refused to give me service*…read more Robbed of money 2 times save your money and time go elsewhere. As a business owner, I hold companies to a high standard, especially when it comes to integrity and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was far from what I expected. I came in specifically looking for a reliable car for long-distance travel, emphasizing the importance of dependability. They sold me a 2021 Honda Sonata, assuring me it needed "absolutely nothing." However, after driving it, I immediately noticed it was shaking. Upon further inspection, it turned out that basic checks--like the brake pads--hadn't been done. I had to drive back and forth from Albany, a 3-hour trip each way, to fix a tire they should have already taken care of, and to address the brakes that should have been checked before selling the car. When I returned for the brake issue, they tried to charge me, which was incredibly frustrating. It's disappointing to see a company disregard basic customer care after the sale. They were quick to ask for a photo to promote their business, but it would have meant more if they had shown some real commitment to customer satisfaction and business integrity. As a fellow business owner, I believe in transparency and honesty in every transaction, and unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. Yes I had to end up paying i had no choice but it's wrong how this was delt with when I had absolutely barely haggle the price for the buisness good when first buying the car.
