DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! Called to inquire about a vehicle and was told it was on the lot. When we arrived the vehicle was not there and we were told it was in storage and when they get the "vin" they will fine the car...doesn't make much sense. When we called back the lady we spoke to she "Natalie" was very UNPROFESSIONAL an RUDE. We were told we have to fill out a application and be pre-approved. (We are looking at a buy here pay here dealership lol not Bentley) All this place seems to be is one huge SCAM. No place should need all your PERSONAL INFORMATION before seeing a vehicle they claim to have on their lot. Which is such a disappointment considering we were very interested. Plus their number is not a real land line they use google. Go else where that is LEGIT and won't scam you for you personal information and hard earned money.

When i got here they told me they were the same dealer as 500downnow and even acted like they were the ones i spoken to on the phone. Long story short they told me $5000 down payment and i left while driving home then i received a from called 500downow asking if I'm making it to my appointment. When i arrived to 500downnow's dealership they told me everything about this copy cat dealership and many like them! Then it all made sense to me what was going on. I was at copy cat dealership that copies their business and try to take any customers that googles 500downow's address. Be careful I repeat these are scammers acting like the dealership 500downnow.com. Buy here pay here 500 down was their name & now they are called Pyramid auto sales! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE NOT 500DOWNNOW.COM & WILL SCAM YOU !! Finally after 2 hours paperwork the actual 500DOWNNOW dealership I paid $800 down and $500 for plates on a 2014 Acura MDX. 500downnow.com is 100% the real deal! I'll refer anyone 100% to them because the do what they say 100%. $295 a month I'm paying on a 2014 MDX that's insane! Make sure you speak to someone from the dealership don't just google the address you may end up at a scam dealership like Pyramid autos & buy here pay here 500down!

These people Never answer the phone, and they text you back whenever they feel like. Worst costumer service experience! I went to their location in 374 Mulberry Street, Newark. Mind you the manager, Juan Genao, hand-written on the warranty that the engine an transmission would be guaranteed for 30 days. I test drove it, it drove a little rough, but I was told it was just because it was sitting for an extended period. The car needed brakes which they were willing to fix in addition to other small cosmetics which were easily fixed....I drove the car home with my new year-long extended and it cut off about a half a mile from the dealer. I drove back to the dealer they added oil and told me to get an oil change from there mechanic on Monday! I went to the dealers mechanic go an oil change and from that point forward that car was in and out of the shop for a month for a bunch of stuff major oil leaking, fuel pump, oil pressure sensor and oil pump malfunction it got to the point I drove the car more to that shop than anywhere else! For the first month, the car was in the shop for 17 days! Once Jan 5, 2020, came United Auto Sale LLC decided that they were unwilling to fix the car anymore! And told me to go through the warranty company "Veterans Warranty" they are not friendly to veterans at all, I served this country with pride and I would never treat people the way they did. Veternas Warranty sent me to a car repair place that held my car for another month. Without doing repairs, Veterans Warranty ordered the repair shop to diagnose the car! Veterans Warranty sent an inspector whose sole purpose was to find a way to deny the claim stating that my trouble was a preexisting problem and it was not covered and I had to pay $700 for a diagnostic done on a 2009 Cadillac Escalade with a damaged engine....If your thinking about buying a car from this place know that you have been warned because they will do the same thing to you! Run as far away from this place as possible! I've have not had a working car since December 10th, 2019, No has contacted me about my down payment of $1,500 no one has apologized about this whole situation. They suck! Ps. I checked their website they have the same car that gave me all those problems for sale again! Don't be the next victim!! I recently bought a Maserati Granturismo MC from Signature Pre-Owned. I knew this car inside and…read moreout long before this purchase, and I have kept an eye on this very model, both in person (in Italy & the US) and online. The experience I had with Victor at Signature Pre-Owned was exceptional. Yes, you could sometimes find a better price for similar models on auction websites such as Bring-a-trailer or Cars&Bids (this car was previously listed there as well), but if you pay a few bucks more, in exchange for a complete maintenance history, clear Carfax/CarVertical etc., and literally close-to-new mechanicals, appearance and presentation, this is the place to buy a car. Plus, in my specific case, I got an incredible deal, which made my family and the seller very satisfied. My recommendation: Before you buy, know and love the exact car you want, do your own research, and be clear about the price and what you are willing to discuss. I applaud Signature's clarity, professionalism, fairness, and competence (when I bought it, they even serviced it and ran al the diagnostics again with me present... during the Holidays!). I recommend them wholeheartedly. On a related note, if you decide to buy an Italian Masterpiece (as in the case of this Maserati), I recommend you ignore the rumors you might find online (such as poor reliability, constant issues, quirky or outdated electronics). In my life I was lucky and blessed to be able to own and drive German cars, US muscle, Japanese, French, and British cars, but... the Italians are just on a whole another level. The Granturismo MC is not only a beast (the Formula-1 sounding 4.7 L Ferrari-Maserati F136 Y MC spec is in my view one of the best engines, ever), but it is perfect. It has absolutely no issues to this day, runs perfectly, and there isn't a day where hearing its roar does not put a smile on my face (as well as my wife's and my kids'). I also believe that this Maserati is one of the best (if not "The" best) looking cars in automotive history.

Very rude and confrontational. Buy somewhere else. Unless you want to spend money and be insulted…read morealso

BUYER BEWARE ‼…read more Please see my review on Google and look at these reviews you can find on Cars.com BUYER BEWARE‼ Photos attached‼ I purchased a vehicle from this dealership while living in Colorado and was told it had been fully inspected and only needed tires. That was completely untrue. By the time the car was shipped to me and arrived the day after Christmas, the battery was dead. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use. Now he won't respond and I feel bad that Karly, who is super sweet, has to take my calls THIS is unacceptable, I need a signed copy for my records and the DMV. To date, I've spent nearly $8,000 on what has turned into a non-drivable vehicle, AKA PAPER WEIGHT with missing documentation and undisclosed mechanical issues. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I've attached one in my photo documentation as well.
