Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!

Needless to say Kennedy Blvd is a haven for car dealers of all kind and the vultures are out there so be careful. After looking around I was exhausted but saw this dealership and decided to stop by as a walk-in. I sat down and spoke with the salesman and the owners who were all really cool and straight forward. After our talk I ended up leaving with a Mercedes S500 and was so happy to be able to drive home with it that same day. The car needed some work but mostly just cosmetic rust on the doors and repair of the front bumper from cracked silicon paint which they at first said they were gonna take care of and repair but didnt at the end. I didnt go ham about it because overall the fact that I was able to get an amazing car is the fact of matter why i gave them 4 stars. They listened to what I was looking for and produced it for me immediately and got in the car that same day. They are better than any of the dealers on the block. Also they got my paper work administration such as registration, inspection, and license plates done for an extra $250.00 which was awesome. As far as pricing like all car dealers you have to know how to negotiate and understand contracts. When I dealt with this company, they were straight forward, I understood their system and didnt want to deal with all the financing so I paid everything out right fast and got my title immediately within a couple of weeks. The fact that I was able to do this means to me that I will def recommend anyone looking for buy a car go check them out and see whats up. Would I buy a car for them again? Yes, if I need to buy another vehicle I would see them first.
